My sister and I dropped in for a full set and a pedicure. First look when we walked in was they were busy but still great acknowledgment. Quick wait time even with almost every chair filled. I've never been to a nail place that has actually GIVEN me an ingrown toenail. They didn't cut my nail straight across... they cut the corners diagonally. Whyyyy would anyone do that? Not to mention they use menthol scrub with menthol lotion and then use hot stones and towels... I felt like McCauley Culkin. My legs were on fricken' fire. Then they either ever so gently rub and pat your legs during the "massage" or proceed with shoving their thumbs into the boniest part of your shin... like any of that feels good. Yes, let me pay you to torture me. On top of all of that, they're over priced and the lady was kinda shitty towards me when I asked her for the difference between the "deluxe" and regular pedicure. I went to Jenny. Super sweet, was in love with my nails. I went last minute the day of New Year's Eve and only had to wait about 25-30 minutes. They offer people of age a glass of white, red wine, or a mimosa. Ummm hey hi hello. Lol. Not going to lie she was a little rough, nicked me quit a bit or else I would give 5 stars but regardless I'm in love with my nails. Not to mention my eyebrows, they haven't been this even in years. I found Natural Nails after I moved back to Salmon Creek. I've only been going there because it's 2 minutes away from where I live, but I have to say, it's worth the drive to find a better place. Not only are their acrylics WAY too overpriced, but when I had them taken off, they did a terrible job manicuring my nails back to the way they were supposed to be shaped. When the lady asked if I wanted my nails polished, I simply said no, and that I was going to polish them myself. The rest of the time she was taking my acrylics off, she was in a terrible, bitter mood. Then, I gave her a small tip at the end after I paid, and she cheered right back up. I've been there a few other times, and I just get mediocre, sometimes, bad service. read more

The nail technician was rude & didn't know what she was doing. I told her I wanted my toenails really short & she didn't trim them short, when I politely asked her if she could trim them shorter she seemed upset & started filing my toenails so hard that she made my toe bleed, she didn't even apologized. Then we proceeded with the manicure, I asked her to only do 1-2 polish coats so my nails would dry quicker, when she applied the first coat she applied it super thick that it didn't look like it would dry at all, I asked her: Do you think it will dry?? She said yes while pulling my hand to keep applying the polish, I thought she would know better than me so I gave her the benefit of the doubt & didn't say anything, well... she kept on going & applied another 2 coats & in the process messed up a couple of the nails since the polish was not drying so she kept on applying more coats to correct the messed up nails... then she was done & said 10 minutes to dry, after about 15 minutes she checked to see if they were dry, messed up again another nail when she touched it to see if it was dry & once again she proceeded to apply more polish to correct the messed up nail, then she said 10 more minutes, I was starting to get a little anxious, once again checked after 10 minutes & the thick polish was not drying, long story short, after 45 minutes drying time they were still not close to being dry & she asked me to keep waiting & I said I already waited over 50 minutes to dry & they are not drying, I don't even think they will ever dry, I really need to get going to pick up my son from school, she insisted I kept waiting & was mad because the nails were not dry & the messed them up again when she checked them, I said just remove the polish, it won't dry & I cannot be late to pick up my son. Well... believe it or not she charged full price for the manicure & insisted I paid her for the manicure when I was leaving with my nails not done & had wasted over an hour just on the drying process, she insisted on the full payment & didn't budge, I paid her & left, I could not believe it, very upsetting. read more

The ladies were nice. But don't tell me it's a 5 minute wait, get my feet in the water and then make me wait 20 minutes. The only difference between the classic pedi and the organic deluxe was 15 bucks and a hydration cream. She cut my nails crooked so my french tip was literally almost sideways. I can definitely check this one off my list of tried it and I'll keep looking for a good spot in Salmon Creek. This isn't one I'll go back to. read more

When I first moved to Washington I broke one of my acrylic nails that I had done in another state. I went that day to get them removed and then have a new set put on. The lady helping me didn't soak my nails at all, she filed off the color and top layer of acrylic then ripped of the nails, some parts she used another nail and pushed it between my real nail and the acrylic. Super painful, I didn't get a new set after that, completely ruined my nails more than acrylics usually do. read more

I was charged $100 for 1 full set with shellac polish, and 1 regular acrylic full set. I'm sorry, but $100 for two sets of nails is ridiculous. I won't be going back. read more

My husband and I have been all over Vancouver trying to find a Nail place that we can go to on a regular basis. I think we have hit the jackpot finally. This was our third visit and we will continue to go here for our pedicures from now on. They offer you something to drink. The chairs are nice. The prices are about average for what we get. We live in Salmon Creek area so we are close by. We even brought our son with us this time. Nice and relaxing. Our son (38) said he will be back too. read more

Very nice atmosphere. Clean, tranquil and professional. The staff is nice and are committed to creating beautiful looks for your nails. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because i ended with a small cut on the tip of my finger, which stings quite a bit. Im petite with small hands and chose a shorter length, and understandably it was hard for the technician to emulate exactly what I wanted (i chose something complex.) But, she committed to it and my nails look gorgeous, so I'm happy. I will be going back again in the future! read more

I started going to Natural Nails when my nail tech, Ahn, moved to that store. I love it there. It's beautiful inside, everyone is very friendly & it's ALWAYS clean. It is, in no way, close by to me, but I gladly travel from N Fishers Landing all the way to Salmon Creek to this Salon. I was surprised it stated that it's pricey, because I certainly don't think so. I take my teenage daughter there & wouldn't if I didn't find it MORE THAN AFFORDABLE luxury. You won't be sorry if you go, but you may be sorry if you don't try it. read more

For the price and friendliness this place is a hidden gem. Dao/Diane the owner and her son are the best and I've never had bad service from them. I've done Gels, brow waxing, Mani/pedis and always had great experiences when I had Diane. She talks with you, gets to know you, remembers her customers...just a peach. Give the place a try and don't expect caviar level results (though with Diane it's darn close!) when you're paying Skipper's prices. read more

I had a very good experience at Natural Nails. I have had acrylics done in the past from 2 other nail salons and I had bad experiences with them. I decided to try Natural Nails because I had gotten a great gel mani from them. The lady was very nice and didn't hurt my fingers. The only reason I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is that one nail is not shaped well and she nicked one cuticle. The other places my cuticles looked like they had been to hell and back. A guy did my nails an they hurt for a few days after to touch the top of the nails. In addition he nicked my thumb and it hurt. That was June 4th. It is now July 15th I'm on my 3 round of antibiotics and now also on an anti inflammatory med because there is burning through my thumb and wrist. read more
