My sister visited your store on 8/8 to have her French bulldog groomed. She typically does it…read moreherself but since our dog recently had puppies she thought it would be better to schedule an appointment so that she could be pampered. Upon arrival she was questioned about her weight and she explained that she was underweight because she recently underweight due to giving birth and nursing. She explained that she had been feeding her puppy food for extra calories as well as a calcium supplement. She was then asked for vaccine records which she showed. Immediately after leaving she was asked to send a picture to Shannon's personal number via text. Shannon asked for this so that she could access my sisters address for a report to animal control. This is incredibly deceptive and a misuse of resources. We buy dog food from you at least once a month sometimes twice month and have been doing so for the last year at least. She bought additional food while she was in the store and took advice on how to help Daisy gain her weight back. Shannon saw that Daisy was seen regularly by the vet because her vaccines are up to date. And instead of taking all of those things into consideration Shannon took it upon herself to LIE to a customer and then call animal control on her. I'm genuinely appalled and disappointed in this behavior. For one Shannon is not a medical professional, and can not determine that Daisy is experiencing any kind of neglect and then she went out of her way to lie. My sister trusted the expertise exhibited here and has built what she thought was a trusting relationship with this staff only to be taken advantage of. This is a fireable offense, there's no way around it and no other way to remedy it. I'm sure Shannon has done this several times in the past in an attempt to be a hero and that in itself is extremely problematic. Below I will attach our receipt from that day, the exchange between my sister and Shannon, and our history of purchases at the location. We have already reached out by phone have not heard back from the manager or owner, as well as by email. I will also be cross posting to Yelp.

Petco has a better selection, but the problem is their employees don't know how to properly take care of their tanks. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there to buy a plant or fish, or whatever... I end up with a new and exciting parasite, bacterial bloom or worm infestation. Every time. Last time, every last one of their freshwater tanks had a runaway cyanobacteria (blue/green algae) bloom. I told them what they needed to do in order to fix it, (erythromycin) but they looked at me like I had three heads and blamed the sunlight from a nearby window. No, dude... no. The separate plant tank they have had invasive snails hidden in the cups, and this last visit... I gave it one last shot and ended up with detritus worms like crazy. I will not go back there this year. Maybe I'll try next year and see if they improve.

All I received was fantastic customer service and a lot of information. They even told me not to buy food from them since a chain store had it for cheaper; we opted to buy it from them regardless of the price difference because of their humility and fantastic customer service. We ended up purchasing a Netherlands Dwarf Bunny and took him to the vet to ensure everything was ok, and the vet said the bunny was in perfect condition and healthy. We could not be happier to be able to find what we were looking for. Thank you, Aqua-Rama staff. You guys rock!

There was no style to his cut they just hacked his hair off. There is no way a professional groomer groomed him he was cut last weekend and he is still shaking in fear. If you love your dog DO NOT have them groomed here. I'm just trying to get others to make the same mistake I made.
