Said they drove it around all weekend and it was all good. I don't believe they even tried to drive it,because my odometer reading only was a couple miles difference from when I had it towed in. On the scheduled date I dropped off my vehicle, Later that day the secretary called me and told me that my vehicle would not start for them and that they would need to replace one of my batteries since they had tested it and it was very weak. They fixed it up and everything is going great. On the sticker they put in your car they don't put the milage you need to have it changed, they put the milage from the date of the oil change. Do the math no problem, I like seeing the milage from when I brought it in. I've had Hyundai Elantras since 2013 and they never had an issue changing my oil. The value is fine, prices are decent, it's not jiffy lube. I would rather use a local business. I'm not sure how one reviewer thought they could get an oil change AND tire rotation for 30.00 Tire rotation can run by itself anywhere from 20-50 sometimes more depending on the car. Make a better choice. If you buy your tires from a tire place typically they will just do your rotation for free.

I had to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Problem was…read morea sporadic hart-to-start and a metal-to-metal clackety noise when starting the car. I said to install a new timing chain and hydraulic tensioner, and inspect the other parts for any that may be bad. Gill's said they will check all the parts after disassembly. It's a 4 hour job to disassemble the top of the engine. After installing a new timing chain and tensioner, Gill's said they had checked everything, and all was ok. I picked up the car and it was better, but I basically had the same hard starting problem and clackety noise as before. Not wanting to wait 2 more weeks for them to look at it, I took the car to another shop. The second shop found what Gill's missed: a bad intake sprocket. Gill's had said, after the repair, that the sprockets, naming them specifically, were ok. The noise is now gone and my engine runs great.
