My eyebrows are okay..but they were too short...hence giving my face an "incomplete" look. As a birthday present, my mom allowed me to get my eyebrows tattooed ($200.) I had been doing some research online (as well as on yelp) and I finally narrowed down choices to Fanny's. I checked out her convenient web page at www.fannyskincare.com and review her artwork (there are pictures!!) and also her prices are pretty reasonable. So, my mom and I went into Fanny's one day and asked about how permanent eyebrow works and Fanny was really nice to us the whole time! She explained the process, showed us before-and-after pictures, and also gave me a take-home gel to apply to my brows. The process was painless (well..more like it felt like tweezing your own eyebrows the whole time)..because Fanny applied a numbing cream and she was off to work. I'm not so sure how much permanent eyeliner will hurt....I'm thinking about getting it. Fanny is super friendly and immediately went to work right after I filled out a form with my information and signed. I didn't even make an appointment, but Fanny did not mind. You also get TWO free touch-ups and you have to use them within one year after the date you get your eyebrows done. Fanny also does facials, waxing, mole removals, and other services...I have not tried them yet...but will give her facials a shot one day. I highly recommend Fanny! =D

She is clean and uses quality products that do not fade to unnatural colors over time such as blue and green- instead they fade to brown. She has a steady hand and is an excellent artist with the natural ability to tattoo very thin straight lines and because she is a makeup artist she knows what looks good on each person's face type. She will start off conservatively at first in terms of thickness, color, etc as she knows that it is permanent and she wants her clients to be happy in the long run. I have always appreciated this about her. Anyone who thinks that permanent makeup is a one stop process needs to understand that it is not the case- there are touch ups involved. Fanny has always had a warm and welcoming personality and she aims to please her clients. She offers her professional opinion and will work with you on the exact shape you want, etc. by drawing it out. I have brought her photos to show her how I wanted my eyeliner drawn and she was able to work with that. For those of you who are worried about pain, she will put a topical anesthetic on the area to lessen your sensitivity. She works fast and you will be in and out in no time and will be so impressed with her work that you will not be thinking about pain. I highly recommend that if you are considering permanent makeup you go only to Fanny because even though other places may be cheaper, you get what you pay for in terms of skill level and product. I had been to another person who had done a terrible job on my eyebrows and Fanny was able to fix them and make them look beautiful- thank God. I chose to get combo brows - which is having hair strokes in front of the brows and shade the tail end of the brows. She is no regret and I'm happy I decided to do microblading as I don't have time to do makeup anymore.
