Just wow...This place is great! I ordered #2 BBQ burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly - medium with some pink in the middle (how I like it cooked) and this was unexpectedly one of the most delicious hamburgers I've had for a long time. I'm a very picky water so that's saying a lot. Don't get me started on the fries - they were extra crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with this spicy/flavorful dip. I thought I'd been to a 30 Burgers before, but it does not show up in my reviews. Now it shall. Since this is a chain, I'll start with the food, and I will note that the food overall would be a solid 4 stars at minimum. With an asterisk. Because I got a fat sandwich, not a burger. But what a great menu variety to choose frome! It's the tastiest fat sandwich I ever had. It actually looked skinny when it showed up on the tray, but it turned out to be much deeper bread to compensate. Very high quality ingredients and seasoning compared to the infamous food trucks. My friend and I agreed that the fries are excellent, nice and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. However, I regret to inform you that Cheese Fries are really Cheez Fries, without actual cheese on them. (I bet I could order that... for an additional fee. The 50 cent upcharge looked too good to be true.) So now, the unfortunate reasons the 4 stars has dropped to a 3. First, I agree with what many others have said here - this is the wrong environment for Denville. You're walking into an industrial setting. The raised roof reveals some rough edges to the top of the bathroom and above the kitchen, both of which feature various objects stored on those tops. Really poor design unless you're a test kitchen. And design alone wouldn't be enough to deduct a star, except the service was a bit of an issue. There were only two staff present, and they were both cooks, which means one of them had to stop cooking every time a customer had a request. Service was still fairly quick and friendly, but I really can't think of another time I have experienced something like this. One star will be given back with either of the above reductions fixed. If all is fixed... I will come back, order an actual burger with actual (upcharged) cheese on my fries, and reconsider. read more

I hope you brought your appetite cause tonight we're eating 30 Burgers. Well maybe not all 30 in one night but eventually we gotta start somewhere right? Lol. And in my opinion there's no better place to start than with their A1 Bleu Cheese Burger which comes loaded with: Bleu Cheese Crumbles, A1 Steak Sauce, Crispy Onion Straws, Lettuce, Tomato, and Chipotle Mayo all on a Miami Onion Bun. The Burger itself was juicy, flavorful and for the most part pretty sturdy. The Angus Beef Patty was grilled up very nicely and stayed together throughout the entire session as did the Freshly Baked Bun which to me is super important. And all those delicious ingredients which I just mentioned above made my tastebuds very happy. I was in the mood for a Really Good Burger and that's exactly what I got, plus when I ordered a side of Onion Rings I had no idea what a huge amount they give you. Came here tonight with a friend to enjoy a burger, left satisfied, but unimpressed. Food : I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries and chipotle mayo. The burger was done decently with the chip mayo and bacon being the highlight. Fries were decent. Service : a guy working the counter was nice and seems like the workers had a good vibe. Ambience : the appearance of the place is a little bit underwhelming with walks that have minor holes in them and no real appeal, plus some of the signage for the food was incorrect. We got the BBQ burger ( minus BBQ) which had a bunch of toppings you can add or alter and for $10 it was very large and good. I feel I got a lot for the money. My $10 Bullseye BBQ Burger, which came with a single patty, was way bigger than the equivalent at either Shake Shack or Five Guys. I enjoyed it, but honestly, it was "good", not yummy. Fried onion strips and shredded lettuce brought complementary flavors and texture; the bacon was crispy all the way through; and the patty, nicely beefy, was a little pink in the middle for added tenderness. Yet the beef patty probably could have stood more salt. In comparison, the fries were starchy and crunchy, but not super flavorful - Five Guys takes the crown there and it's not even close. I was the only diner at 12:30p on a drizzly Sunday. My food was ready in just 7 minutes. It's located across the street from Chocolatine, where there isn't a lot of parking. Coming from the south and cooking at the Oldest Diner in Florida "Angels Diner", I had the best experience here at 30 Burgers! I watched Brian, prepare my burger start to finish and I couldn't be more pleased and appreciate the cleanliness and the kindness from him! The open kitchen feature is a amazing to have as you can see just how clean they are. The burger selections seem endless from eggs to pineapples on your burgers, WOW! I ordered my burger Medium. It came out raw (not medium raw, but raw), and even worse, luke warm....and even worse than that, the blood from the burger made my bun mushy. Everything else was okay (i.e. the lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickles) the fries are good, but the fry sauce is Chipotle based, and in my opinion, Chipotle sauce sucks. Price was decent. It's a solid burger, not huge at all, the meat to bun ratio may be a bit low, check out Anthony Bourdain's comments on that. bun was a bit dry, the shredded lettuce was a first for me and a very nice touch, kind of wish some of the burger grease soaked into the lettuce and bun though. Most of the burgers are $9.99, it's about $1 overpriced but what isn't these days. The food is awful. Not very tasty. I had a cheeseburger, sweet potato fries and a vanilla shake. The cheeseburger was almost tasteless and the ingredients were not helping it. The fries were ok. The vanilla shake was not from ice cream and it was oddly too sweet. I got my order to go, I'm glad I did because it looked like a hospital cafeteria, all white, metal and grey. Not too much seating. If there was a 4 1/2 that's probably where I would set this, I was passing thru town and tried this, had the number 3, classic bacon cheese burger. Everything was fresh; I liked the angel hair shredded lettuce, bacon was crispy, burger was good. Fries and spicy mayo sauce was a good combo. I would come again if I was in town.
