- walked in at approx 11:40am on 6-6-22 - 2 guests in front of us - ordered 2 original bowls with strawberries, blueberries, and peanut butter on top - at least 4 guests ordered after us - all other guests orders fulfilled while we continued to wait - I said something to a female employee. The reason for the wait was (1) short staffed (I pointed out at least 5 people behind the counter) (2) new employees being trained (3) bowls take longer - I pointed out that the person who just picked up their order who ordered after us had ordered a bowl. This is our go-to spot for after hikes! We love coming by here because the smoothies have everything we like (we normally get the passion paradise in a large and share) and add protein or vitamins to it. The people here work really hard and do a great job at cranking out smoothies. Oftentimes, we come in and there are sports teams or large groups of people but we never have to wait all that long. I usually get the No. 1 Strawberry Banana which lives true to its name. It's one of the best smoothies I've ever had. It's the perfect blend of apple juice, yogurt, strawberries, and bananas. One time my boyfriend spilled all of his toppings on the table (-___- I know right?! haha) and they were kind enough to refill our toppings. Always appreciate things like that! Overall, I think this is an okay place. No real complaints, but everything on their menu is kind of the same, and their items aren't anything out of this world. I don't think they allow dine-in yet, but the music and the blenders create a loud environment, and between that and the limited seating space, I would not recommend this place as a study/work spot. Came here over the weekend to grab an açaí bowl with my girlfriend. I got the original bowl and substituted the bananas that comes on top with strawberries. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the whole staff. The two of us ended up changing our minds and got a smoothie. I got the PBJ protein blend which consists of soy milk, yogurt, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter and 46g of whey protein. The consistency is very thick and rich which was a little hard to drink at first. This drink is very filling, I was already full half way through and had to save the rest for the next morning. The Cacao bowl consists of soy milk, strawberries, bananas, cacao powder, almonds, carob chips, dark chocolate chips, and chocolate drizzle for $8.75 each. I ordered one for myself and my friend and we both enjoyed it. It tastes very fresh and the chocolate chips made the bowl so much better. I ordered an Original Acai bowl for my boyfriend, which consists of apple juice, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries with granola, sliced bananas, and honey for $7.50. I can honestly say service was quick and efficient, the bowls looked vibrant and aesthetically pleasing. It actually wasn't too sweet, which would be a good choice for breakfast.
