It's hard to rate who you never meet. Unfortunately despite having a confirmed appointment he did not show up. He just emailed the price for the service ($350) the day the appointment was scheduled; I emailed back to see what that price included and he responded that he hadn't done the inspection yet. I wasn't sure why he sent a price if an inspection was needed first. Jassen recently helped us rid our attic of some squirrels which had decided to make it their new home. He responded extremely quickly to our initial request a quote on Yelp and was over here to take a look the same day. We live in an older house with a terracotta tile roof which scared off two other pest control people I called over, but Jassen made quick work of sealing all the entries into the attic to keep us squirrel free. I was looking for someone to spray using pyrithrins instead of hardcore pesticides. He was great. I am skeptical feom my dealing with some people here so I did give him a hard time with many questions and my requests. He was truthful and polite. He sprayed the inside all 3 floors and the outside. I have an acre and only wanted the area around the home. He knew where to spray and even found a space around a pupe that let in a mouse once in awhile. He fixed that. He wanted to put out traps but respected my having only the traps that I use instead. Since then, last year, no bugs for months and only a few now. Spiders were all gone! Big must for me. No smell, even though I took my cats out of the home, we were able to go right back in. No illness, no problems Only killed the bugs necessary. Wildlife outdoors was not affected and neither were we. I initially contacted Jassen through Craigslist because I got tired of broken appointments through services I found online. Needless to say I have been extremely satisfied with his service. I had a problem with a squirrel who made my attic his home .. constantly scratching above my bed. After contacting Jassen I was surprise to get a reply text within one minute. He came to my house in Woodbridge VA on Friday February the 4th 2022 .. and that was a rainy extremely cold day. He agreed to do the work in rainy conditions. He gave me my options.
