They miss the mark on many levels: They have plenty of TV's to satisfy most sports enthusiasts, however the lighting was so bright it was VERY annoying. At least they were able to turn it down a bit when we complained. Still, their atmosphere is lacking something and is a major downfall. The place is generally dirty and worn out. They sat us at a dirty table and after we asked them to clean it, we still had to wipe it down some more. Beer selection is limited, but enough to probably provide something for most beer drinkers to settle on. Now for the food. Wings are okay. Would have been better if they cooked them extra/extra crispy as we requested. They were just crispy, but edible enough for us to eat. The real negatives: Everything we ordered was frozen food heated up and served. And the worst part is everything had a weird chemical taste. I suspect it is because we ordered fried food (wings and their appetizer platter) and everything was fried in the same oil that had the strange chemical taste. This place was with out a doubt great. I am a wing connoisseur so I know what I am talking about when I say that these wings are great. I've been to Hooters, B-W-Wings, Long Wongs etc but none compared to the overall service and food here. Our waiter, Derek Garza, made the experience much more phenomenal. He is definitely the go to guy because he does the job right. Not only did he understand our situation when it came down to our food, but his attention to detail and honesty for sure won me over. Straight forward review! Stopped going to Native Grill & wings about 1 year ago, lazy bartenders with all there side bar conversations and just fed up. Recently decided to stop in during their .40c wings anniversary special and service was good/decent both times, but please please female bartenders stop singing, know one wants to listen to you. I returned August 8th to find a new bartender by the name of Elijah tending to the bar. He took my order, introduced himself with a great handshake and I just had a good feeling from there on. This guy just gets it. Attentive enough to not be overbearing and attentive when you needed something. Nothing worse when you know a bartender see's you out of the corner of the eye needing something and they ignore you. Now he may not want to be a bartender forever but he takes pride in his work and giving the customer a good experience. This does make me want to come back to Native. If I have good service with a friendly bartender I will gladly spend my money willingly. I hope Native see's this review because you have some house cleaning to do to try and get better bar staff to emulate the performance of Elijah. Thank you~~ read more

First off, the "large" pizza was ridiculously thin for 12$. It did not satisfy me nor fill me up. The waitress was nice however she never checked up on us once we got our food to see if we needed any drink refills or anything else. She was cleaning and it was barely 10p. We finished our food and I'm pretty sure our waitress saw we were finished and went to back. I thought she was going to get our check and we didn't see her for another 10 minutes. I had to ask another nearby waitress for our check. That waitress was actually attending to her tables and I wish we had her. We got our check for $40 for a thin pizza, good wings, and two drinks that were not alcoholic. I was here a couple of months ago and it was great but this visit was just awful. read more

I was a excited to try their new changes, and I am glad I did. upon walking in i noticed that the place was quite empty, I was relieved with the thought that we might be getting our food quickly due to the place being so empty. I was wrong, since it felt like forever but it may be due to the starving mode I had brought from home. I first ordered a native long island tea, not too sweet, and it was on the happy hour menu. I enjoyed it, very much. I ordered their traditional 6 piece bone-in wings with extra mango habanero sauce. They were goooood! They were crispy and saucy, but not saucy enough for me, so i ordered a side of extra sauce and ranch. Finally got my food. I ordered a large pizza, and six pack of wings, and a dessert for my wife and I to share. The pizza box looked a little small but I shrugged it off and thought maybe it was just me. Got home and what I got is shown in pictures. I opened the box and immediately had to snap a photo. And it was cold. Not just not hot, but cold. But we were starving and tired and it was about to storm, so forget driving all the way back there (but with that service, I doubt anything would be done). I've been here a hand full of times and this is the first time I've seen this bartender who is not friendly (white, black glasses, no other way to describe her as she didn't even offer her name), and actually looks like she doesn't enjoy her job, she waited to ask me what I wanted and didn't even offer me a menu of any type, when I asked her for a menu (so I can see the shot of the day) she acted as though I was asking her to run back and check the stock room for a size 7 shoe! This place is empty EVERYTIME I come and I'm sure wait staff like her are part of the reason. It's bad enough that they are kinda hidden, but if this place was good word of mouth would fill it up especially since it's by the hotels and businesses. We've been coming to this place every Tuesday for wing night. Usually 6-10 people in our group. Everything has been good until today. After ordering appetizers and mains we started to receive food in about 7-10 minutes. Which of course was great. However my wife's wings never showed. We asked and were told they were delivered to another table. Long story and lots of questions and 25 minutes later (yes I timed it) one order of her wings came out. Of course by now everyone in our group was done eating. We asked for a box and waited for the remainder of the order. Seven minutes later it arrived. I did talk w the manager and was just appeased with bs. I didn't ask for a discount or for anything free. I offered a suggestion. When a customers order is missed it needs to be moved to the front of the line. Not serve the next 10-30 customers first and then take care of the mistake. Which is exactly what happened. Her reply "thank you for your input". Our waiter was awesome and he was tipped because of his service ( Michael) not because of the kitchen's failure. I sincerely hope that they can prioritize their mistakes to keep customers happy instead of just pumping out orders in front of them. When you make a mistake it's what you do next that makes all the difference. Today the cooks and management failed. Great times with friends. Pissed off and unhappy wife. We used to be regulars when it was Native New Yorker. We were back after a couple of years and the service leaves a lot to be desired. We had to wait over an hour for our wings only to receive an incorrect order. They offered to fix it but we weren't willing to wait another hour so we ate what they brought to us. Then, of the 3 flavors brought, 2 were cold and only one was at the right temperature. Later on someone stopped by to ask how everything was going and I told her how bad it had been so far.
