She had advised that Anna would be the tech. When I came in, I was greeted by Anna who was super friendly and nice. After filling out some paperwork, it was time to get it done! Anna asked what kind of style and length I had in mind. She took her time and gave me different options on what would look best for my eye shape and how to take care of the lashes after. During the service, she would periodically asked how I was doing and if there was any discomfort. I didn't have any and as a matter of fact, I kind of fell asleep for a bit (too relaxed haha). After about an hour later, I sat up and was very impressed w/ the results. It took a little time to get use to since I haven't had extensions for a while, but after 15 or so minutes, it felt fine. I've gotten plenty of compliments from my gfs. It used to take about 20 minutes to get ready in the morning and now, it's about half which is so nice! Thank you again Vbrow and Beauty.

I went to get them touched up less than a year later. First time I got them done they were okay, the ends were a bit short and she freehand drew it on. She didn't map it out or anything. Her bedside manners were pretty shitty also. I didn't feel welcomed or at ease with her. But I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and came back the second time to get a touch up. BUT I knew it was a huge mistake the second time around bc my eyebrow hairs started to fall off!!! They all ended up falling off leaving me with 5 hairs that I can literally count on my left brow and right brow with a handful hairs only. So if you want to pay hundreds of dollars to get your eyebrow hairs to permanently fall off and never grow back, then this would be the perfect spot for you. I was so self conscious after I got my brows touched up by Nancy. I pretty much had no hairs left on my brows after. I'm not sure how or what she did!! This girl should get her license revoked. After years of hating my eyebrows, I recently went to get an eyebrow transplant done in Beverly Hills which cost me 16k. That's the only thing that finally boosted my self confidence back.

My initial appointment went ok and I scheduled a 4 week f/u appointment. At my initial appointment someone else was there getting their eyelash extensions done and they were trying to get her to pay extra since Groupon discounted the service more without their "permission" and that was a bit unsettling. On the day I was supposed to get my touch up I had forgotten due to a car accident. As soon as I had remembered I reached out to them and asked to reschedule. Keep in mind I remembered 5 days later so not even a full week yet. They said that I can reschedule online and would need to put down a $50 deposit. I asked if the deposit was refundable since I paid in advance already. They said no and that I would have to pay again since I missed my appointment. And that the touch up was "free" if I did it within that 4 week window. I said as a courtesy they should do it for me anyways without having to pay because I had already paid and it has only been 5 days. I asked them for proof where it says the touch up is "free" in that 4 week timeframe although I paid extra for it on the Groupon and they couldn't do so. I kept asking for proof either in a contract or waiver I had signed and they were unable to do that as well. I asked for a partial refund since I had paid extra for the touch up and they told me to take my complaints and refund to Groupon. They also claimed to have called me about my appointment, but they never did. Very disappointed on how they handled this and very unprofessional.

I used to go to lash ladies who hosted at their own apartment and they charge double what BeautyPlug charges... like what ? I've gone to Christine a handful of times and I love her customer service and the quality of her work is honestly worth more than what she charges. I have EXTREMELY sensitive eyes where my eyes would stay red for days for the old lash ladies I used to go to. I eventually got scared to get lashes again. But Christine handles my lashes with so much care, I'm obsessed with doing my lashes with her now ! Another thing I love is that time flies by FAST. I can't fall asleep while doing lashes so it feels like a drag. Christine makes time go by because she's so funny and easy to talk to. Oh, also these lashes last PRETTY DANG LONG. The first time I did my lashes with her, it was right before going to Asia where it was HUMID and WINDY. And my lashes were intact and the same for the whole two weeks, bless. There are also water bottles and blankets for customers in case they get cold or thirsty. So considerate !! Honestly, Christine goes above and beyond for her clients. If you bring a friend or boyfriend with you, don't even worry. There's a couch and WiFi so they won't be bored. There's also a lot of parking which is convenient.
