Terrible experience…read more I went twice--both times she was late and made me wait about an hour. Once she even called while I was already on my way to push the appointment out again. The eyebrows came out way too dark for my skin tone and look bad. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, she argued instead of taking responsibility. It's been over a month and I still haven't received any credit. Unprofessional, poor results, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My eyebrows are very blonde, so I used to have to put on brow gel or wax/powder to color them in, otherwise I look washed out. I went to Anna to get my eyebrows done. She worked with me to choose the ideal shape by first sitting with me at a mirror while she colored in my eyebrows with a pencil before starting, and then 30 minutes later: VOILA!! The color looks natural and is subtle, but highly effective. I absolutely LOVE it. Gone are the days (seriously, collectively hours of my life) staring in the mirror trying to get the right shape and color right. Because I liked the results of the eyebrows so much, I asked Anna if the eyeliner would work with my fair skin. I went to see Tina to help me correct my previously tattooed eyebrows. Tina is extremely meticulous about her work. Firstly, her workspace is extremely clean and she lays out all her tools for you to see prior to your session. She took her time to make sure to discuss what I wanted to do with my eyebrows. She carefully picked out the appropriate shades to use (she used 3 different shades on me to create a natural look) and had me approve them. She then measured and drew the shape on my eyebrows prior to starting the microblading and shading. An hour later, I had new and improved eyebrows that I love! I also had a follow up session two months later to address anything I wanted or needed to be changed. I love my eyebrows and they make my daily routine so much easier!
