I recommend buying their extended scooter warranty as it covers any future labour costs for warranty repairs which most manufacturer warranties don't cover for electric scooters . I have the email for proof and photos, will post those at a later date. they will say the chair was a demo, but the arm rest was new, that's what I was told, and put on by someone at sunquest. the $450 cushion started falling apart with a few months, i was told that was new as well.
