She didn't clean up my cuticles at all, she cut my cuticles multiple times with the drill and then proceeded to get gel in one of the cuts, and left it there. Most of my cuticles are flooded, gel on the skin on the sides of my nails and underneath my nails. I told her I didn't like the pink acrylic and to just paint the whole nail but she insisted on still doing the French tips. I had to ask her to do a second coat of the green, they were so translucent and still are in some spots. Honestly the worst manicure I've ever had read more

This place is a public health crisis, like blood in the dip powder health crisis. Long story short, I won't be back and recommend no one ever go. I ended up here because everywhere else had a massive wait. The woman greeted me and we were off to a good start. As the manicure started, one woman took my purse from beside me and put it on the ground, without ever talking to me. During the cuticle portion of the manicure, I started bleeding, I'm which the woman simply wiped it with a towel and kept going. By the end of the manicure THREE OF MY FINGERS WERE BLEEDING. She continued without tissue or alcohol wipes, putting my bleeding fingers int eh dip powder. The woman was very rude, barely talking just pushing my hands in front of the fan or wherever she needed them to go. In the end, I spent $46 on a dip manicure. There's no tip line at checkout so I guess that's how they stay in business. Don't go. read more

I decided to try this place with my sister and friend before a shindig we had the next day. We went on a Friday around 1. My friend arrived before my sister and I, and was getting a pedicure. We only spoke about getting manicures so we let the lady know we would not be getting the pedicures. That seems to peeve the workers off. They ushered us to some seats. We thought our friend would come and sit with us in a bit, so we were waiting patiently. Twenty plus minutes pass and I checked on our pedi friend. They decided to do the manicure at the same time as the pedicure. They were flying through to get her done. My lady rushed around the table and finally sat. My gel manicure was complete with in 10 minutes of starting. My sister waited another twenty for my lady to shuffle around and act like she was running a day camp, yelling and bossing around people as if the place was crazy. I have a gel machine at home. I've been practicing...I'm still not great. I splurge to go out and get my nails done with friends as an experience. I came Home with nails that looks like I had tried to do them quickly...which means they looked terrible and will peel within the week. I walked out the door and into a store. My nails has already chipped. Bummed! It's now Tuesday, 4 days after and my nails are peeling from all the places she painted on the cuticles. Also the card machine was "broken". I did watch a lady pay with card right before me. Our lady would not allow us to pay on the "broken" machine. We had to use the ATM. I understand waiting if the spa is packed. I do not understand getting rushed through a manicure. We didn't come to get a paint job by an amateur. Be proud of the work and show a great product and the people will come back. read more

We decided to try this place out after a friend recommended it to us. We wanted to get our nails done with the bride before the bridal shower that we were hosting. As soon as we walked in, it was pure Madness inside. We were quickly shuffled around and sat down at a manicure station. After waiting for 20+ minutes my sister's manicure began and was finished in less than 10 minutes. It was the fastest most shotty manicure I have ever witnessed. When it was my turn, I wanted multiple colors and a fun design. Glad I asked for that because it forced them to take a little more time on the nails, though that didn't seem to help much seeing that 3 days later my nails are already starting to bubble and peel off. The card machine was "surprisingly" not working, so we had to pay and tip in cash. So glad we had some smaller bills in the car so we didn't have to pay everything that we withdrew from the ATM. We all felt like we were in the way and a burden and they just wanted to get the cash and shuffle us out the door as fast as possible. We were walk-ins which could have played into that rush, but if you don't have time or the employees, let us know and we can come back later or go somewhere else. this place has been up and down for me. I like to try places more than once to get a good feel of everything. well, the last time I got a pedicure, the bottom of my photo was scrubbed off. I had been soaking for at least 45 minutes before they got to me, it was a sat and they were busy, but when the guy went to scrub my feet he was scrubbing and trying to do multiple things for other people and he just went too far. I felt the pain shortly after but thought it just got a little roughed up, but later that night I had a straight up sore and it was so tender. I didn't hold it against them though. I don't get pedis there anymore but I continued to go get my nails done.... until today. today the nail tech cut my cuticles which sucked and hurt but what sent me over the edge was when she dipped her cuticle oil back into the bottle multiple times after brushing it over my bleeding cuticles. I honestly don't know if she even noticed because she was on the phone and just rushing the process. but I know she knows she cut me because she was very careful not to put the acetone on them when she was cleaning me up. I had 6 fingers that now have raw cut up cuticles and she put oil on every nail... at this point, I will not be back. I feel like I've seen what I need to see to know that it's not worth it. read more

Came in and sat down to get my nails done at 10:30, didn't leave until 1:00. Walked in expecting to get the same thing i always do at other nail salons. Instead of getting long nails that I normally love, they cut them short. I wouldn't complain but considering how long I sat in the chair I expected to leave with nails I love. Not nails that are the wrong color, shape, and length. They look like they are roughly a week grown out when I got them done a few hours ago. I didn't complain while I was there because they seemed to be busy running around and stressed. They take too many customers at once and a woman that came in an hour after me left before me while I had an appointment and she did not. They gave massages to woman all around, even the friends I went with. However, they neglected to give me the same treatment. Overall, I felt neglected and didn't feel like the money I spent was worth the service I received. I work in hospitality and I am typically very understanding when short staffed but don't take an appointment and let them sit there for two hours while you leave and do another woman's nails. If you want a good place to get your nails done, Awesome Nails and Wax is my go to. They may not give massages but their pricing is fair, they listen to you, give you what you want, and get you out in a timely manner. If I were the manager of this place, slow down. I came in for a gel manicure right after the salon opened and was there for all of 20 minutes... that's how fast the entire job was. Super disappointed. The tech who did my nails cut me in several places while pushing back, or should I say, jamming back, my cuticles. The paint job was horrendous and is already chipping (I had it done 4 days ago). At the end, I told the technician I was not happy and that I felt like she had rushed my manicure. I could have done a better job myself, and without all the lacerations. This was by far the worst experience I've ever received. I do not recommend this place at all. The quality of work was quite frankly subpar. Once I received the service I proceeded to pay for such. They informed me that they don't take credit cards despite the MasterCard and Visa logo being displayed on their window. They were very rude and insisted that I should've known they didn't accept cards. They even went so far as to say I was trying to get around from having to pay. I went in on a Thursday evening around 6:20, they close at 7:30. I got serviced in a timely manor, but the lady doing my nails seemed to really struggle when finding the color of gel I picked out. I showed her the color and the number and she then put the color wheel back on the wall. She grabbed 2 different colors then what I picked out, so finally I pointed out the exact color and number that I was looking for. She proceeded to do my acrylic fill and everything. It took over an hour for my fill, when I was finally done we went up to the front to pay. She ran my card and then proceeded to make sure that I tip her. I wasn't aware that you cannot tip on card at that establishment. I planned on going to Target right after so I told her I would be back with cash. She said "we have ATM". I don't mind tipping I actually usually tip very well, but the fact that she then asked for her tip and then proceeded to make sure I tipped her before leaving was a little off putting. I got cash out of there ATM which then charged me a fee to use, I asked her for change, tipped and walked out. It is now Saturday that I am writing this review and one of my nails already has gel polish chipping off. They weren't rude, they didn't do a bad job, but make sure if you go here you have cash for a tip. read more

I have been to many MANY nail salons, and this is the best! I have horrible dry / calloused heels, and they take their time to scrub all the dead/dry skin off without using razors. I buy their "Ultimate" or "Royal" pedicure, which is a bit pricey, but the massage and exfoliating treatment is so worth it! The staff is always friendly, and their services are wonderful. I have been going about every 2-3 weeks for a year now with Long as my specialist, and although he doesn't speak much English, he is AMAZING! I was very impressed as soon as I walked through the door at Natural Nails & Spa. I was greeted promptly. I have been told my nails look "amazing" by my cousin who is very particular about her nails. My daughter also had her nails done which also look amazing. The shop is extremely clean. I also noticed no one going outside to smoke while customers were waiting which is one of my pet peeves. My daughter also had her eyebrows waxed and they look wonderful. I highly recommend Natural Nails. None of the staff was on their cells phones either which is another pet peeve of mine. read more

So me and a few girlfriends stopped in and first off they trick customers into using their ATM by saying that their card machine is messed up. But they won't tell you prior to starting your service. The customer before us was told she absolutely had to use the ATM but when I said oh I'll have to leave she said no no don't worry. Also, when asked to do an ombré polish instead of saying I'm sorry I don't know how, she went ahead and put what resembled tips of glitter 3/4 down. Then when asked to fix it didn't remove the polish, just painted over with two more coats, resulting in chipped nails. Highly Disappointed! Very Dirty Salon! Ever since Cindy Left the salon it has gone down hill! Everytime I go in and have an appointment I still sit and wait 25-30 minutes before they start my service. My time is valuable! I went in Saturday and they had their 13 year old daughter doing services on paying customers...filing nails, polish changes, back rubs! Wow! The tools they use for pedicures they do not wash with soap or disinfectant they only rinse under water..gross. I tapped the nail clippers and all these old nails fell out. I was about to take a picture on my phone of nail files they use on every client and Long covered it up! Very disgusting! Em only charged me $25.00 she knew I was upset! My nails were filled on Saturday, 5 days later they are already lifting! They always use the razors on peoples heels for pedicures! But have a sign from the board of cosmetology posted not to use them! Never will return I hope they get shut down! Not worth your time or money. Let me start off by saying I have been doing my own nails for a couple of years now- acrylic and all and came in because my husband wanted to have me pampered on our anniversary. I was recommended by someone who gets pedi's done here. Came in to get an acrylic fill and a design done on my accent finger. I had to show them SIX different designs before they agreed on one. " Too time consuming" ,"Too hard". How is a silhouette of a pineapple or two leaves hard for a certified nail technician? At one point I even showed them a design I did on myself. Me. an amateur nail artist. "No,too hard, takes too long". Well, that's what tip$$$ are for. We finally agreed on a basic palm tree design for my accent nail. Even that turned out looking like a dusting broom on both of my nails because they rushed through it. The service was mediocre at best. I was cut while they attempted to drill off the cuticles- not clip... Drill... Which, anyone who knows nail care knows that is asking for infection since they aren't cleaning their tips and just placing them in a tattered, acrylic dust-filled box. I requested gel polish which they then brought out a container of acrylic powder marked as "gel". There is no such thing as a gel powder when doing a fill. If you get a gel fill it will come in a container that literally has the consistency of just that-GEL. Anything else that comes in the form of a powder to do a fill is in fact just acrylic powder and they are trying to make an extra few bucks off people who are too naive to know the difference. I was charged $45 for a cut up thumb, two crooked filed nails, a "gel fill" and dust broom nail designs. No tip was given considering I knew they were trying to dupe me with the "gel fill". read more
