My car was in real bad shape. I had been neglecting it for years as it was my second vehicle. The last straw was when I left it outside for 6 months in the winter w out even starting it. Anyway I finally got it running but thr brakes where squealing and the brake pedal was going all the way to the floor. I took it to a couple of places and they told me I needed a new abs system and a complete new brake system for my lexus. The quotes ranged from 3500-4500 which was way out of what I could afford. A co worker recommended Oscar's so I figured I would give it a shot. When I got there Harry was nothing but professional and even explained everything wrong w my car. It actually made sense. He told me for 4 new rotors, brakes, pads, ect would be around 2k. He said my abs system was fine and he would service and check it out for no charge. They were extremely busy but he still said he could have my car ready for me in a day and half. I told him take his time, just do it right. Anyway he called me later in the day and said since he had a little extra time at lunch he called around other supply houses and was able to get me a better deal on the parts if I was able to wait another half day! Where do u find mechanics like this ? They got you signed up at one price but somehow are not satisfied so they try to find you a better price !! Anyway I ended up saving another $500 just because Harry and his team went the extra mile for me. It's quite refreshing to find an honest mechanic shop. I am not going to ever go anywhere else for anything. I have already recommended them to a friend and they are more then pleased. They also do first class body work. I am not looking to get into an accident anytime soon, but I have peace of mind knowing that if I do, I don't have to be worried about someone gauging me or messing up my car. So i am finally getting around to leave an honest review. Approximately a year ago i went in for a routine oil change. I let the staff know that my driver door was unable open at the time. This is something i learned to deal with given the age of my car. I asked the mechanic if he could possibly take a look at it after my oil change and return to me with a quote. The call i received 4.5 hours later was for the completion of the job; my initial thought was... wow that's a long oil change. I arrived at the shop and to my surprise was a $700 bill for an oil change and FIXED DOOR. Never was i 1. consulted with or 2. received a quote for the possible fixed door. The worst experience ever. I had appointment for car oil change n they made me wait one hour then come to me to tell me wait for another 15 minutes! The manager was very rude and said to me i don't care about costumer review i told him this is not good for your business he said ( i don't care!) at end it was groupon that i paid it in total n still charged me for extra 8$! Got into an accident 2 weeks ago and crushed the front part of my car. My car was from the year 2001 with 165 K miles on it, so I didnt really feel to spend too much money on it. Talked to Dennis (very nice and polite person) and made sure he understood that I didnt care about the cosmetic of the car as long as it was safe to drive ,who provided me the quote immediately. The price was extremely reasonable, and more importantly they'll work with you and your budget. They finished my car less than a day (shocked me when they called). Dennis' father was a cool guy as well and he made sure everything worked well with the car. Dennis emailed me to follow up few days after. Overall my experience has been excellent with them. Thought I would try a Greek body shop since I'm greek. Should of known better! No wonder we have a bad name!. The cost I really dont care about because my insurance is paying having said that Harry's customer service is shit. He likes to say I got you, I got you dont worry. Got what? Didnt do me any special favors, nothing extra. But if you ask hima a question like is the part new he gets agitated, tries to hurry you along and says he will call you back.on top of that all he was concerned about was that the check was coming to me and he couldn't release the car until he gets the check, no shit!!!! Then I call him back to tell him that I told them to stop payment and pay him directly and he acted like a complete ass telling me how? He just got off the phone with them, its coming to you. I mean he wouldn't listen. Dont bother with this place, he "got you" till you leave your car then customer service goes out the window. My car was towed to Oscar's at 5:30 PM on 06/15/21. I tried to retrieve it the next day at 10:00AM. Was given the run around about being able to release my car because the towing company couldn't be contacted. Oscar's told me one price, the towing company said a different price. Ended up being charged $300 storage of my car for less than 20 hours of it being parked there. Not honest. In a scam partnership with non reputable towing company (1st Response Recovery And Towing/District Towing) to take advantage of people. read more

Awesome experience! Honest, responsive, so glad I found them! This past Saturday, one week before Christmas and my water pump blew! I go to my usual mechanic - tells me at least $700.00, lot of work, maybe new alternator etc. I tell him it's so close to the holidays I can't afford it all right now...his response...go park it and call me when you get the money! This from my mechanic of over 10 years - I have referred so many to him over the years and paid him lots of money. I was stunned with his attitude. I found Oscar's on Yelp and made the call - Alex got back to me within 20 minutes with a quote ($340.00 total) and had my car done in 3 hours time (on a Saturday no less). Hello all, I had my 1998 RR serviced by these guys twice now, I can say that they are very very reasonable, noligable with RR's and the customer service I received from Frank & Dennis were better then I have ever experienced elsewhere at a repair facility. I would highly recommend them for any mechanical stuff you need done on your vehicle, I am the first to be against repair facilities because they like to scam and rip people off because we don't know any better and want our vehicle repaired, I can honestly say that I didn't experience this here and nor did I feel pressured into anything either. I really had a very unpleasant car repair experience lately. If you didn't mind to go back there five times then you can very welcome for your car repair over there.I had to ask a friend as my witness of my complain before he really fixed of his problem of the unfinished car repair. He kept put the blame on the manufacture design but actually this is his inexperience of the technical skill he had. Be sure to put down all the repair in writing, it would help you reduce future problem.They always take the short cut to finish the job like they did not remove the bumper for the paint job but they charge the labor of work of removal. My car was in brand new condition with no swirl mark. After they were done with my car, my whole car has swirl marks to the point i just can't stand. I had to remove them myself at home I wanted him to clear coat my whole bumper where he fixed one corner of it but instead only coated the fixed area, therefore left lots of overspray that i wanted them to fix. Instead of fixing it perfectly, they just used some gloss and rub it off, which resulted in more scratch/swirl marks. I really think this body shop is not experience in the finishing of the car. I spend a lot of time keeping my car swirl/scratch mark free but after i got it back for this body shop, i really can't do that. Now i need to find another body shop to do a durable paint job. Pain in the ass and i will have to pay out of my pocket to do this. This is the worst body shop to leave my car to, so sad for my car. Now driving it through fog and where water spots landed on my hood, now there is water spots/stains, tried to remove and can't. Before when i got my car new, it was easily removed by washing, now it can't! Never been so pissed on what a crappy job when i had my insurance pay for it too. I would not recommend you go here if you love your car! read more

My car was in a rear-end collision and had significant mechanical and body damage. Oscar's staff is friendly and accommodating, and included, at no extra charge, a significant amount of touch-ups, including repainting the back bumper which was unrelated to my crash, cleaned the interior and even threw in an oil change . The work was done promptly and Dennis gave me detailed instructions on how to properly wash the car to keep from scratching it.
