In regard to mosquito control, in February Marc offered spraying every two weeks. Just before mosquito season, in April, he revised his offering to once every three weeks. Apparently, he does not get the concept of business ethics by which you keep your promises and do not make changes after you have made an agreement, especially at the very last minute. I have no comment on his services, since he has not provide any to me, but I can tell you that dealing with a business which moves the goal after the game starts is not something I recommend. After contacting a dozen of pest control companies in the area, National Pest offered not only the cheapest but also could come out at the earliest time among the ones we contacted. (We contacted them at Friday evening/Saturday morning.) However, we hesitated in the beginning due to its way low price in comparison to its competitors. We wanted to make sure that those unwanted creatures are out of our house ASAP and nowhere it to be seen, but worried if the pest company's work may not effective. But despite our concern, Marc from National Pest explained well what we need to do, at where he would put traps on, and how those creatures live and what they're looking for. He was very experienced in pest control arena. He even found two tiny holes underneath our cabinets that are next to the walls which connect to our neighbor! What we like him the most, though, is about his professionalism! He responds to our messages timely. He was not even being late once during 3-week follow-up service that we've been had. We ended up buying 3-month insects and pest prevention plan, as well as 1-month coverage of mouse traps and removal. The whole thing costs us not even half of its competitors' prices! I highly recommend National Pest Inc. They give you the care and attention of a small business, but big results. Marc is above and beyond. He was attentive and helped us resolve a very difficult mouse situation in a condo unit. This was a big issue, a condo unit with other buildings, and we were on the 2nd floor. National Pest is terrific! After being home from school for several weeks, my son informed us that he had cockroaches in his car. We set up some glue traps, and it was immediately clear that the car was infested. I contacted several pest companies that were not interested in helping to solve the problem. On the other hand, Marc cheerfully came out on a weekend, assessed the problem, and developed a plan of action. He made 3 separate trips over the next several weeks to treat the car, and the problem is now solved. After we learned about the car, we started wondering if some cockroaches may have hitchhiked on some of my son's things into the house. So we set up some glue traps, and we unfortunately did discover some invaders. Fortunately, there were not many, and Marc was able to quickly deal with the issue.
