Nature's Cleaners is extremely underestimated. This place goes above and beyond their pay grade. I took my wedding dress to be cleaned a bit ago. (Mind you; I got married almost 2 years ago, so the dirt and grime was well set into this thing) I honestly thought they would give it back with faded stains and an explanation of "we did the best we could". However, I was surprisingly mistaken. They gave it back to me as gorgeous as the day I bought it! A young man by the name of Gregory (?) was nothing short of a true gentleman when I received my dress back in shock. Even congratulated me on my (very delayed) nuptials. I asked to see the manager to, quite frankly, give him a hug and thank him! Arman then explained exactly how he treated my dress and the process of how he restored the hem. I will never forget Gregory and Arman's genuine hard work. If anyone needs ANYTHING pressed, cleaned, steamed... I highly recommend these guys. I grantee you, they will make your day! read more

I am saddened to write this review because I was so hoping the new ownership would be great and we could continue using our neighborhood cleaners. There have been several problems from white shirts returned filthy on the cuffs and neckline to items taking up to 18 or 9 days to be ready. I've been patient and kept hoping it would improve with time. But the last thing I can't ignore. I had a $395 Helmut Lang Cashmere sweater completely ruined. I mean stretched out by 5 inches in length and 2 to 3 in width. The sleeves are supposed to be 3/4 sleeves and when i got it back they fell below my fingertips! When I took it back they said they would try to fix it but it is completely unwearable still. I was hoping to have the sweater for many many years. I talked to the owner and he eventually agreed to make good but he started negotiating like it was a car sale which felt very uncomfortable to me. I asked for money (not the whole amount) to compensate and he said okay as long as I returned the sweater. I got there and was informed the credit was in the form of a store credit. I said I would not be returning there anymore so the store credit does me no good. Crickets and blank stares... I left and now am just biding my time until the credit is gone so I can go elsewhere. If you have to use them I would limit the items to those you can afford to lose. read more

Exactly what you need from a dry cleaner. Drop off and pick up. Good prices and quick. A little better customer service than most though as they are friendly and don't just give you a ticket and send you away. Parking is good too because it's on a corner near the shopping center and no one parks in the back too far from the stores.I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so. read more

I don't even want to give them any star. They not only lied about repairing my black sandals they got rid of them without my permission! One year I have recorders of calling them as they pushed me aside for a YEAR!! I am so mad at their discretion that I called my attorney! They are the worst cleaning place but also the worst place to get your shoes repaired. Do not go there, they are liars and cheats. I dropped off a couple of pairs of shoes around the holidays and was quoted around 4 business days and all pairs of shoes ended up being exactly a week late, if not a day or 2 more! They gave me the "holiday excuse," which was even more annoying because it's OBVIOUS that it's the holidays. Why wouldn't you take that into account when quoting your customers?! I couldn't arrange to have my shoes picked up until after the 1st of the year, when I returned to work. Never going here again! The guy even had an attitude about it, calling me by "ma'am!" Robert, Robert, Robert! I can not say enough about how amazing of a guy the owner of this place is. His customer service skill are simply remarkable. But it's not just business for him, he really is a friendly guy who enthusiastically goes out of his way insure that all of his customer have a great experience every time they stop by. Needless to say he knows all of his regulars by name and has a special relationship with each of them. (he's my part time therapist) Another reason this places is great ; PRICES! The reason I will not come back to this dry cleaners is because they are not delivering their services on the time promised. This is the third time they have made me go home and return the next day because my clothes were not prepared on the date they had told me to come pick up. Unfortunately, i'm not the only one that this has happened to. This is ridiculous, and easily the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. The only reason I come down to this dry cleaner is because it's 5 mins away from my house. After this negative experience I will gladly be driving to a further location where they can properly prepare my clothes on the date promised. read more

I have used this cleaner for just under 4 months. Today, I received just bad service that I will not be returning. I am a good dry cleaning customer because I totaled all of my receipts for this cleaner and spent $400.00. Twice I have had to send things back because they have not cleaned them well. Both times I have dealt with a young lady who is rude and works in the morning. I sent my shoes to be stretched and paid but they did not do a good job, I have debated if I should take them back and ask for a refund. I have taken two purses to get cleaned and repaired. One was done awesome! Another I don't know why they charged me it does not look good. I went to pick up a dress and they charged me a $1.00 fee in addition to because I used my credit card. This is not legal. This is unacceptable, since my average receipt is $50 + DAILY! The young man that works on the weekends is very nice and helpful. Since this establishment chose to charge me extra I will not be returning. If you do not care about your cloths taking 3 days to clean and being charged extra for using a credit card and dealing with a rude girl, this is your place. If you want a good job the first time go elsewhere. read more

I have been going to this place for a few months now and gotta say they leave me speechless every time. Yes Robert is not always there but his staff also is great with customer service and have my cloths on time every time. His prices are great and he is very understanding which I really like at this place, they always take the customers side, they take the saying "customer is always right" to another level. Bottom line I would recommend this place and wouldn't judge the place by one bad experience. The shop is owned and operated by the same dry cleaner Nature's Cleaners in Duarte and Glendora, Armin. I wear a suit everyday so I come here at least once every 2 months. If you need it back ASAP, you could request for same day or 2 day pick up. I've had a shirt tailored by Armin. It fits perfectly. I was very disappointed by the service provided by Natures Cleaners. I brought in a pair of shoes on May 5th 2017 to be re-soled in leather and was told that they might not be able to be repaired in leather but only in rubber, but that they would have the cobbler take a look and call me to give me a price and let me decide. I waited 10 days but no one called (commitment 1 broken) so I called them on May 15th and I was told that yes, they can be re-soled in leather and that I could pick them up on that Friday, May 19th. When I arrived on May 19th to pick up the shoes I was told that no, in fact they couldn't be re-soled in leather but no one had called me to let me know (commitment 2 broken). They were still sitting on a shelf with no repairs completed. Look, I understand if shoes cannot be re-soled in leather, but I would have appreciated the calls that I was promised so that I could have made the decision to go with rubber. I simply ask that you do what you commit to do and call me. I really did not want to give this place a one star it actually deserves a "0". I took over 40 pieces to this cleaners and it was returned to me less 12 items. Most of my items were cotton and linen and it came back not ironed and still dirty. A pants set was not cleaned all the creases on the legs were still in it and when I showed the young man the items that were not ironed correctly he mentioned that it was the fabric ... ! Really ... I thought that this was what they did, right ??? My iron at home did a better job. It cost almost $400-00 and I will never go back. The shirts collars were still dirty! So cheaper isn't always better!! I will pay a little more and know that my items are cleaned, that wherever I take it they are honest and that I will be a satisfied customer!!! This is not the first time it happened but with the amount I spent I thought this was just not acceptable !!! read more

LOST CLOTHES - NO RESPONSE Hastings Quality Cleaners has been my biggest dissapointment since I moved to Pasadena. They have lost my suit and are not assuming any responsibility for their mishap. They finally said that "I must have pick it up already". Now they have lost my business, which is way more than a suit and I will tell my eight friends not to go there anymore. When you do not perform your side of the bargain you have to step up to the plate and deliver. That is your cost of doing business. Hastings Cleaners in Pasadena is not doing anything. That is a shame and illegal. Be carefull with the patina of friendlyness. You may be in the same spot next time. And merchants like this do not deserve your business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I brought a brand new dress shirt in for laundering after my first time wearing it. It was a nice, $50 button down long sleeve. I went to pick it up and they tried to give me the wrong shirt. They had me wait to go through every men's white, long sleeve shirt before admitting they didn't have it on their rack. Now, it goes from bad to worse. They asked me to call back in a few days, so they could locate it and have it sent to them. I called a few days later and they said they found it and to come down to pick it up. I went, and again, it wasn't even close to being my shirt. This went on two more times with me making a special trip, wasting my time and gas, only to find it wasn't my shirt again and again. I told the girl working the counter that I don't have the time or patience to continue their wild goose chase and can they please just reimburse me for the lost garment. She refused to give me the $50 I paid at Nordstrom since I had worn it once, so I settled for $40 just to have closure. I figured I would be nice and trusting and let them recoup their money by bringing shirts in again in the future. Well, on the very next visit, an older woman (who was obviously furious that the younger girl compensated me for my shirt) told me the charge was $1 higher than it had ever been in the past AND $1 higher than what was clearly marked on the window outside for laundering men's shirts. When I asked what was going on, she said, in a very coy way, "The prices have gone up!" I brought the price on the window to her attention and she said, "We haven't changed the price on the window yet." I paid the higher price, reluctantly, and had my girlfriend call about an hour later and ask how much men's shirts are to launder and the same woman I spoke with quoted the lower price I had always paid in the past, which is what was marked on the window. This old, bitter woman was clearly trying to quickly make her money back in a very dishonest fashion. Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you care about your garments! My husband brought his suede shoes and regular work shoes in to get a stain out and they said it would cost $50 to fix and get the stain out. I called a number of times and they apparently "outsource" their shoes to another place. It took over 3 weeks to get them back and to my surprise...they were NOT FIXED AT ALL....I would have prefered burning the cash vs. picking up shoes that were not touched. So frustrating!!!
