My appointment time was between 8-10am. I received a phone call around 8:45am advising that they would be there closer to 10am and they were. The guy came in and asset the carpet and stated a deep cleaning might be worth it for me. The carpet had not been cleaned for some time and I just had it stretched. I went with the deep cleaning due to the high traffic areas that really needed it. When I called I was quoted 99.00 dollars and there was no pressure to get the deep cleaning, but when you cleared everything and all your furniture is moved outside you want the best results. I paid 160.00 for 3 bed rooms, hallway and living room. I also got some good advise like maybe sea-grass carpet would not be in my best interest with animals and going with a good quality Berber might be better. read more

The carpet in my FILs house is no younger than 25 to 30 years old. It hasn't been cleaned in probably 3 years or more. It looked absolutely terrible and fairly embarrassing. I had the unfortunate accident of spilling a bottle of blue liquid detergent all over my carpet in my living room one day several months ago, and thought the soapiness of it would clean right up. Boy was I wrong! The stain expanded and deepened with each passing day and left me in need of a carpet cleaner. Cue Nation's Best. I called them up in the early morning to schedule an appointment and they were there by the evening. DP was very friendly and did a great job, but warned me that the stain might resurface because of the soap-quality. had a hole in the roof and it rained hard. carpet got soaked. found them on yelp and thought i'd give them a try. DP was really nice on the phone. said he'd call me an hour before getting there. called and said he might get there in 45 minutes but he'll wait since he had told me an hour. when does that ever happen? they were in and out quick but did a good job. sucked out all the water in the carpet and sanitized it. i think i'll have him come back to clean the rest of the house later on. read more

After reading the comments and seeing the stars, I called this company. Whew, excellent choice! Regular carpet, thick shag, and throw rugs-- they all dried quickly so that we could have guests over that night. He got most of the stains clean and pointed out areas where he could not get completely clean (which he told me before he started). I'm super pleased with Nation's Best. These guys arrived on the early end the scheduled window and were very professional and courteous. We had some VERY highly trafficed areas that needed a deep clean as opposed to simply a steam clean. I felt that the quote for both services combined (deep cleaning on the trouble areas, steam cleaning on the normal areas) was VERY reasonable. They were QUICK. Within about 30 minutes they were done and my carpet looked amazing. The carpet was also only minimally damp once they left and was totally dry by the evening. These guys were great. I had written off our 28-year-old burbur carpets, but I called these guys to see if they could maybe turn their color from dark dingy grey to light dingy grey. Instead, we have the lovely original oatmeal color - totally incredible considering we've had just about every type of dirt and stain in the book. (We're talking 3 dogs, rabbits, whole pots of coffee, blood, grass, road grime. Everything.) Actually, they apologized for not being able to get out one pea-sized stain in particular, but I still don't know what they were talking about - i can't find it. They were very very professional, went above and beyond, gave me tons of advice about buying and owning carpets, and were just generally nice to have around.
