I was really hoping I did not have to, because the treatments are effective, staff is in general friendly and try to help...BUT: It is so frustrating!! When we buy the treatments and PAY ALL UPFRONT they offer to schedule appointments in the future an one thinks that it is going to be a smooth process. The reality is different. Having an appointment scheduled does not mean anything. This past week I called the Burlingame office scheduled for 8/22, the next day I got a message informing that the appointment changed to another time (still the same day), I called them again to understand why, the agent offered to return to the original time scheduled. Got a phone call confirming the appointment - which I confirmed. For my surprise, the next day I got the long message (picture here) cancelling the appointment. I am seriously considering requesting a full refund of the thousands of dollars I paid upfront for the treatment. I finally stopped talking to her because she was the person handling complaints, yet she did not seem interested in listening to what I was experiencing. Everyone at the clinic could see something was wrong, but she continued insisting that everything looked the same. Eventually I completed about 80% of some of my treatment areas and decided to stop going altogether because overall service was terrible.
