This is my 2nd time getting a manicure at Natural Nails! I will say, business establishment is beautiful. Recently remodeled and under new ownership. Today, 1/31/21 I was serviced by Don. He was extremely friendly, professional, and engaged in small conversation. I explained to him that my nails crack on the sides and would like to prevent having to cut them short. He offered a service called, "dip powder". This isn't Gel or Acrylic. It's two layers of powder that strengthen your nails and the base is nutrients for your nail. I proceeded with this service & am extremely happy. Definitely on the pricer side but don't mind because I want to save my nail length (isn't super long just a length I personally like). SO stoked for John & Anna. This is their 2nd location (Long Beach is the OG) and I couldn't be happier for them opening this new store. Same great quality nails, new location!! If you see a mistake do not be afraid to tell them...this is a common mishap at nail salons because you don't want to bother or burden the nail technician, but these guys will fix anything for you no questions asked, even if you leave and come back- they'll fix for free. Of course this is a pandemic we are in, but safety remains priority. I feel safe here because they do temperature checks at the door and provide sanitizer as well as social distancing for all their customers, new & old. You can't help but to feel like family here. I went in because they had some good reviews since the nails shop I usually go to was really busy. It was the biggest mistake ever, upon walking in it was lonely; no customers which was already a major red flag when going to a salon. The nail lady took longer removing the paint I previously had on my nails than actually doing my whole pedicure she did it in minutes like if it was a race smh it was my first time there so I don't know her name. read more

The manager or whatever he is is never there or he doesn't want to do the nails and the two women that are always there don't do such a great job. The times I've gotten my nails done with one of the ladies there the next week my nails are already wanting to come off. Dirty! it look nothing like the pictures . There is dust all over the station from the night before . So I sit Down look over to my right there's handwritten notes all over the salon " WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU CATCH A INFECTIONS OR FUNGUS ON YOUR TOE OR FINGER" LIKE WTF!!. Second red flag . I asked for full acrylic set small almond shape gel color. When she cut the size she didn't even bring both hands together to measure the length . This Lady "alli" has no business doing nails she is very unprofessional. Possibly unlicensed technicians. Her work ethic suck, customer service awful, unprofessional, cleanness Not!. When I pointed out my right one was smaller than the left she got mad tried to say my finger were the issue, Not her inexperienced self. Absolutely bad consumer service from what I perceive was the owner of the nail salon (a thin male). This was my third time going there because one of the workers there did a really good job on my pedicure but just the fact that the only male there was so disrespectful and dry when I walked in, just simply left me with a very bad vibe.
