I have come about 3x to get my nails done and wax but only one out of the three and have gotten both services. The last 2x the ONE person because they only have ONE person who does wax has not been here. First it was a Monday and I thought okay maybe it's her day off and the 2nd time a Thursday and today it's a Wednesday and again she's not here, mind you it has been different months too. Definitely great opportunity for them to grow and maybe have another person learn how to do wax. Most likely will not be coming back. read more

My mother wanted to try it out because she suffers from incarnated nails and has not been successfully finding someone who does a great job removing it all and not hurting after 2 days again. It's been some time since we went and her nails are not hurting still. Helen is a sweet heart her work is VERY GOOD! She's experienced and knows what she is doing! I loved her work on my toes! The only thing I'd mentioned about the company is they charge on top of their packages. A French tip is an additional $10 on top of your package that you choose, mind you the French is polish not an acrylic French tip just a regular polish French tip. So if you want to add something ask the price beforehand so you aren't surprised when you pay. Also exaggerate on which package you want to the employee because my sister chose the $28 classic pedicure package and they ended up charging her the $43 package. read more

Got my nails done here once got charged $150 for a regular pedi and simple short acrylic nails not only was it simple they came out ugly and not only was it ugly the nail tech switched with another inexperienced tech in between and used my set as a learning opportunity although they never asked the salons hide they're horrible business behind nice decor but don't be fooled it's a chop shop just like anywhere else overcharging. read more

Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.
