The ladies up front were great and pulled up my labs, so I didn't have to go and come back. I was in and out within 10 minutes tops. That was with a potty break before heading back. I used to have to get lab work every 6 months for a years, but this was the only time I didn't mind getting my blood drawn. I wish I would have wrote the tech's name down that did my blood draw yesterday because she was phenomenal. Young Indian lady didn't even pinch me! I wish there was a way to request her in the future. Thank you again for being the only one that didn't hurt me with a blood draw. Thank you to the friendly receptionists, I appreciated your friendly small talk and laughs. It made my busy day so much better.

I have a VERY difficult time with blood draws! I have tiny veins that seem to run at the sight of a…read moreneedle. I can't even count how many times someone has "blown" one of my veins. Consequently, I have a horrible fear of needles. Phlebotomists have a tendency not to listen to me when I express my concerns and try to tell them how to best collect a sample from me; arrogance I think. HOWEVER, I had an entirely different experience at this location the other day! First of all, I hardly had to wait at all. I so badly wish I had asked the name of my phlebotomist because he was amazing! He collected my blood with zero issues and most importantly... HEARD me. He asked if I was doing ok during the draw, I didn't even feel him switching out the tubes, and he was able to place the needle on the first try. I don't even have a bruise at the injection sight- and that's only ever happened to me one other time. The entire process was quick and (virtually) painless!

The building was not difficult to find because right when I turned into the center, it is the corner building with a large sign. When walking inside, it appears clean with a front desk. I had to sign in and was given paperwork to complete. The check in process was very simple and quick. The waiting area was nice with a lot of seating and a TV. I was called in to the back at 12:50pm. At the back I was asked to put my bag and coat on a hanger and had to verify my information. Then I was given a cup and directed to the bathroom for the sample. Without flushing, I brought out the sample, then had to date and initial it, sign and I was done. The whole process took no more than 8 minutes. Overall, the wait was a little longer than expected considering there was only one other customer in front of me. Staff were very efficient and nice though.

But hey, they take this from a 2 star rating (for waiting room is dank and musty) and grit it up to 4 stars with the surprising efficiency of a crackhead with a U-Haul and a deadline. So don't go here and expect to feel loved or even respected. But if you use the LabCorp app to make an appointment (highly recommended) they will get you in and out efficiently. They are the LabCorp equivalent of a dive bar that you just can't quit.

There were no signs posted anywhere stating that they stop accepting walk-ins early or that they close check-ins at 2pm. The staff member who came out (a white lady) was rude and unprofessional, speaking dismissively to customers waiting in line. Here's the funny part... while I was writing this review, Yelp says they close in 42 minutes, and my phone time was 3:18pm. Seriously? Is this a joke? Who's managing this location?

I understand that there Was no time for pleasantries. She said Fridays they are usually really busy. But she was pleasant enough as well as. I give Teresa five stars. I didn't even feel that needle she inserted to take five blood test tubes. For the wellness check she had to get my blood pressure, waist measurements etc. once all of my information was put in, she was very efficient. Definitely a professional. As for the post Covid work shortage, maybe that has hit this place, however, i'm sure they could handle more office work. So I had to walk up and down the halls of the first, second, and finally third floor before finding it. There is no one working at the desk. There's a tablet in the corner, which I didn't see at first. By the time I checked in, I was late. I added my name as a stand by. The only chance you have to talk to a live person is when the phlebotomists come out to call the next person, and they make it obvious they're not interested in helping. Upon entering, there were about 4-5 people ahead of me with appointments, so obviously those people were seen first and then several people came in after right after me. Ultimately, I was in and out within 25 minutes, which I felt very reasonable considering I walked in without an appointment and several people ahead of me. I found this location to be very convenient and the staff quick and friendly.
