Worst of all, they will tell you they can come back out and look at the issue via the phone (even though it has not been a year since installation) but will only tell you after arriving there will be a service charge. And do NOT expect a return call if you leave voicemails asking for an explanation.

He never even mentioned you can detect using Nitrogen, which is FREE/ included in diagnostic check. Management did apologize for this tech and was nice.
