Customer service has always been friendly and professional, which I truly appreciate. My only ongoing concern is vehicle availability. I rent from this location at least once a month, typically for two-week rentals, and I always select all the premium options. However, I frequently do not receive the vehicle class I reserve and often end up with a smaller vehicle than requested. I've mentioned this several times, but it doesn't seem to have led to any change. If you're flexible about the type of vehicle you drive, I'd easily give this location 5 out of 5 stars based on the staff alone. But if, like me, vehicle size matters--especially when traveling with children and needing adequate space--you may want to consider a larger branch with more consistent inventory.

I am surprised both counters wouldn't be open at 8 AM to help ensure people can make it to work meetings and events quickly. It would have took another 30-45 mins if the Enterprise booth hadn't opened up their counter around 8:30 and split the line in half. They should have a way to streamline this process and reduce the wait times. My biggest issue is they can give you a compact SUV like a Ford Escape for the price of mid-size SUV, which is $17 more per day. Apparently, rental companies have their own classification system, which makes things confusing. Online, the Escape is listed as a compact SUV, so it's misleading to pay for a midsize SUV expecting more space, only to end up with a compact vehicle anyway.

They eventually cancelled the reservation that I made and made me a new one from scratch. After the rental was complete, I was charged for 2 days despite only having the car for a little over 4 hours. Every single person I talked to on the phone acted like it was their first day. Nobody had the answers to my questions and had to ask the manager every single detail. I travel for a living and I've never had a more painful interaction in my life.

They will call and talk to that manager but I am told I will get call that afternoon. I know they wont call so I say that I am staying until I hear from someone. I asked for full size as I am 6 foot 3 210 pounds. I dont do clown cars well. They say they will fix it, Im not holding my breath. We are now 5 hours late. With a lot full of vehicles they had to shuttle people to the airport and some to another branch 30 minutes away. We ordered a full size suv and they gave us a compact but kept the price of a full size suv. Never using this service again.
