The only option given to me was they took a double deposit, well more than the cost of the walker I rented. in this day and age of credit card fraud I am appalled at their lack of care for people's credit card information. I understand about keeping it on file but in doing so they need to assume a level of responsibility in caretaking and safekeeping of that data. if they do not want to invest in software a low tech solution is a lock drawer. Also thumbs down on impark who runs the parking lot - I was required to pay for 1.5 hours for literally 15 minutes. The pay station does not allow you to purchase less time.

He spoke to me about how they are wanting to set up an ostomy care service and asked if I'd be willing to share insight into my experiences. My ostomy supplies had to be ordered in; I went there on a Saturday and they came in on Tueday. When I wasn't able to pick up my supplies, he delivered them to my work place in Vancouver. NO ostomy care centre has EVER offered that to me before. Wow! I definitely recommend this place to ostomy patients in the Tri-Cities area (and beyond!).

It sells medical supplies like wheel chairs, special potty, cane and etc. This is also a pharmacy so you can fill your prescription here if needed too. Parking is a bit of a pain. It is not connected to Metrotown and is a building on the side of Metrotown but share the same parking lot. I had a tough time finding a parking space and it was somewhat annoying. The people there were friendly.

If you rely on govt support, they will make your life a living nightmare. I don't know how they got on this list! I had a grinding issue in a rear wheel so bad my friends even mentioned it when we where out. I've sent it in for repairs twice and I'm beginning to wonder if it even gets taken out of the van. They keep telling me there's nothing wrong and treating me as if I'm an idiot. When I have to get a new one it won't be from them.
