I had not purchased the sunglasses at an outlet store and I informed her of this, but she did not believe me and argued with me for several minutes. It took an additional half an hour to complete the return while she texted on her phone. She was cold and terse and offered no apology for denying my return, arguing with me, and taking an eternity to complete the transaction. She also informed me she would be firing the salesman who sold me the sunglasses, which I found shockingly unprofessional. It was possibly the worst costumer service experience of my life. Then, when I went to email Sunglass Hut to inform them of my bad experience, the website would not allow the email to be sent. Great company.

The salesperson (Julia) processed my return but shorted me $40 cash. She had to call her manager to figure out how to open the cash register to get me the $40. They had a non-invasive way to photograph the eye, so they didn't have to put that green jello in and dilate my eyes. I will continue to use the in house eye doctor for my annual exam.
