I won't be returning here again. Besides the fact that everything is beyond overpriced, this is not only the first, second but third time I've seen an expired product. The first time I saw it I complained to the cashier and told her where to the item was, second time I went back to the product and they were still in the same spot and still expired (they expired in EARLY June, it was now the end of July) and I brought the item up to show the cashier who was apologetic. Now for the third time, my mom bought the same item which I immediately checked and it was not expired however it has black mold all over it. The expiration date is the end of August but it was so poorly packaged (not tight enough) and then the employees there obviously have not been properly checking the shelves for rotting, expired and moldy food. Same thing goes with Vitellios over on Yellowstone, there are tons of expired items there too, sadly. Except Vitellios gives you your money back, this place gives you the hardest time especially when you deal with the woman with the short black hair (look up other reviews on here about her) who definitely lives up to her reputation as being the rudest person.

One on the only places in Forest Hills, not named Trader Joe's, where one can buy organic food products. There's moderate street parking and a bit pricier than your Non-Organic alternative, but, the convenience factor is unmatched as they're located on the busy corner of Austin St & Ascan Ave. Their deli section has decent Boars Head selections as well as imported prosciuttos and other similar options. Their butcher section provides many sought after cuts of meat including T-bone steaks, skirt steak, ribeye, lamb & pork. They make their own brine for two type of pickle and have a vast selection of craft ice cream alternative products(dairy-free)

Quart of milk went up 30 cents, to $1.99 now....that's quite an increase...now no longer one of the cheaper places to purchase milk.

Setting the flowers to music in my mind we walked along the large glass display case, looking for ideas although white color was going to be the sprite for the spray. The music involved brass instruments, I do not know what they were but they were drawing my thoughts upwards, towards a place we all one day will be. Down in the dirt physically, up on the shiny escalator for the long slow ride upstairs. All of this is too much for me as I am not particularly visual, how do I settle on an arrangement. Enter the girlfriend with whom I can rely to make the decisions when I stumble in the decision making process. What is suitable in size and color? Does it stand or sit in a vase? The vase flowers in white were a fine choice, appropriate and elegant and not overly dripping with sympathetic sadness, yet a color that could reflect light casting illuminations back towards the saddened and sorrowful crestfallen family.
