Typical sales call "70% off" research shows this is the regular price so don't fall for the ads. Sales rep did a nice job measuring and explaining process. It's up to you to completely empty garage which was a PITA. I think they used to empty garage for you and store contents in driveway bin but I suspect the COVID economic lockdowns ruined that like so much else. Love the new floor. Does require cleaning and maintenance, but comes with a strong warranty as long as company stays in business. Will update this review over the years as long as Yelp stays open and I am above ground. This is the only way to get a service request from Nature Stone. I have already issued multiple warranty submissions and crickets. My garage floor is coming apart after 5 years. Everyday I pick up or sweep stones away. September will be 6 years since installation. They were supposed to have it resealed after 5 years and nothing! read more

Nature Stone management does not return phone calls. I signed a purchase agreement with them on January 9, 2025 for inside and outside work. While it did a good job on our inside work it, it failed to schedule our outside work, or to respond to my multiple calls over several months to get an update. When, after 5 months I called to cancel the job due to their lack of communication, I was told that I had to speak to their boss, Jim Restifo (sp?). I left a message for him on June 9 and again on July 7, and he, like his employees before, has not responded. Update: 2 hours after posting this review I received a call from Jim. We had a good conversation and he agreed to refund our down payment. As I said, I was happy with their interior work and am glad that, hopefully, this will resolve the matter. read more

Don't be fooled by this company. We got our front porch and step done by Nature Stone. Product looked good. Our step cracked so we called to have them come fix it. My warranty expired for the labor but products were still covered. Well now they tell me that they DO NOT DO THE REPAIRS. They have another company doing it BUT they do not cover the whole service territory. Nature Stone is quick to take your money but they have very poor, poor customer service. It you installed it, and warranted it, you need to fix it. We now have a safety hazard with our step but you talk to deaf ears at Nature Stone. I was told to call the company that does the repairs. They told me we are out of the service territory. I called Nature Stone back and they said the company was going to do all their service area and they would call them. Called that companh back and nope...the company said they aren't doing it. We are 15 minutes out of their territory. Then I call Nature Stone back and guess what, NO CALL BACK!!!!! Ok, I'll post a picture of my Nature Stone patio and you'll see why the 5 stars. Yes it was a bloody pain in the neck to get them to do the job. I think the Bedford store went out of business and Twinsburg picked up the slack but I can't be sure. They suck at communication, scheduling, follow up, etc. and they DO NOT return your phone calls, virtually ever (ok, once they did). That said... I have been a Nature Stone patio owner since 2009 and I loved the product. I could talk about its finer points all day. However, take note that It was a lot of work to keep my patio looking nice and I struggled to top-coat it almost every year and had issues with white/cloudy patches appearing from time to time and the mess of too much top-coat in spots from lack of experience. Last year I had a loved-one in the hospital and got behind on top-coatiing and my nature stone patio took a beating over the winter. I called a salesman and asked to have it torn out and a new one installed. As I said above a nightmare getting the work done but once they arrived I was thoroughly impressed at their work. This is a cautionary tale in dealing with a company that is soley focused on sales and not service after the sale. We wanted to have our very large pool deck resurfaced in the Fall of 2022. We looked at several options and decided on Nature Stone. The salesman was great and even though this choice was by far the most expensive of the five applications we looked at, we decided to have it done. The installation team was great- professional and efficient. Once completed, we were told that a crew would return in 3-4 days to remove the forms that were necessary to install the new surface. That's where the wheels completely fell off... After a week of not hearing from anyone, I tried to get in touch with the company to see when they were planning to remove the toughly 300 linear framing that they left. After leaving several messages with the "service department" and speaking with the salesman, who promised to pass my request on, nothing happened. After about four weeks I ended up removing the framing myself. Nobody from th ecompany ever called back or followed up. Then, more recently, I reached out or schedule a time to reseal the pool deck. During the sales process, it is a MAJOR point of discussion to reinforce just how important it is to properly maintain the finish of this application. The salesman said that the copany sells DIY supplies. I indicated that, due to the sheer size of the deck and the expense we paid to have it install that I woud be more comfortable having a professional re-seal it (at my expense, of course), at least the first time. After trying to get in touch with the company for over three weeks (messages are never answered and call are never returned), I finally got a live person on the phone. After I ecxplained my request, she promptly told me to fill out an online "warranty request" form. I explained tha my request (having my pool deck resealed at my expense) was not warranty work, she explained that there were only 2 online options- warranty or sales. So I completed the form and sent it in. A month later I receive an email stating that my warranty had expired (a fact that I was already aware of- outdoor applications only have a 1 year warranty). When I responded that I was not requesting warranty work but rather maintenance work done at my expense, and I was simply trying to schedule it I receive a second email stating that the company does no maintenance work. All upkeep and maintenance work is the responsibility of the customer, contrary to what I was told when the sales guy was sitting at my kitchen table. We love our new pool deck. It looks great. But if the product information is correct, it needs regular maintence to hold up long term. It's an absolute shame that Nature Stone just leaves customers like us high and dry and simply moves on to the next sale. So here's the upshot of our experience with Nature Stone- they are strictly and solely a sales company. Once they have your money and install their product, you will never see or hear from them again and it will be nearly impossible for you to get in touch with them if you need to. Unless, of course, you want to buy something else. If you're okay with that, then they do have a great product. If, on th e other hand, you want any kind of service after the sale, you may want to look at other options. read more

Please do your research and look at other companies before hiring Nature Stone. First I want to state that we are business owners and are very understanding when it comes to matters like this. After having our patio done we were so excited. Within weeks we started noticing cracks. I called and called and emailed until I finally got to speak with a manager. They had so much turnover in their staff they had to send someone out to look at it several times. I think I have talked to about 5 different people. Each person told us it was done wrong and no joints were put in at the seams. To properly repair it all needs to be redone!! Of course they didn't want to do that so they literally ghosted us until my warranty was up and now tell me I am out of warranty! I have even called the owner of Nature Stone with no return phone calls. Never asked for a dime of our money back we just wanted it fixed. I had a great experience with the sales person and installation. The sales person has been responsive to my questions. The issue with them is that they provide no customer service or maintenance after the sale. Once the product is out of warranty, they do not provide any maintenance. I had two cracks that were fixed while under warranty and the following year one of the cracks reappeared. I was told I was out of warranty and if I needed this fixed that I would have to buy the product and do the repair myself. They would not even send anyone out to look as issue wax not properly fixed and should be under warranty. Plus, I even offered to pay for the repair and they told no since they do not provide any maintenance. In addition, in my case being outside the product requires to be sealed every year which I was not aware and is very expensive. Plus you have to do the sealing yourself or hire someone to do it for you as Nature Stone does not provide this service. read more

Nature Stone is operating a typical marketing "bait and switch" operation. Their advertisements suggest a price of $3 per square foot, plus installation. Typically with most home construction jobs, labor is roughly equal to the price of materials, so perhaps $6 per sq foot could be a reasonable expectation. For my front porch, which has good concrete that does not require any significant rework, the price quoted including installation was over $22 per square foot. This would be for a one day install with a product whose warranty is only one year. So as many have stated, there are significant hidden costs associated with Nature Stone advertising. Unless you have copious money to throw around, and are not bounded by any budget cognizant of home improvement resale value, Nature Stone may not be for you. I would appreciate the company being much more honest about the actual price per sq foot so that they do not needlessly waste both my time and that of the Nature Stone sales staff. read more

I reached out for a free quote that is heavily advertised on their web site. They sent me two emails and a phone call confirming their appointment. When the day and time finally came, they were a no show. I had to call the company to figure out what happened and they said they do not know where their technician is and to hold on. After a 10 minute hold, they said they would call me back. After another 10 minutes, they called me back and said their technician went to the wrong appointment. What a mess. I told them I am too busy to reschedule last minute and do not do business with a company that does not know what they are doing. We had a salesman come out to give us an estimate on doing our basement floor. He quoted a price but did not tell us the square footage he measured. I was very surprised at how expensive it is. Also there are tiny holes in the product that spills or animal accidents can seep through and he didn't seem to think that might be a problem. The product is very rough. In the brochure we received in the mail it looks very smooth but it is actually very rough. Was not impressed by the product and after reading many negative reviews online we've decided against it. It took six months and a small claims court filing to get my deposit of $2300 back. I have called the office three times, and each time they have said the Service Department will call me to schedule a time to come out. After 3 calls & 3 weeks, the Service Department hasn't taken 5 minutes out of their day to call and schedule the repair. We had Nature Stone installed on our garage floor which was a two-day job. Along the seam between the two days work was a very obvious discolored area. After many unfulfilled promises and unreturned phone calls, a negative post on Facebook finally got someone to come and try to correct the issue. The treatment helped but the area is still obviously discolored. I've called three times with no answer or calls returned. Another negative post on Facebook got a "we'll get someone on it" response but it's been four days and no contact. We decided.to use Nature Stone for our pool deck. It looked good for about 2 years. We applied the provided epoxy coating annually as recommended. We started to notice the spring of last year (year 5) that the pool deck was looking dull, cloudy and patchy. I called and sent pictures They sent out someone to inspect our pool deck. He said not to apply the epoxy finish last year and to call this spring to re-evaluate. I did this 3 times, sending pics of the awful looking Nature Stone pool. We have had absolutely no response. I have a friend who had the same issue. They ended up tearing off the Nature Stone and refinishing with something else. Never use Nature Stone outside. Approximately 2 months ago put a claim in to have another coat put on and now they tell me the toledo location is shut down and I can do it myself!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We contacted them in September of 2021 and at first there were very dillegent, kind and quick to respond. Because the weather was starting to become too cool we were told if we paid a $700 deposit we would have a locked in spot for this spring at the rates they were selling for last year. Which we did. Fast forward to this April 2022. We hadn't heard anything from the company and then finally got a very last minute call to have someone come out and evaluate for when they could install. He comes, everything was fine and we planned to repair the uneven spot ourselves within 24 hours and were under the impression a installation manager would be in contact with us within the next week or 2. Only we never heard back from them. So my husband calls in the middle of May to find out by them then that we had been taken off the installation schedule all together and no they were filled up totally and couldn't get us back in for another 2 weeks. Frustrated and 8 months pregnant I emailed them twice to try to explain how frustrated we are with the customer service and if things didn't change I would be reporting them to the BBB. Only to get a late day email back from their in house council lawyer nick who was very rude and condescending but in the email assured me that weather permitting they would be here the next day as scheduled to install. That day is today and of course irs raining so Joshthe production manager says he'll be calling back to reschedule when he gets back from the warehouse. In the meantime I asked my husband to please call and obtain a copy of the contract that was used to threaten me in the email from the lawyer nick and also a receipt from the $700 cash we paid on Sept 2021 because we never got either of those things and were supposed to. So he did and the nice customer service lady happily emailed them over to us and said Josh should be calling to reschedule in an hour or so. Only to have Josh call and say they are dropping our business and refunding our deposit. Now our porch is torn apart, everything on it is occupying our garage where we park our cars and now my home/business entryway isn't going to get resurfaced. I scheduled 3:30 p.m. Thursday, 5/28/20 (made this appointment a week or more in advance). Since I had a lot going on, It was 2 p.m. and I thought I better call to confirm they were coming. The person implied I might have picked a date that was taken. I told her definitely not, everything went through. She checked their schedule and informed me there was no appointment scheduled! When called into the company and spoke to the manager Andrew he offered to take $250.00 off the bill and was very apologetic.
