I purchased the most expensive package. 90 minute FULL BODY massage. I came intending to get relief for my immense neck pain. First, the lady massaged ONLY my upper back for the about 50 minutes. I swear I was waiting for the full body to begin for so long but it never happened. I was waiting for her to move but she repeatedly just rubbed her arms on my left side primarily. This is supposed to be deep tissue by the way but it felt like the woman had absolutely no training on human female anatomy. I am on the petite side. She never once squeezed pressure points at any part of my body. Now to my injury. I came for neck relief but this woman was literally just pinching the fuck out of my neck! It hurt so bad I was visibly tensing up, I was grunting, smacking my hands on the bed, balling my fists, it hurt so bad and she never did any other type of neck massage, she just kept squeezing the same area of my neck over and over for about 20 minutes, I even told her "that hurts!" And she kept doing it. I wanted to so badly just walk on out of there but I stayed hoping it would eventually feel better. I paid for a full body massage, but my legs were never touched, nor was my lower back AT ALL!! I even left a 15 dollar tip still, which, a day later, I wish I wouldn't never given. After a day of the massage and sleeping, my neck is in excruciating pain. This woman pinched the nerves in my neck and is causing very horrible cubital and carpal tunnel pain all around my shoulders, elbows and fingers. If I had the money to sue I really would. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be advising EVERYONE to avoid this location at all costs. The foot massage probably lasted like a little under 10 minutes and absolutely no preassure was applied to the foot, ankle, or calves whatsoever. My friend I came with was massaged by a male therapist and she reported a quality massage without pain and acceptable pressure, however the woman who massaged me kept yawning and talking to the man, who most of the time didn't respond to her, probably because he was focused on doing a good job. I should've asked the ladies name so I could put it down but I was literally left with tears by the end of my session. I was so incredibly disappointed and left with 10 times more pain than when i entered. Not to mention through out the whole session, workers outside of our area had phones on max volume ringing through out the session and very loud conversations, they didn't even care to attempt to whisper. Just an overall horrible experience for someone experiencing chronic back and neck pain looking for some relief. This place was supposed to be a sacred area for relaxation and I ended up injured, my hearing is off, I have a headache, my ears are ringing now, I have no idea what this woman did to my neck but I am so fucking upset and in so much pain I'm literally crying as I'm typing this.
