Update: While my experience with the salesman was pleasant, this vehicle has been hell! The repair people are unreasonable. I have had this vehicle for ONLY 8 months and I sit in a repair shop as I type waiting for repair on a 2013 Nissan Altima for a Battery, Alternator, Compressor and Belt. I HATE THIS. Understanding that a vehicle is used, from a reputable place, I would expect money into it after having for a few years but NOT AFTER 8 MONTHS. And when speaking to Chase from their repair shop, he was completely disrespectful tell me "you don't understand you have a used car" BELITTLING. Of course you know it's used but you don't expect to start pouring loads of money into it so soon. Then proceeding to tell me "you got lucky with your last car" meaning ... are breakdowns of these used vehicles standard. That's not good representation. So I sit hear disheartened because a dealership I trusted and assured me of the reliability of this vehicle completely lied to me and was not willing to help me understand or figure it out. Not saying that it's needed per say, but you should be able to call and ask questions as to why so many issues. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership and would like to state the poor customer service from the front desk along with the repair shop member. Chase. ----------------------------------------- This is my second time buying/working with them. Literally my favorite place to shop a new car. Not only does it have a professional environment but also it feels like family. There is no doubt that you will be handled with care and that your experience will be confidently detailed and honest. I appreciate National Auto Sales and I thank you. I worked with the awesome, Victor. ** Both times!

Very poor communication and treatment of customers. I brought some car issues/concerns to my salesman Chris's attention a week or so after I purchased vehicle. I received a lot of "let me look into it" or "I need to speak to such and such" or "I'll call you right back" and "let me see what I can do". Once I finally got somewhere with the issue I was then told I was out of the warranty time frame and it would be out of pocket. My transmission went and had it serviced through their service department and they sent it to a dealership they contract with and got my car back missing pieces (see pictures below). I was reassured Malcom or Ira would call. I've been waiting for a return call from Malcom and Ira since November 2021 it's now February 2022. The only reason I don't give it one star is because a lady by the name of Diane try's to help resolve many of these issues but I would need to speak to Malcom or Ira. Clearly we see how that's going. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I GET THESE TYPES OF MESSAGES ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! THESE PEOPLE USED TO BE SO HELPFUL.

My wife and I purchased a new 2026 Toyota Crown Signia Limited hybrid SUV and Finance & Insurance…read more("F&I") products from Marietta Toyota on July 4, 2026. Overall, I rate the car buying experience with Marietta Toyota good, not great. If you're interested in how our experience went, keep reading. This review is divided into 3 parts over 2 separate visits. *** VISIT 1 OF 2 ON JULY 3, 2026 *** Duration: Less than 2 hours Part 1 of 3: Test Drive with Sales Consultant Brianna "Bri" Walters We called and made an appointment to test drive a new 2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The on-site call center associate, Rachel Eve, said they would try to find one for us to test drive. She was nice. When we showed up in person for our appointment, there was none for us to look at. We did look at a used 2023 Highlander and a new 2026 Grand Highlander, and decided they weren't for us. Marietta Toyota just happened to get a 2026 Crown Signia Limited in, so we test drove that instead. My wife liked it. Our sales consultant Bri was great throughout the entire process. She's been at Marietta Toyota for about 2.5 years. She was really nice, very professional, and not pushy. *** VISIT 2 OF 2 ON JULY 4, 2026 *** Duration: About 3.5 hours Part 2 of 3: Trade-in and Price Negotiation with Sales Manager Tyler Elliott We brought my wife's 2010 Toyota Corolla LE in for trade-in valuation and to get a final price from sales manager Tyler. Tyler is new to Marietta Toyota. He joined about three weeks ago and is from Alabama. Tyler had a more traditional, high-pressure sales approach. We get it - that's just how sales works. This was where the process was not transparent to us, the customers. It's a black box. Here's how the numbers broke down: * Sticker price: ~$57,500 (includes ~$2,000 in Marietta Toyota dealer add-ons) * Discount: ~$1,200 (2.1% off) - only available by financing through Toyota at 6.34% APR * Trade-in (2010 Corolla LE): started at $1,000, Tyler upped it to $1,500 * Net price after trade-in: ~$54,800 * Tax, tag, title, and other fees: ~$5,200 In order to receive a "discount," you can't be an all-cash buyer. One way dealerships make money is by getting customers to finance. You can make a minimum of three monthly payments and then pay off the car in full after that to get your "discount" and avoid paying extra interest. There was less wiggle room to negotiate on a Crown Signia because it's a rare vehicle compared to something like a Camry or RAV4. Part 3 of 3: Finance & Insurance with Finance Manager Christie Kerdahi Just when we thought we were done, we had to go into business manager Christie's office to discuss F&I products. She pitched us on three different contracts: a mechanical failure service contract, a prepaid maintenance plan, and a vehicle protection plan for the tires and wheels. These totaled almost $10,000. We had to decide on those contracts right then and there in her office. By that point, we were mentally worn out, felt backed into a corner, and just wanted to be done and out the door. We accepted because she said we could cancel any contract at any time and receive a prorated amount back. We are highly considering canceling. You could argue that a brand as reliable as Toyota doesn't need all this stuff. To be clear, this isn't a knock on Christie specifically - she was professional and just doing her job. This part was tough because of how the F&I process works industry-wide. The contract terms (e.g., time period/mileage, what's included/excluded) are structured in the dealership's favor. Again, they have to make money. The way the numbers are presented - every step of the way, not just F&I - along with F&I being the last step before you walk out with a new car, is part of a larger, deliberate sales strategy. *** ENDING NOTES *** Dealership sales and finance managers do these kinds of things all day, every day. A lot of customers only go through this a handful of times in their lives. So dealerships obviously have the advantage over the customers here. They get you right where they want you. While we weren't super prepared going in, we felt prepared enough - yet we were still blindsided and put on the spot multiple times throughout the process. It's easy to get hung up on technicalities and details, but they do matter. There was a lot of paperwork and not enough time to review everything thoroughly - similar to a home closing, where everything moves fast right at the end and you're signing before you've had a real chance to read it all. We happened to go on slow afternoons, so we were seen almost immediately by everyone. We were in and out about as fast as one could hope, so that was nice. We didn't want to spend a lot of time shopping around and haggling, so there was value to us in getting something we wanted fast. We're very happy with the car. We were lucky it had just rolled off the truck the day we test drove it. We like Bri and would work with her again.

Car Buying Experience - Please Read Before Signing…read more I purchased a 2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Marietta Toyota. During finance, I was told add-on products were optional and could be canceled within 30 days for a full refund, so I proceeded based on that understanding. After purchase, I was able to cancel some add-ons, but a $2,800 windshield warranty was later denied for cancellation and stated to be non-cancelable under the contract. This was not clearly explained during signing. I escalated the issue through Toyota corporate but did not receive direct resolution from dealership management despite multiple follow-ups. Advice to other buyers: Carefully confirm in writing whether any add-ons are fully cancelable before signing, and do not rely only on verbal explanations in the finance office.

My service agent was amazing, she listened to all of my service issues, noted them and provided me with an eta on diagnosis. My agent (DeJ C.)followed up with me with the findings and recommendations and was just amazing! I believe my mechanic was (Faus-my apologies if I am mispronouncing names), but I felt confident in the service that I received at this location and will revisit in the future for my service needs. At the end of it all, my visit was less than 2 hours and I walked away a satisfied customer. Thank you for restoring my trust in Carmax.

Shortly after the purchase, the check engine light came on, along with serious issues related to the oil pump. These are not minor concerns--this is a major safety issue that could lead to engine failure. Despite bringing this to their attention multiple times, I've been given the runaround instead of real solutions. What's even worse is that while my car is still not properly fixed, CarMax Auto Finance continues to harass me with constant calls and messages about payments. How am I expected to confidently pay for a vehicle that is unreliable and unsafe? Customer service has been completely unhelpful. There is no accountability, no urgency, and no concern for the customer's safety or satisfaction. It feels like once they make the sale, they no longer care about what happens to you. I trusted CarMax to provide a reliable vehicle and a smooth buying experience, but instead I've been left stressed, inconvenienced, and stuck with a defective car. I would not recommend CarMax to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their vehicles and treats customers with respect.

They knew we lived almost an hour away from them, yet continued to jerk us around for almost a week. Every single day, they would call us in saying that everything is ready, then when it comes time to sign, they somehow forget something. The salesman was extremely condescending to my husband as well. He spoke to my husband as if he was born yesterday. It was a used car, so we asked them to give us new tires and do an oil change, to which they ensured us that they would. They proceeded to give us four used tires with almost little tread left and did not do an oil change. The alignment was off as well. We have a daughter, and we cannot risk driving in a car that isn't 100% safe. My husband and I have now had to spend over $1,100 to get everything they promised us that they would do/fix. We called them to tell them what happened and asked if they would ACTUALLY work on the car that they sold us, and they said that since we already drove off their lot, they won't work on it. Piss poor customer service. So, yeah... I would give them 0 stars and NOT recommend them to anybody EVER. This dealership is full of scam artists and liars. I'm baffled at how they take advantage of their customers so easily and with no conscience or remorse, treat and talk to customers the way they do... and get away with it. I will be reporting them.
