First time here and it seems like they don't go in order. Once my car got to the drying process, they just left my car there parked while they kept drying other cars as they arrived. Needed to get the company rental car washed inside and out and found this nice spot. It's completely done by hand and they take the time and car to do the job right. They have reasonable prices and offer full detailing service as well. There is a small mini Mart in the center where you pay for the service so you can get a snack or beverage while you wait. Was less than 30 minutes total so really was an overall excellent experience. If your in the area, highly recommend a wash or detail from these guys. read more

Do not go to this carwash, they will damage the inside and no one will help you...I use to always take care of this guys but now I see why people don't tip more then 3$ instead of a $20 because these people don't deserve it also...Immigration will be notified as there's working that can't tell me who damaged it because he will get fired. Usually don't take my time to give bad reviews but these thieves deserve the negatives. Go in and clearly state what I want and they gave me the total cost. I go back to find that my dash and everything around was horribly cleaned so I politely asked to get it redone. What a mistake it was, the managers came to argue saying it needed shampooing... since when do dashboards need shampooing? You guys think we are ignorants but don't misjudge cause I myself wash cars and know what it needs and doesn't and this I present to you guys is lazy and horrible inconsiderate work done by no other than the managers themselves. Brought my car today to get washed, the day I'm getting married and unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I hardly drive this vehicle and leave it parked in my drive way always take good care of it and today after the wash I noticed several deep scratch marks consistent with a heavy duty brush being used on the hood and driver side panel. You can actually see the marks go from the hood down onto the side panel. I spoke with the manager who stated it looks like someone intentionally scratched the vehicle but the marks show a heavy duty brush was likely used. I spoke to the owner who sided with the onsite manger and offered nothing to fix this issue. read more

I got "the works" and that extra few dollars was well worth it. The cars don't go through an electronic wash; everything is by hand with great attention to detail. When I turned on my car, the windshield wipers started and the gentleman that was working on my car noticed and quickly re-wiped my front window. I'll be back here regularly. read more

Not so sure if I would recommend this car wash.. Came here a few days ago and told the man I would like a full wash. I was looking to get a full interior/exterior wash. He asked if I wanted it conditioned, I said no so he said it would be about $20. Cool! Long story short, my car was vacuumed half ass, rims were still dirty and the dashboard wasn't clean. It looked as though they had just sprayed some cheap polish on the interior. When I drove home, there was soap coming out of my window panel and side mirrors lmao. Such a shitty job! And to top it all off, the water bottle I left in my car WITH A CLOSED LID, was just thrown on the passenger seat and left a huge wet spot. Thanks! read more

Yes, if I wash my car myself I'll be the better value + my car will stay clean longer and I'll do a better job...but when time means money and you that quick fix, these guys can't be beat. The Tuesday & Wednesday special for $10 is an amazing value. Compared to any car wash in LA, you're lookiny to spend $20-30 for an equally good job. I guess it's ok for the price, nothing special though. The work quality is average, only if they see you watching them. I went one time and honestly I wouldn't come back. It's hard finding a good quality car wash. But it could be worse like some other places that can damage your vehicle. Even though I'm usually busy and it can be a inconvenience with my schedule. First time visit. They did a great job on my '17 Forester! All hand wash and dry + detail work like: vacuuming, interior dash, both sides of windows, tires, and exterior trim. All with stellar results. Just drive up to vacuum station and tell the gentleman that greets you, what service you would like (menu and detailed listed above vacuum area). Leave your key and he gives you a slip to take inside the adjoining market. Pay the gentleman inside and wait for your cleaned and dried car on the opposite side of the building where they have an outdoor waiting area. Once finished with your car they will wave you over. I was in the area and decided to look up a car wash because my car needed some T.L.C. I usually wash it myself but take it elsewhere (in L.A.) when it's in need of a really good wash inside and out. However, I'm never really satisfied with the end results. This is the first car wash I review because it was just that good! I Paid to get my brand new 2014 Honda Pilot washed and waxed. What I got back for the price I paid was upsetting. 1) Lint everywhere from the towels they use 2) Black footprints on the second row seats 3) Armorall or whatever they use on the inside, spilled on my passenger seat and left an oil stain on that seat. 4) I still had dirt on the roof and trunk.!! And they did not wax properly. I was so annoyed and irritated by what I saw! I explained this to the person who gave me my keys, he did not understand a word I said. I took my keys and left. Basic Car wash w/tire shine $9.00. This place is pretty spacious and has a convenience store to boot. (brought my 2012 Camry SE for a wash) GETTING THERE: Its on the corner of Foothill and Terra Bella (You'll see a sign for Casa Food Mart). Pull in under the arch a man with a ticket book will come and take your order. Go inside the store, buy some refreshments and pay for your wash. Exit and go to your left there will be benches under shade while you wait. Not too bad of a wait... I think they can wash a couple cars at a time, vacuum, tire rim cleaning then the full body wash. Once your car is done there are 4 guys waiting to dry and detail. GUY#1 walks around with a shammy and removes excess water off all the incoming cars. Then GUY#2 comes around to clean off your rims and shine your tires. GUY#3 & GUY#4 each take a side and start cleaning the windows inside and out. They wipe down the doors, mirrors and trunk. Once 3&4 are done GUY#2 comes back and goes around one more time before signaling they are done. 4Guys for one car?! Most places have one guy per car coming out of the wash. In at 2:15P and out by 3:05P. INSPECTION: Not bad. Since I didn't get Armor All on the console looks like dust is wiped up and the windshield is pretty clear. There is one streak down the passenger side of the windshield if you look up close and to the side. But for the most part I think it looks great. Also note that I did see them using their fingers to pry off soot stuck on the windows so definitely a plus... they are attentive. Did a 360 around the car in the sun and everything seem well cleaned. I'll have to revisit this once I drive home and see it in the shade as well. But so far I'm a fan. CONCLUSION: For $9.00 this is a good deal. Ample waiting space, fairly quick and attentive, I would chose this place over Georges Hand Wash on Van Nuys. It's my first time here so I hope that I continue to have this same experience... and being it's only 1 of 3 places to go to here, I will be coming back. read more

Absolutely trash. If you're in the valley I suggest you hit up 818_glow on Instagram instead. These guys are rushed, don't dry well, ridiculous amount of swirls, and they can't even keep track of their customers as they come in. 2 customers who came after me were washed and taken care of first. I waited an extra 28 mins for these 2 cars. Dash looks like they just dumped oil on it, yes it's shiny and glossy but it's still covered in dust. They would do great work if they stopped chit chatting every chance they get. They stop working to look around and when they're not doing that they're at a stand still talking up their co worker while your car is waiting to be dried. You end up with water spots in the end. They do good work when they're actually working and it's my favorite car wash in terms of price and work other than the constant distractions. read more

Love this place. They always do a great job. They are quick and for the most part friendly. Plus it's affordable and leaves my truck feeling like new. They accept cash or card so it's convenient too. There's a shady place to sit outside and if your thirsty or hungry they have a 711 type store on site. Don't forget to tip them for the awesome job!
