I have come about 3x to get my nails done and wax but only one out of the three and have gotten both services. The last 2x the ONE person because they only have ONE person who does wax has not been here. First it was a Monday and I thought okay maybe it's her day off and the 2nd time a Thursday and today it's a Wednesday and again she's not here, mind you it has been different months too. Definitely great opportunity for them to grow and maybe have another person learn how to do wax. Most likely will not be coming back. read more

Was recommended by my cousin so I booked it for 9:30am with Ana. Unfortunately I was notified when I got there that she called out sick. I ended up seeing Ben. Very satisfied with his work, my nails came out beautiful! So talkative, friendly & very accommodating. I saw on TikTok of all places this was a Mexican owned nail shop and I was intrigued given how uncommon that is for a nail shop. And as a Mexican myself, I felt compelled to give them a try. Glad i did. The owner was a nice man who was present and engaging with customers and the employees. I went on a Tuesday for my birthday and i was surprised how busy they were for being a Tuesday early afternoon! The shop was clean and well lit and I didn't see if they had wifi connection but you had good signal nonetheless. There were TVs but they weren't on but they had music on and it wasn't over powering. I liked there was plenty of parking too! They didn't have much selection for colors so maybe bring your own if you have your heart set on a certain color especially if it's an obscure one. I didn't do my hands (only because I don't ever do my hands) The pedicure chair was comfy and roomy and my pedicure was great! They accept cards as payments, but please bring cash for a tip! I'm definitely going back. And wear your Mexico jersey for a discount! (I only grabbed two pictures!) ETA I took off a star for lack of color choices and it was pretty warm in there. I heard the ac come on as i was leaving. To be a little bit fair, I'm hot flashing so everywhere is always extra freaking hot for me. read more

Hello! My mother and I decided to try this new nail spot advertised on Tiktok. My mother wanted to try it out because she suffers from incarnated nails and has not been successfully finding someone who does a great job removing it all and not hurting after 2 days again. It's been some time since we went and her nails are not hurting still. Everyone we saw in this establishment was very friendly and welcoming and the best part that the owner speaks perfectly English and Spanish for those that aren't fluent in either those languages! Helen is a sweet heart her work is VERY GOOD! She's experienced and knows what she is doing! I loved her work on my toes! The only thing I'd mentioned about the company is they charge on top of their packages. A French tip is an additional $10 on top of your package that you choose, mind you the French is polish not an acrylic French tip just a regular polish French tip. So if you want to add something ask the price beforehand so you aren't surprised when you pay. Also exaggerate on which package you want to the employee because my sister chose the $28 classic pedicure package and they ended up charging her the $43 package. read more

I feel when they offer you the extra services they should disclose their prices with the add ons. Also, any minor cuts on cuticles is not acceptable. I got a couple. Maybe slowing the process to service you would be helpful, don't rush a manicure or pedicure service. That's all. read more

Got my nails done here once got charged $150 for a regular pedi and simple short acrylic nails not only was it simple they came out ugly and not only was it ugly the nail tech switched with another inexperienced tech in between and used my set as a learning opportunity although they never asked the salons hide they're horrible business behind nice decor but don't be fooled it's a chop shop just like anywhere else overcharging. read more

This by far is the best nail salon I've visited, the environment is very welcoming and has a very positive atmosphere. Now the young lady who goes by the name Milk is very talented and she is not your ordinary nail technician, she is an artist and she can put just about anything on your nails that you want. Bring her a picture and she can match it. First time going there and i was satisfied. I usually go to another place but the other place forgot my appt and double booked. Luckily i found this place and they were able to give me same day appt. Place is clean and used new tools for every customer. Brian did a great job. They have someone that speaks fluent spanish. Overall service,location and price were good. Wonderful service. Milk and her uncle were very kind and professional. I felt so comfortable the time I was there. Helen did a lovely job with my pedicure and manicure. My nails r cute the shape is amazing I love how they came out but I got them done a week before my trip and 2 lifted already. And I'm not aggressive with my nails I've gotten sets done other places and my retention is usually a month long everything else was great just them lifting was not it. read more

During my pedicure, the nail technician scrubbed the side of my foot so aggressively that she caused a painful wound and broke the skin. I told her that she was hurting me, but she continued to scrub aggressively. The photo I've attached shows the injury caused during the service. The pedicure was also supposed to include a 7-minute deep-tissue foot massage, which I did not receive. She lightly rubbed my feet for approximately one minute instead. The water was also extremely cold. I asked her to make it warmer, but she did nothing. After the service, I explained that I was unhappy with the experience and asked for some Neosporin because my foot had been injured. Instead, she poured rubbing alcohol directly onto the open wound without warning, which was extremely painful. I had originally planned to get a manicure as well, but after having the worst pedicure of my life, I decided against it. Despite the injury and the services that were not provided, she still expected me to pay the full price for the upgraded pedicure. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the technician became extremely confrontational and began yelling at me. She accused me of having been there before and claimed that I had previously complained about the color. I told her that I had never been to this salon before, but she continued insisting that I was lying. She then turned around and loudly told both the other employees and customers in the salon that I had been there before and was lying. I was publicly and falsely accused of lying and yelled at in front of everyone simply for expressing my concerns about the service. I have never experienced anything like this at a nail salon. Not only was I physically injured during the service, but I was also verbally attacked and publicly humiliated when I tried to express my concerns. The entire experience was incredibly upsetting and anxiety-inducing. The photo attached is the injury I received during the pedicure. I would strongly recommend avoiding this salon. I do not feel that the service I received was safe, professional, or acceptable.

The worse head spa of my life!!! I can't believe I spend $100 on this crap. Where do I begin…read more... For starters I made an appointment when I arrived they were clueless about my appt. I specifically asked if they blow dry and style the hair after it's been shampooed and she said yes. She still took me in but she seemed so lost (that should've been my red flag). They made me lay down on the most uncomfortable bed table where my neck didn't reach the sink. The room Was hot with no AC and no relaxing music it was dead. She started to supposedly do head massages using these tools that were cheap and horrible and didn't make my scalp feel good at all. She would only massage with them for 10 seconds and move on to some else so uncomfortable. She then put some eucalyptus oil on my neck and shoulders and started massaging me with her knuckles! I told her it was painful and very uncomfortable so she stopped. She then started to shampoo my hair and after I asked if she could put some treatment bcuz it was dry. She wasn't going to but since I told I'd pay extra she did. She then proceeded to wash my face and add a scrubber leaving my skin dry afterward. It gets worse! She had no intentions of putting any moisturizer on my face! I told her aren't you going to add facial cream. She then said oh u want cream?! She then proceeded to put body lotion on my face!!! Wtff! At this point I was so over it! I wasn't relaxed as I thought I would be and my hair felt hard from the cheap products they use. Then we go to the blow drying station and I see her add some basic spray and just do a quick blow like half assed. I then said aren't you going to blow dry and style and wait for it!!! She says oh sorry we don't do style here. I wanted to scream! I told her I specifically asked you if you style and you said yes or else I would've never stayed!!! I have a concert to attend and wanted to look nice and now I look like the scarecrow! Gets even worse!!!. I then had to take it upon myself and start to blow dry my OWN hair!!! I paid $100 to fckn blow dry my own hair!!!! I could've saved $100 and done all this shit in my own home and done a better job! I've been to so many head spas and was excited there was one finally close to home but it was the worst experience of my life!!! Please don't waste your time and money at this place! They don't know what they are doing and aren't qualified for this stuff! She even had the audacity to assume I would tip her like TF!!! I'm so disappointed never again! Stay away!
