    Absolutely too much lettuce.

Soooo, my wife and I had a hankering for a real good, juicy, homemade tasting burger. There's a new joint in our neighborhood in Sachse called Nations Giant Hamburgers. So of course, I went straight to Google and did some research. They have some pretty good reviews, so we had to check it out. Nice, clean environment, fair prices, you can even sample some of their pies. We ordered the hamburger combo (2). We got two burgers, but only one order of fries. We also ordered a side of onion rings. When we checked our burgers..., no pickles, there was too much lettuce on the burgers which is why it's called a giant burger. The meat was bland and the burger itself was just o.k. The fries were very good, but we had to share them. Good thing we ordered onion rings which were pretty good as well. The service was sub par. The cashier did not listen to what we said when we ordered. I was not impressed with Nation's at all. I give Nation's 3 out of 5 drinks. Cheers!

Not bad! Ambience is nice! We got the patty melt! I liked the touch of thousand island! I enjoy that they cook in front of you! Very kind service! I'd check it out again! Pictures on menu just seem a little AI but food is a solid 8/10

After I took my middle school son to see jujutsu kaisen, my brain felt like I was part of MK ULTRA experiment by the CIA. My monkey had fun so I took him to eat at this new place in Sachse. The place is located in a strip mall so parking might be an issue. You enter and order at the counter that has samples of pies. The menu is basic burgers, hot dogs, chili, all day breakfast and pies. Those behind the counter greet you and are welcoming. I ordered the double patty melt and fries while monkey ordered Cowboy burger. The seating area is limited so if busy, it will be tight. While waiting, we washed our hands and it was great to be in clean restrooms. The food arrived and the Cowboy burger was big with that onion ring. The patty melt was sloppy and juicy. The meat was fresh and didnt taste like a franchise burger place. 2 burgers and fries $31 bucks. The friendly team members and taste makes it a return for sure.

We ordered the Ube Tres Leches and Mango Halo-Halo. The Ube Tres Leches was incredibly moist, rich, and packed with ube flavor without being overly sweet. The Mango Halo-Halo was refreshing, loaded with toppings, and perfect for a warm Texas day. Not pictured was the Ube Oreo Cookie, which was equally delicious and a great treat to take on the go. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We love finding places that offer Filipino-inspired desserts, and Scoop N Buns definitely delivered. Since it was at a festival, the price was more expensive and it was $12 each. Both of the halo halo were refreshing and the ice cream were so good. My favorite topping was the flan, it was so creamy and paired so well with the shaved ice, but I wish they give you more flan though. Overall it was a good experience but I'd probably not going pay $12 for it again.

It was quiet inside the store but a staff member quickly popped out to greet me. I inquired about the mochi donuts as the pastry display was empty except for a tray of Churro Mochinuts. He said that he was currently frying up the Mochinuts in the back. I thanked him for his time and said I would try back another day. He offered me a Churro Mochinut for the road and told me what hours he is frying and fully stocked for my return. I wanted to say that this is the BEST mochi donut (Mochinut) I have ever had! And let me tell you, I have had a lot! These have a super light and fluffy interior with that wonderful bouncy chew that is crave worthy. Not even a hit of grease. The churro topping was light and with a hint of cinnamon but did not distract from the mochi donut itself. It was a flavor enhancement to the mochi donut. The Churro Mochinut is a must have addition to your box! The inside of shop is adorable and has a huge floral wall for social media. And the staff member I encountered was very sociable and kind. I will be back again soon to try more Mochinuts!

I followed him in and there obviously weren't any donuts ready because the staff hadn't shown up, so I left. And I know that it says here on Yelp that they don't open until 11am, but it was on the front door that they open at 9am.
