There was a problem with the service and my mom has called the company at least 8 times. Every time they say that they will call back. Nothing. Today I called and they said that they would email me today. Nothing. They lied to me and said that they have tried to leave messages, but there is nothing in the call logs of 3 different phones. I was looking forward to having my carpets/rugs cleaned last week. I took the morning off from work and had my husband help me move furniture in the morning. I received an email from Bryan asking if they could come at 10 instead of 9. No problem! I waited and waited and finally reached out at 11 saying that I could not have an appointment past 11:30 and could they please get there before. I had used coupons for carpet cleaning in the past and was very disappointed at the results. I was told spots couldn't be removed, and many spots returned within a few days. Ugh! Even though the prices were low, it definitely was not money well-spent. Bryan at Naturally Green is by far the most dedicated professional I have encountered. My 12-year-old carpet was SPOTLESS, and better yet, stayed that way for months after cleaning. He even left me some cleaning solution for spot clean ups. The work was thorough, they were punctual, and the carpet was mostly dry in about 3 hours. And the price was right! Just had the most amazing experience. My long pile ivory shag carpet was really showing wear. I was concerned I might have to replace it for a significant investment. I had it cleaned before and the chemicals made me sick for three days so I stopped for the past couple years. So happy I found Brian and John, who developed the green cleaning process they use, and do the work themselves!They came this morning and cleaned it with no chemicals. The carpet is so clean it nearly sparkles! I haven't seen it look this good in years and I no longer feel I need to replace it. Cleaner than the chemicals! Bryan's services are great! He cleaned a spot that NO ONE could get and had had me wondering whether I ought to just replace the carpet. It was low water and the carpet looks new. Even two months later it still looks excellent. I'm going to make this an annual or twice yearly service... I am pleased and it's super affordable. My friend always used to say that cleaning the floor is the best way to change the look and feel of an environment. She is correct! While he was here, Bryan also cleaned my heater and the air vent in the bathroom. The carpet spotter from Naturally Green really works. My cat pooped on the carpet (or maybe my husband stepped in something) and it was icky. A few squirts and a minute of scrubbing and it was gone. He gave me a call the day before to let me know he would be 1/2 hour late (most other places give a 2-hour window and you never know when they'll show up). He was right on time and very professional. He cleaned my rug and my outdoor furniture faster than he estimated and it was very reasonably priced! Not only were they the best price, compared to the other quotes I received, but they were timely and did not use harsh chemicals that leave an odor. They also cleaned a white shag rug I had. This review is waaaayyyy overdue. I called Bryan early in the summer, and he drove to downtown to clean our very stained front entry carpet. Our carpet is a light, almost white color and the area's heavy foot traffic had definitely done some damage. I really didn't think we could get the stains out but Bryan worked his magic! Once he was done using a non-toxic cleaning solution, the area looked brand new. His customer service is absolutely impeccable and he is very passionate about using echo-friendly products. i'm super bummed to have to write this review. after researching many different carpet companies and their cleaning methods, as well as speaking with owners and getting multiple bids, i decided on naturally green (even though they were the most expensive) for our one-year-old carpets. the reason was mostly the lesser amount of dry time, and the safer cleaning solution. however, the service was not as promised. first off, the technician was late. totally understand with LA traffic, but he took almost an add'l half hour 'getting the equipment from the van'. the reason this was especially unfortunate was because the dry time was nowhere near two hours. it was a full 8-10 hours for the rooms (which were cleaned first) and then it took overnight for our stairs to dry. it was hot out, and all of our windows were open, so there really is no excuse for this. also, the carpets didn't feel completely clean. there was still pet hair and bits of dog bone in the carpet, almost as if it had been pushed down rather than extracted. and finally, i was left cleaning many of his dirty hand prints off of my walls with my magic eraser. i'll be going elsewhere next year. read more
