The name is not conducive with the service. I've been a licensed Nail technician for over 20 years. I just don't do my own nails anymore. Most of us that are licensed don't. So I know what they should look like. I know how they should be done. I explained that I was licensed, showed him some spots he missed and I left with half polished crooked nails, lumpy nails, and glitter on the top of them, which is definitely not what I asked for. Use caution when you sit in chair 8. I really am not sure if he knows what he's doing or if he just wanted the money. If I could give negative stars it would be a -5. The services are overpriced for what is provided. The staff is very short and kind of rude and also the place was pretty dirty (stuff all over the walls, not dusted, and just overall unkept). They also used the same tools on my feet for my boyfriends feet which is so unsanitary. Many people were waiting because they are understaffed and agreed to too many customers at one time. read more

Very unprofessional and rude. Very rushed pedicure too. We had an appointment and still sat in the chairs for almost an hour.

I have gone there about 3 times, the first time I went the guy who did my nails did a great job and I loved them. The second time I went I got my nails done for my birthday and they turned out HORRIBLE. super chuncky, all different shapes and sizes and the gel color started peeling off the second I got home and really looked at them. I did go back and got them fixed by them and they weren't as bad. Anuway 1 week ago I chose to give them one last chance and they did horrible again. All different sizes and shapes. They are already falling off and it's literally just been 1 week. I will never go back. super expensive as well. read more

My sister and I came here the day after my birthday for a full set. We walked right in and were immediately worked on. I didn't even have to show them a picture of what I wanted. I just stated I wanted all nails matte except for two, which I wanted to be marble. She did them perfectly, and when I told her it was my birthday the day before she turned the disco lights and a happy birthday song played over the P.A. system. They were a little pushy about how I should choose a darker color for matte nails, but I figured I would go ahead and go darker anyway since they knew what they were doing. To;dr my nails lifted off in 4 days and they made me pay to have them redone I had my nails done by Cody on Friday night on the 23rd of November. By Monday morning I had a nail lifting, and I went back and had that fixed. By 9pm Monday night I had a second nail lifting. By Wednesday I had lost 2 nails and had 2 additional lifting. I called to try to get them fixed and they closed early on Wednesday due to thanksgiving, and I was unable to get back in until Sunday night, at which point I only had the one nail that had been fixed. I was lead to believe that I would not have to pay again since my nails stayed on for 4 days, but when I was done they said it was $55. I asked again, but the owner or manager said that because someone else fixed it I would be charged. I told her I didn't want Cody doing it because I don't have time to come in every 5 days and get a new set done. I am so disappointed in how this was handled, especially since I am in the cosmetology profession as well. read more

I went in for a pedicure, they did not clean under the nails. push back the cuticles or file them. It took about 15 min. and he started after my friend and finished before her and she had the exact same pedicure. When I asked him to file the nails flat he gave me a rude stink-face look and didn't do anything else. If I could give a 0 I would. I had to file and repaint the nails when I got home. read more

Came in on a busy Saturday. I know there are people waiting, but if I pay for a service I expect to get at least the bare minimum of what I paid for. The owner did my pedicure and did a terrible job. Plus they don't even put lotion on your legs after the hot towels in a deluxe pedicure. You have to pay EXTRA for that. So dry my legs out with scalding hot towels and then not re-moisturize? My daughter and I went in to get a full dipped set. My daughter asked for coffin shaped and each nail was a different shape and length. The dip was clumpy and the nail tech tried to smooth it out but you could see it through the top layer of polish. Of course my daughter didn't show me until after we were gone. I went to pro nails with my daughter. We both had acrylic nails done. Hers were to look like they had bows on them. They don't. They look like a 3 yr old did the paint on them. On mine he did it so quick it don't fully look like the picture I showed him. I paid $105.00 for both of us to have it done. I still even have acrylic under my nail. Will NEVER go back!!! read more

I went to this salon on a Sunday and by Saturday the shallac on my finger nails came off 3 of my nails. They didn't chip, like the whole polish came right off. I took my shoes off on Sunday and the entire shallac nail polish came off one of my toes. It didn't last a full 7 days. Pathetic I won't be back. read more

I NEVER give places bad reviews even if I didn't like it. I'm a firm believer in just not giving them my business anymore, but there's a first for everything. This place was AWFUL. The man spoke to me in an aggressively manner, not once smiled and removed my old nail color in a vigorous manner. He then proceeded to paint over the cotton residue still on my nails from when he was removing it. My nails looked disgusting, but I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there so I paid and left. I went with my sister and the lady she had didn't even bother to let her finish picking out a color from the wall. She GRABBED her by the arm and sat her down and began to work on her, she was in shock like is this seriously happening right now. Halfway through doing one of her hands she stopped and asked her to pay in the middle of it. That whole experience had us shook. Her nails also looked awful to say the least. We were in there 5 min tops, I cannot exaggerate. Money down the drain, we immediately went to our regular place after. I've heard from many that they have had awful experiences here too. read more

I gave this one star because I couldn't give it 0. Absolutely awful service and attitudes here. He rushed through my entire pedicure and fill, and the results show it. First, when getting my pedicure the man clipped my cuticle way too low. It hurt, I said ow, and he defensively said "you move!" No, I did not move. Then when doing the fill on my acrylics, again he was rushing and the finished shape looked awful. Especially on my right index finger. I asked him if we could fix it, to which he spent the next few minutes berating me about how it was like that when I came in (it absolutely was not) and I should have told him I wanted it fixed before he started (it didn't need to be fixed as he's the one who messed it up!). Then he had the nerve to charge me an extra $5 for the fix!!! And when I didn't give a tip (one was most certainly not earned, and I generally tip over generously) he rushed even more and was rude as he told me I could "go sit over there" when he finished my polish. Obviously, they won't miss my business because they clearly didn't appreciate it to begin with - but I won't miss that service either so I suppose it's a wash. I went last Thursday night to get a french manicure on fingers and toes just paint nothing els. Cost me $38 I guess I should've ask how much first obviously I didn't realize how expensive it was there. The girl who did it was very rude as if I had ruled her night although they didn't close for 2 more hours. But there was a guy working that looked over at some point and said "hello having a good evening? " and that was nice it made me feel less unwanted. I had an appointment for 5:30 on a weekday for a shellac fill. At 5:45 I was sat at one of the tables and I swear this lady had never seen shellac. Or at least she acted like she didn't. She removed my old gel polish with Acetone (which I've never had done, usually the old polish is removed via filing). She smoothed out the nail but didn't seem to realize there was old shellac on there. I asked her twice to make them shorter and she didn't and then she didn't even *fill* them which is what I was there for. Then, within the week, my new gel polish was already peeling off. By far the worst job I've ever had done. Additionally, the lady I had was wearing a see-through shirt and you could completely see her bra! Not something you want in a nail facility. I went here today for the first time and had just a so-so experience. I walked in without an appointment around 4:30pm and was seen right away. I started with a pedicure, which was pretty good and standard for a place like this. Something new that I've never seen before were the hot stones they used on my feet and legs, which was nice. However, I had a completely opposite experience when it came to my manicure. I asked for my old gel (shellac) to be taken off and to reapply in a french manicure. My nails were cut too short to begin with and it seemed like the manicurist didn't know what he was doing the whole time. He even used the wrong polish for the white tips at first, and I had to inform him that it was not correct. The process took a long time and I am not pleased with the final product on my fingernails and will not be returning. Pricing: $40 for gel set, $25 pedicure. If you're just looking for a pedicure I would recommend this place for a quick stop in, other than that, I'm sure there's better in the area. read more
