I had my motorhome roof was, rv wash, buff out and wax. After looking at the finished job I am completely dissatisifed with the job. there is buffing compound all over my motorhome only cleaned 2 wheels. Areas that have not been buffed. when I contacted national detailing. They said it is what it is. Joey I have the pictures also if you look at them you can still see the rubbing compound. This company is very dishonest. I signed up for an R. V, cleaning when I did it, I guess I put the wrong size of the trailer, and when I signed up, I thought it was full service inside and out, which came to $450. Come to find out. The trailer was bigger than I thought. They notified me it was bigger, but they did not notify me that they were going to charge me double, nor did they notify me that all they would be doing is washing the outside, cleaning the windows vacuuming, mopping and wiping down the cupboards and they charged me close to $800. something I could have done in 45 minutes. Not only that, but it was done Poorly, there's still grime on the countertops. The only thing that was actually clean was the floors. Windows weren't very clean countertops, weren't very clean when I told him about it. They would not budge. On the price, they charged my card and they wouldn't fix it. I would never use this company again. Poor customer service and they do not disclose if they're going to charge you more, they just do it. read more

Now, I thankfully didn't need my car at all so it wasn't a huge issue, but if you're needing your car done by a certain time, keep that in mind... Clayton did a great job with the detail, though! Scheduled an appointment for a car detailing with a window of 8am-11am. Technician didn't show up until noon. The job definitely wasn't worth the price. Three techs were scheduled but only one showed up to detail my car. We hired them to wax and clean our RV including awnings for $1000. First they showed and spent part of the day on wrong Rv. They rescheduled and left the RV with chalk wax all over it. Didn't do the awnings.in Reno.. We complained many times, they said too busy to come back..we asked for 500 refund, they wouldn't..only 200...we had to leave town. Damaged My Truck Hood This is an update. The damage was not discovered until under the light of day November 21, 2021. National Detail Pros rep "Vanessa" supports the detailer "Josh" and his boss "Rick" that the scratches were pre-existing. Absolutely false. Shortly after posting an original review November 21, 2021 I received a call from "Rick"; the supervisor or boss of the detailer "Josh", asking me to check the scratches. This was a little after noon November 21. I did and advised that they were in fact scratches as I stated and that they went all the way to metal. "Rick" related that "Josh" was a good detail man but not the best buffer. NOW I AM TOLD; after the damage. Magically; about six hours later he called me back stating the scratches were already there per "Josh" . . . . . Absolutely False. These people are only trying to cover their rear ends. Also, beware as I am in Charleston, SC and these two are based in Georgia. Bit hard to do anything from out of state. That they were not local was NOT revealed until "Josh" arrived. Wish I had heeded this small warning sign. I initially related the above to the representative of "National Detail Pros" early the evening of November 21; minutes after the last call from "Rick". This is my worst online experience for any good or service in almost 20 years. This was no service in my view. "Vanessa" of "National Detail Pros" disavows any responsibility saying in an email this morning (November 22, 2021) that it is the responsibility of the detailer to pay for repairs. My reply was that "National Detail Pros" received payment NOT the detailer. Total Negative Recommendation. I will be filing with the Attorneys General; their Consumer Division, in Utah again "National Detail Pros" as well as against "Rick" and "Josh" in Georgia and South Carolina. "National Detail Pros" has blatantly misleading "satisfaction statements" on their website and in the emails to me. Will see if "Rick" and "Josh" have business licenses in Georgia and South Carolina. Also wonder if taxes are being paid on their incomes in Georgia and South Carolina and to the federal government. I wonder? Avoid "National Detail Pros". I took my truck to a local dealer's collision center early in the afternoon of Monday, November 22, 2021. Showed him the hood. I advised I had a detail done on November 20, 2021. The best guess is that excessive abrasives were used and / or hard buffing removed the clear coat. Once the clear coat was removed the paint let go and the scratches appeared. $1,003.68 was quoted to repair my truck hood. Negligence during the detail led to the damage. Update: the next day when I took off the cover of my truck underneath the windows the color is flat. Odd because there is glass coat there. It was also spotted. I have used them before on my boat, they used an electric buffer, this technician did not. I am so disappointed because after he was done it looked great. Unfortunately, the initial servicer did not perform the job contracted. I requested a full detail and shampoo all seats. He did not clean any of the jambs; I didn't catch this but both my neighbor and my brother did. He only shampooed one seat, and left stains that were not there prior to his work. I immediately contacted the company and never heard back. I then fell ill. Although I had immediately sent pictures, I did not follow through with the corrections in a timely manner due to my cancer, now to much time has passed and they will not honor their error. Buyer beware! We just got our RV back from storage, after a year and chose to book some help with the cleaning, as we are both in a very busy period at work and we have a handful of other chores to do on the RV as well. It's in very good shape, so we were willing to pay the premium price to get the best possible cleaning, both inside and out. There's your rationale for booking these guys. We paid extra for the awning, as well. Things went south right off the bat. First surprise was that they sent a single guy to do a job that they had quoted as $974+ for our 40' RV. Although they didn't directly say they would send a team, they did refer to themselves as having a team and what would you expect for a job this big and for a premium price? I can't see how one guy could do the whole thing in that time, but figured he was getting paid a premium as well. The guy who showed up was an hour outside of the window they had targeted for arrival. Second surprise -- he said he has never done the interior of an RV before. That raised a flag, but we figured a detail pro could work out the details. He told us he was short on cleaning supplies and asked if there were a Walmart nearby. We gave him directions, but he decided to start cleaning anyway; not sure what the choice was there. Later, he ran out of fuel for his pressure washer and left to get that. He took many breaks, over the next 9 hours and we supplied him with plenty of water and his quart of Gatorade. The work was extremely shoddy. I could give opinions about what a hangover looks like, but I obviously can't prove that. He went through the interior once and after my wife came out and asked if he was done in there, he said he needed to go through again. He went through again, and there was still urine on the toilet seat, sticky spots all over the kitchen counters and table. It was nowhere near clean. The outside was not much cleaner than if a rainstorm had been left to do the job. The tires were waxed and shiny. After an entire day wasted, my wife called the company management and they refused to let her end the contract. She offered to pay them a reduced rate--overly generous compared to the work provided--just to cut our losses and move on. The phone rep refused and insisted we give them an open-ended contract to complete the cleaning at their leisure. read more

Overall VERY disappointing - could have done better myself. And poor customer service when concerns were brought up. On the outside there were several spots that didn't look like they were cleaned. On the inside the cracks and crevices were not addressed, For example there was a french fry in one of the cracks. I spotted it right away I have no idea how he missed it.the cupholder was still dirty, the dashboard was still dirty, the leather was not cleaned and several spots remained on it. The inner console was greasy. My car was overall not that dirty, I just ordered the detailing service because I wanted it to look extra nice, and to address those details that are hard to do on my own. When I brought this up with the manager she said bugs don't come off in the wash and that my car must have been very dirty before hand for that much stuff to be left behind (which is not the case.)
