Very happy a boba place opened in this district. Also like the varieties of drinks they have here. I ordered Lemon Shaken which was very refreshing and I liked how tangy it was - I could tell they used real lemon to make this. My friend said her Thai green milk tea was too sweet even though she asked for less sweet. However their milk tea was perfect. We ordered 30% sweetness and it was the perfect amount of sweetness - not too sweet. The milk tea was very creamy but also aromatic. This newly opened boba shop in Plano has such a cute interior! It was my first time so I got their Grill Milk Tea with herbal jelly. I wasn't sure if their translations are off or what grill milk tea meant, but I gave it a try anyway. The workers were busy making drinks so I didn't bother to ask. There's two kiosks to order from so that's what I used to order and pay. The milk tea itself tasted extra creamy, reminds me of a Hokkaido milk tea which I liked. Their cups are also cute and unique in the way they seal it. I only got two drinks from here and both of them were 10 out of 10. The grill milk tea is a smoked black milk tea and it's very good. I got it at 70% and it's sweet enough so it's not overpowering. 02/12/2024 6pm The drink prices here are affordable compared to others, ranging from $3-5. I like the interior design but it's basically like my room so probably being biased. Drinks were made fairly quick since it was only 2 people working and I did get a drink that is tedious. What we ordered was Lemon shaken 3/5- it's a really tangy, lemony drink. Comparable to eat lemon warhead candy or eating frozen lemonade concentrate, might not be for everyone, but I enjoyed it. It is a show since you see them grab a whole lemon and smash it into the ice to make the drink, since most probably use lemon syrup or lemon juice concentrate. (Highly recommend 100% sugar since I got 70%) NB milk tea 4/5-this tea is layered nicely, nothing really overpowers each other, sweetness is there but not over kill for me (70%), milk has smooth, creamy taste, subtle tea flavor and boba (I added) has good texture and chew. Raw coconut latte 3/5- imagine really good coconut milk as your creamer for coffee. You get the creamy, coconut flavor and slight bitterness from the coffee. Usually I don't like to write bad reviews about small business. I came here over donzens of times and I wanted to try new drink. I saw Guava drink with seed so I decided to order thinking that the seed was going to be crunchy. When I tried it the seed was so hard it was about to break my teeth. So I brought it back and said to the short lady with glasses who I think i the owner and said the seed are inedible. She pointed the menu says that the drink has seed in it. I said having seed isn't problem but it's so hard I can't even chew on it. Am i supposed to swallow it and she said yes. At the end of the day I said I can't drink this and asked for refund. She said no refund but can replace it with same valued drink. And because it was at the end of the day I could only choose from two drinks. --- So here is the thing guys, if you give me a seed so hard I can't even chew on it, and if the customer complains you should give them refund. If you are closing shop because it was at the end of the day and drink is limited then you could've also gave me credit for next time. She said no to all this.
