vegetarian chilaquiles
Sabrina B.

The vegan menu looked good and I had heard the food was good, although sometimes it took a while. the servers were really nice but my food was awful. Perhaps it was just what I ordered. I got vegetarian Chilaquiles, which the menu said would come with fresh avocado, onion, and tomato. I got a plate of chips with beans and eggs, all covered in a green sauce that wasn't good. When I asked they brought me fresh veggies which was kind. It's a cute, decently priced restaurant, but I don't recommend the chilaquiles. The mixed juices were pretty good.

Ceviche
Angel T.

Food was barely good (Ceviche was good), service was terrible, 30m waiting for a breakfast and there where less than 6 people between all tables and that's counting us. Also, they lie about the stuff in the menu, we ordered turkey ham on our breakfast and got bologna instead, which we don't like. Not coming back here on our next trip to Cancún.

Enfrijoladas

Delicious yum food that warms your soul. My husband and I loved their strawberry banana orange and grapefruit smoothie it was quite yummy. We ate everything from our plates because it was delicious.

Chocolate shake and watermelon juice

We were staying at a non all inclusive resort (lol) and were searching for good breakfast options around Cancun. Natura had good ratings and a good range in their food options and we decided to give this a try. We ordered some juices and shakes along with Mexican and English breakfast (with a fruit plate as well - traveling with parents - lol). The food is made fresh, reasonable, and great! I can't pick any downsides in the dining experience except maybe lack of English speaking servers. The place has Wifi and decent washrooms to freshen up. Wish I had stayed a couple more nights in Cancun to try the other options on their menu!

Coffee

The fruit smoothies were amazing, I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee being there were grounds in mine. I also tried the croissant breakfast sandwich which was okay but not very filling.

Shrimp in pineapple

Nice brunch place at Cancun - non commercial so to say! Great fresh juices - very refreshing and great coffee as well! I had the omelette with two different salsas, their home made salsas are great! We also ordered the shrimp in a pineapple - delicious! I have two complaints - that they are way understaffed and so the service is super slow! You have to wait a while to get your food. There was just one server running around with everyone's orders. The second one being parking, we ended up getting parking on the opposite side of the road so I definitely wanted this place to be worth it to take two rounds to find parking!

Food was decent but had TERRIBLE service here! Came with my family and we waited over 30 minutes for our food and they still got our order wrong. When we started to get served it was at the same time as other tables seated 30 minutes after us. we had to constantly look for the server. we did not get anything compensated for our troubles except a coupon for vacation adventure booking.... I'm definitely not going back. Sucks but I choose not to pay for spotty service...

Indoor seating

A great place in the hotel zone for some fruit and vegetable juices. Only 55 pesos each for a goblet of it. Many choices available. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Came here for breakfast on a Sunday, lots of seating both indoors and out. We had the nopal fajitas which is cactus with tortilla and a motulenos which is fried eggs over a fried tortilla. Both were okay for breakfast. The #27 on the fresh juice menu has oatmeal, cinnamon and raisins blended with fruit which I enjoyed a lot.

Came here for breakfast, food is good, but nothing spectacular. There are better joints out there. The spot is clean, quick service, juices are fresh, and the arrachera is juicy. I got the fajita today and it was 10/10 would recommend this joint if you want a quick feed. It is not a locals spot but more of a touristy joint.

Beef tacos with strawberry margarita

The service was okay. I only say that because the waiter gave me a lot of tome to look through the menu, probably about 20 minutes total. I was not in a rush so I did not mind but if you are looking for quick service this may not be your spot. Also keep in mind that COVID could have affected this. The tacos were good. I ordered four which was way too much for me. It came out with a ranch/sour cream, roasted jalapeños, fresh Picco, and two other verde sauces. Everything tasted great

Jugo Verde
Stephanie S.

Whenever I come to Mexico, I must must must have jugo verde (green juice). Every place has a slightly different variation but it typically consists of parsley, pineapple, and spinach, with a couple of other ingredients. I found this location on Yelp and suggested coming here for breakfast. The restaurant is so adorable as it's decorated like a jungle with indoor trees and hanging vines. I loved it! We were seated immediately and looked through the menu. I was craving an American breakfast so I ordered their green juice with some pancakes covered in fruit. My mom did the same but with their carrot and beet juice. My boyfriend had an omelette with fresh orange juice and my step-dad tried their coffee. Our pancakes were perfectly cooked and the fresh fruit was delicious. I loved my green juice and my mom and boyfriend definitely enjoyed their juices as well. Service and pricing are great. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I wish I could give a higher rating. The coffee isn't good. I expected a better quality brew. If the coffee in my hotel next door was decent, I thought it would be even better at Natura. I asked for an egg croissant. The bean filling was scarce. The egg needed salt. There was no salt on the table though I understand that due to Covid they don't have it on the table. The croissant itself wasn't flaky. It's basically a bread in the shape of a crescent. I noticed a waitress clean the table after customers had left. Wasn't she supposed to clean the chairs too? I left disappointed.

Chilaquiles

Was over all inclusive food at the resorts. Luckily, Natura is in the middle of all the resorts, shopping centers and club. Stoped by Natura and order chilaquiles, the chilaquiles were so delicious ! Definitely will recommend if you want to get away from resort food. The service was great staff was friendly and welcoming. The out door seating area was so cute.

Worst fish taco ever! It literally has just over cooked fish and tortilla.

The waitstaff are incredibly attentive and friendly, though definitely trying to upsell La Veranda's specialty drinks (charged at an extra cost to the card presented at check-in, though usually $5 or less). I think breakfast and lunch serve the same items, though dinner changes by the weekday. Some nights, the patio area has additional stalls that serve other dishes like tacos, paella, etc. Performers sing or dance nightly to accompany meals, usually matching the "theme" of the evening (ex. American, Italian, Asian). The quality and variety is phenomenal-- my photos barely capture the array of dishes available every day. I had to laugh at some of the options clearly pandering towards to average picky American eater (WHO GOES TO CANCUN FOR HOT DOGS AND PIZZA) My only gripe is that multiple beverages or soups are left out without lids... Dust or dirt could easily settle in and sink into the liquid :S And several dishes are left out without a sneeze guard... Who knows what happens then. NOTE: swimsuits aren't permitted in La Veranda-- clothing/coverups required to check in for any meal. You'll need to provide your room number each time.

It was more of just 'what can I dislike the most.' Everything was just average at best and the size of the buffet was just much smaller than I expected. Also, I was really excited to try their peanut butter & jelly 'flavor of the month' ice cream, but when I got it, we all agreed that it tasted most almondy than PB&J. (as 2 days later was a new month, I saw that that month they had changed the flavor of the month to almond honey so clearly I unknowingly just got an early preview of the next month's flavor). I've heard that on other times this place is an actual restaurant. I wish we had tried it in that format so we could try most made to order items as I would hope they'd be better. While the food was disappointing, the wait staff was absolutely fantastic. They were so helpful and just so joyous. They were constantly joking around with us, helped turn some of our coffees in to a fantastic alcoholic drink, and just being so pleasant to our kids. They were really the stars of the meal. If we were to find ourselves here again, we'd absolutely avoid it if it was their buffet but would also absolutely try it if it was the actual restaurant format. The setting is nice, the interiors are inviting and warm, and I just want to trust these other reviews of people have positively given.

The grilled fish was delicious, so good that I got it twice. German, our waiter, was very hospitable and friendly and had great dinner recommendations. You should definitely come to this restaurant if you are visiting the area and hopefully you can get German who was a wonderful waiter. I will say, right off the bat, this place is loud if you're hear during peak meal time. While the mariachi band was a nice added touch, it only exacerbated the already loud dining experience. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic meal, this isn't the place for you. But if you're ok speaking up a bit throughout the meal, do not pass on this restaurant. I opted to try things that I wouldn't easily find at a restaurant, even in Los Angeles where I live. That meant I tried an aztec corn soup for my appetizer (it tasted like liquid corn bread and I say that as a compliment) and then for my main I tried a Molcajete Mixto. It was absolutely amazing. The best way I could explain it is a Mexican bibimbap. Each of the 3 types of meats were grilled perfectly, the special cheese was mild, but had a really great texture to it. The bits of cactus were cooked to perfection where they were soft, but with just the right amount of bite to it. I gobbled that dish up so quickly and considered asking if I could have another one. If I wasn't already stuffed I absolutely would have. It was probably the single best dish I had the entire week I was in Cancun. I've now made it my quest to find somewhere near me where I can get something even remotely comparable. I also appreciate that they had 'kid cocktails.' All 3 of my boys felt so adult sipping on their special mocktails. Our wait staff was a tad out of sorts, they would often say they were going to grab something for us (i.e. a high chair) and then completely dissapear. In the case of the high chair we just ended up finding one ourselves. But I think this issue stemmed from them just being so busy and slightly overstaffed. When they were with us, they were nothing short of fantastic. Honestly, if I ever return to Cancun, I will absolutely be returning here. It was that good. It makes getting the all inclusive package worthwhile. I will, however, avoid going on mariachi night.

It happened to be closed on the night we planned to eat there, which was frustrating. Honestly, I wish the resort would provide a schedule at check-in showing which restaurants are open and closed each night. We ran into that issue with more than one restaurant during our trip. For breakfast, Siete is very much a traditional buffet. There's a large selection, but some of the breads and pastries sit out in the open and can get stale pretty quickly. The omelet stations were one of the better features. They have two of them, which helps keep the lines moving, and there are a ton of toppings to choose from. The omelets were pretty good, although like most omelet bars, they were slightly overcooked. The standout part of breakfast was the fresh fruit and smoothie station. I believe the gentleman working there was named Marco, and he was awesome. He made our smoothies three different mornings and was always energetic, friendly, and happy to help people figure out what flavors would work well together. They had an impressive selection of ingredients too, including things like prickly pear, aloe vera, and other fruits and vegetables you don't normally see at a breakfast buffet. They also have cereal, meats, a Bloody Mary station, and plenty of other breakfast options, so there's something for just about everyone. Service overall was just okay, but the hostesses were really nice and welcoming. Not the most amazing breakfast buffet I've ever had, but it was a solid option each morning, and Marco alone made the experience a lot more enjoyable. I would definitely eat breakfast here again.

Siete offers the BEST breakfast buffet ever…read more The best part of the buffet was the fresh omelet and smoothie station. Since when do you ever see a fresh smoothie station at a hotel/resort buffet? Shout out to Marco the only staff member at Live Aqua that left an impression on me for being the most genuinely cheerful guy ever. He will concoct something for you if are indecisive and it always comes out great. Very unique ingredients are available to curate your drink ie. cactus, dragon fruit, star fruit, passion fruit. He makes it a show out of making the smoothie too- all the ingredients he uses is always enough for 1 glass with no waste! They have the best fresh juice station as well- papaya, cantaloupe, watermelon-- all so smooth with no pulp. Fresh fruits, so many pastries, churro & chocolate fountain station, Mexican coffee, Mexican breakfast foods- there's something for everyone. Mimosas are also available! Their dinner offerings were lackluster and not that memorable comparable to their breakfast service. Since the size of the Siete was more spacious than their other restaurants, service is also a lot more slower than usual. Would highly recommend dining at Siete for dinner on their Mexican Festivity night at Live Aqua (was on Thursday) the week we were there- they have live music and performance.
