Grand daughter wanted to go here said it was here favorite place. I had never been in a Pot Belly, but had to give it a try. I took her lead ordering a SKY grilled chicken with cheddar sandwich. Potbelly is really such a good sandwich. I like that it is toasty and warm. I like that the decision in size isn't between a 6 inch that leaves me hungry and a 12 inch that is just too much. I like their topping choices which are fresh and great. I like that I don't think they have ever messed up my order (knocking on all the wood that I don't jinx myself). I try to avoid them because I am sure they are a ton of calories but if you want to splurge, their milkshakes are so, so good! read more

Although I've never been a fan of warm tuna, it's really not that warm once it topped & dressed... This is the only Potbelly that I've ever been to, so can't compare it to other locations. My third visit earlier today. It's a nice little spot. Simply decorated but comfortable and clean. I walked up to the counter and placed an order for an Italian original sized sub sandwich. The fellows behind the counter were friendly and got my order correct. The sandwich itself was pretty tasty. Fresh bread, meat and toppings are all important when making a sandwich, and these all went together well. Obviously there will be a lot of comparisons between Potbelly and other fast food sandwich shops such as Subway. I preferred this Italian sandwich to the ones that I've had before at Subway. Others may feel differently. All in all I was pretty happy with my meal, and will be back to this location again. read more

I come to this potbelly considerably often, I usually see the same employees and they always have they're stuff together and are very knowledgeable about the menu and patient. I've never gotten a sandwich with stale or soggy ingredients. I like that there are seats to choose in the main dining area and seats tucked away for more seclusion. They're app has a great rewards system with offers given often, even then this is the only food chain I go to even when there's no offers. read more

When I got home the bottom of my bag was soaking wet and the passenger seat of my car was also wet. I get inside and they freaking cut the pickle into quarters on top of the paper they wrapped it in. The paper was shredded, they might as well of just tossed the pickle in the bag. So then I go to open my sandwich and 2 of my avocado slices are underneath the sandwich. Not falling out of the sandwich. Under the sandwich. I'm eating my sandwich and then I'm like "did they give me any ranch?". That may be my fault because I requested "easy on the ranch" because normally they have it spilling out on all sides, so this time they gave me a few drops. Good thing I examined the inside for ranch, because the only avocado that made it inside my sandwich when they were making it still had skin on it! My soup seemed as if they scraped every drop out of the bottom of their container. It was way too thick and the cheese was chunking up. Yuck. So today I had everything soaked in pickle juice, a side of avocado skin with my sandwich, and curdling broccoli cheddar soup. What the heck Potbelly. Y'all have always been so reliable. Only a few tables available to sit at, was almost better to go outside. No lids for the regular drinks, which I noticed that is a regular issue. The Wreck is just that it will wreck your mouth make your throat close up because it's way overly spicy. I could not taste anything it was so completely overwhelming. Very disappointed. But let me tell you I think they have changed management, because the manager last night was not very friendly and came off a bit rude. This has to be the worst location I've been to. The outside eating area is disgustingly filthy, trash all around the tables, soda spilled everywhere with stains under the tables. They could have it power washed, but they don't. It smells like a dumpster because they clearly never empty the trashcans. Then you walk in and everything just looks dirty.
