Our party of five was seated at a high top, and our waitress did a pretty good job, considering the large group she was also taking care of next to us. We ordered the Pizza Pan Nachos and Spinach and Artichoke Dip with carrots and celery instead of pita chips. Both were good overall, however the nachos were a bit too salty, and the dip came with pita chips instead of veggies, so we needed to re-ask for those. There is a nice outdoor space in back, which would be great in the summer, and while there is a nice wood bar, I found it relatively small. Came here to try out the baked cod and was pleasantly surprised. The baked cod is absolutely delicious and flavorful. Perfect portion. I ordered it with the fries which were tasty of course! The tartar sauce is different, but delicious, i enjoyed it very much. I would love to try the potato pancakes next time. Service was great as well. WOW the Natty Oaks Christmas decorations are amazing! It should be enough of a reason to stop by! We stopped in on a Saturday night to celebrate my dad's birthday, we had a short wait so in the meantime we got drinks and visited the speakeasy. The menu has a good selection of your standard bar food, and everything we saw come out looked delicious. We enjoyed some cheese curds and deep fried mushrooms to start, and most got a burger for their dinner. I got the philly cheesesteak, it was a great amount of filling to bread ratio and very good. The homemade chips were also a star. The portion sizes were a good size. I would like to come back to try some of the other things on the menu and see how it transforms for the summer or other fun events! read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences my mother-in-law and her friend have ever had. The service was incredibly rude from both the server and management, and the entire experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming. They upcharge for practically everything, and none of these extra costs are explained ahead of time. You don't find out until the bill comes -- which feels like being nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. The food itself was sub-par and nowhere near worth the inflated prices. On top of that, the staff ignored simple requests, brought drinks that were not what was ordered, and didn't provide the side dishes that were asked for. When they tried to address the issues, management offered almost nothing to make it right -- they only waived a single side salad and acted like that was enough. What makes this even more disappointing is that my mother-in-law's friend, who is Black, was treated with a level of disrespect that was noticeable and unacceptable. Whether intentional or not, the treatment they received made them feel singled out and unwelcome. There are plenty of better pubs and grills in the area that actually care about their customers. I absolutely do not recommend Natty Oaks. Avoid this place unless you want bad service, surprise charges, and an overall horrible dining experience read more

The place smells like cat pee, and its pungent. I came here because the reviews are great, but I did unfortunately did not have a great experience. I wanted to sit outside so I walked up and on the patio there's a sign that says "Please see host inside" so I do exactly that. I stood there for 10 minutes with my girlfriend until a line started to form behind us and then someone walked up to us to tell us we can sit wherever we want. The bartender was very rude when trying to turn cards in for a free drink. It was very disorganized. We still had a fun time taking the shuttle bar to bar even though each bar didn't seem to know what was going on. The judging was biased on the costume contest. We were there standing in line but were not included. I've had a bad experience in the past there at a packer game and this makes me and my large group of friends not want to go back there ever again. Given how long things took, we didn't bring it up. For instance, my husband asked for lettuce, pickles and mustard. Came here on a Sunday morning for brunch. They have an amazing, huge Bloody Mary that was delicious! The bartender was very pleasant. They offer a brunch menu along with their full menu. We had the smash burgers this time and they were very good! My problem was my rum & coke. When the waitress gave it to me it was completely clear with just a hint of Coke. I thought Wow that's a heavy pour! After tasting it I called the waitress back and her response was " Oh yea the coke is out and someone needs to change the tank!"
