Spencer helped me purchase the RV over the phone and had it delivered to my property, thank you driver (didn't get your name). When I fired up the furnace it worked fine but you could hear something rub sometimes when it shut down. It wasn't caught during inspection because it didn't happen all the time and was minor. Even though I was over the 72 hour grace period, Owen scheduled a Danny the tech to come to the RV on a Saturday and take the furnace apart and fix the issue. There was a small loose screw in the fan housing that was rubbing and causing the noise. The trailer was sold "as is" and they didn't have to help me but they did because they wanted me to have a good experience. They went above and beyond when helping me at every step of the way. It doesn't matter what you're getting here, they will take care of you...and your dogs !

We bought from this vendor in September. We did get a list of items that they owed us. After they…read moregave us a fictional date of 9/26 which came and went we are still trying to get them to honor the "we owe" items. The fridge door in the trailer we bought from them is broken. They were supposed to replace it because without it the fridge is not usable. They have been unable to locate the parts and refuse to provide copies of the PO showing they ever ordered the items. Their problem is that if they cant get the door they need to replace the fridge and they don't want to do that. That's unfortunate but it's not our problem. We want and need to be made whole. My family is living in this $35K trailer without a fridge. That is not fair and it's not what we bargained for. We have asked multiple times for a date certain for the parts (fridge door or fridge) into and a copy of the PO showing they ordered it. Had dealings with Johnny (Sales Manager) & Lisa (Owner) which had been relatively civil if not very productive. Then along comes Tony Kesselring. Unhelpful, evasive, rude and disdainful of his customers. Comments like "I can't get rid of you fast enough" are simply the tip of the iceberg. His emails are full of double speak, conflicting statements and a general f*ck you attitude. We r at 60 days plus with no end on sight. If this is indicative of the Northern MI RV experience my advice to you is go elsewhere. When the principals of a business talk this way to their customers it's clear it's not the first time its happened but rather the first time someone has taken the time to report it. Stay tuned. Not even our local Mercedes dealership works on the sprinters !!!! After make 11 phone calls to the areas mechanics, I found Integrity Import. And every time they work on it, even for oil changes and maintenance, I have been SO VERY HAPPY every single time. They are very knowledgable, help me to understand what the problems are, and their suggestions, and their prices are very reasonable. I will never go anywhere else but here !!

Investigating and confirming a CEL runs $286 then then they call with the finding and the cost to repair. Might seem high at first, but tech rates at dealers and shops are $125/hr and up. And they provide a FREE loaner. Routine services like oil changes are less. Extremely happy to find a shop near my second home in Northern Michigan that to service this and my other VW's. All techs are certified master technicians E Apling Columbus, OH & Grayling, MI
