Went in Friday to get my nails done for my birthday May8 everything was fine paid for a mani pedi. total $56...manicure gel was $36 and pedicure $20 I walked in to get my nails fixed, and I tried explaining my situation, but they didn't even bother to listen. They just told me who did my nails and told me to sit down. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes. When she finally came to fix my nails, not one single apology or any communication at all. I understand she was upset. But I am too...It's my time and money. They didn't even last me one week. She fixed my nails, and it wasn't even the same French tip that I asked for last time at this point I just wanted to leave and get this over with. The minute I got up. I went to settle in with my kids for a second and the guy immediately called me over and asked them if I was going to tip. He didn't even give me one minute to settle in grab my kids and head to the counter. He just started saying this can't happen again. I should've came in sooner and I tried explaining my situation, and told him I called and it was okay to come in. "I called Saturday to get my nails fixed but I was already late for my party. Sunday it was Mother's Day. And unfortunately, Monday and Tuesday my boys got sick with a stomach bug & we're vomiting." but it wasn't acceptable. He said it's been one week I immediately corrected him and told him no it has been 4days ...when I showed him pictures with date and time. Even if I came one day after I still would've wanted all my nails be done they were just not sticking. You can see on my photos my nails aren't even grown out yet. Now that I got them redone. Let's see how long they last me. I'm disappointed with the service. I would've loved to given them a second chance. But his attitude killed it for me. I won't be coming back. read more

I've been searching for a new nail shop and didn't want to skip on quality. The nail shop I went to before did great with the look of it, but gave terrible massages. I'm talking half-assed soft touch that did absolutely nothing. You can tell they didn't want to be there.. then I passed by this shop one day and say this lady GET IN THERE-- elbows and all. Here I am.... Not only is the massage great, but the chairs are modern, the services are unique (like this salt scrub that is pictured!), and they really give it 100% with everything that they do. I called on Friday to book a pedicure, and the man who answered was really nice (I didn't catch his name). I booked my appointment for Sunday and asked if they could put on my Halloween press-on nails. He said yes and that there would be no charge. When I came in on Sunday, the pedicure was amazing -- the lady who did it did such a great job! But when it came time to put on my press-on nails, the person helping me seemed unsure of what she was doing. Then I was charged $11, even though I was told it would be free. Unfortunately, the nails only lasted two days, and it looked like too much glue was used. I would've preferred if they'd just said no instead of doing a rushed job and still charging me. I was really disappointed because the pedicure part was great, but the nail service and miscommunication left me unhappy. read more

Came here to get a pedicure and I was told over the phone to come in because there's no wait. When I showed up in less than 5 mins all the pedicure seats were taken. I waited about 30 minutes and people were finished with their pedicure seats became empty and the owner who asked me to wait she forgot about me. two people came in for a pedicure meanwhile i'm waiting and she sat them right away so i get up and remind her i was waiting, she starts laughing and talking amongst the other workers in Vietnamese. This was my second time here and more than likely will be my last. I asked the man (didn't ask for his name) for a fill on my gelx . I also asked if he could make them a little more rounded as the original nails were more pointed and asked for white tip. As he was doing my nails, I told him I didn't like the shape and was ignored. The first nail he painted turned out fine but not sure what happened to the others. I made a comment saying they weren't even and he just proceeded to do what he wanted. You could see where he filled them. He didn't even file them properly. Leaving disappointed is an understatement. KIM, i've been going to her for about a year or so & i LOVE the way she does my pedicure. She stood out to me the most because she would start drilling off the gel, cutting my nails, doing all the clean up BEFORE asking me which package i wanted. It's happened in the past where I'd pick the cheapest pedicure package & they'd try to upsell me & i wouldn't want to & they'd do a bad or okay job BECAUSE i chose the "cheaper" package. I came in for a builder gel french set and a pedicure. kim was great on the pedicure. the older gentlemen on my gel builder was not. i didn't quite catch his name but he was incredibly rough and careless throughout the whole process. he was not even going to do my cuticles until i requested for him to and he seemed annoyed by that. he rushed through everything and at some point even left me waiting for a nail repair while a different lady was willing to do it for the customer that came in. if this is a time to relax, i definitely am leaving a lot more stressed than when i came. i have multiple thin cuts on my cuticles from how much he used the nail drill for absolutely everything and i have white nail polish all over my nails as well from how careless he was. i love amor nail lounge and the vicinity but this gentleman was not kind, detailed or careful at all. greatly upset by this experience read more

My experience: Cold water in the pedicure tub (then burning, scolding hot so back to ice cold water), cold temp in the salon and seated at the first seat with cold air from the open door freezing me on an already cold day, didn't even see a remote for the massage chair and the young kid named Kenny who helped me didn't even show me where to work the chair until half way through my service when I finally asked. Same song on repeat the entire time I was there...for one hour. Absolutely DRY foot scrub with not one drop of soap but I guess I'm lucky the scrub only lasted for 20 seconds each foot...just as long as the massage. Literally 10-15 second lotion squirt on each foot. HORRIBLE service!!! No wonder this place has very bad ratings on google reviews. When I called, I made an appt for myself and my son. We were there nearly an hour and they never even serviced my son because there were only three employees and two were working on a lady for the entire time we were there and apparently never finished. We left at 5:40 and they promptly close at 5:30 so there was no chance of him getting his service done, which we were kind of thankful for. Not friendly, not helpful, and nail designs are very expensive. I inquired about a flame design, just one color at the tips of the nails and it was an extra $24 JUST FOR THE DESIGN! I think that's a lot so I passed. I've been there before and the experience was quite the opposite but I sadly won't go back. read more

I gave this place a chance because I had no time to get my nails done. My nails are horrible. I asked for gel and my nails are super thick. Super uneven and on top of that he didn't even cut my cuticles. I had to ask him at the end do they not cut cuticles so he became very bothered. I also understood everything they were saying.
