This place has a lot to offer! There is so much to choose from and it is absolutely the best price for produce I have found- hands down. They have an abundance of seasonal produce such as heirloom tomatoes, artichokes, tumeric, as well as bagged salads and employees are continually stocking the bins. It is stocked well enough that it is well worth the 20 minute drive I make for the visit. They also offer local eggs and milk as well as bread, some unique drinks, dried fruit and honey, as well as an assortment of ethnic groceries. Alright, slow your role, Jen! Why only 4 stars? Initially I thought maybe 3 stars. I had to really be objective. Firstly, some of the produce (fruits & veggies) aren't their most prime or freshest. If i give it about 70% is really great & only 30% not do great, then you have to see for yourself. Secondly, oh my goodness, the prices are just off the wall rock bottom if I am to compare it to Stater Bros., Cardenas or Super King. Absolute madness! Can't beat the prices, really! Thirdly, the selection, there are so many kinds of ethnic products to discover, many of which is unfamiliar to me. I can guess there's Asian (including Indian), Mediterranean, Latino inspired products featured at this market. The staff all look hardworking. Two of the cashiers were very friendly. The place is like an indoor farmers market, equipped with swamp coolers to keep the produce fresh & the customers comfortable. I did see some flies buzzing around. I had a tough time rating this store but I was really drawn to the fact that it has so much to offer. WARNING TO CUSTOMERS: On July 1st, 2025 around 2:30 PM, my wife and I were overcharged at Diamond Fresh Farmers Market (Diamond Bar) for Forelle Pears - labeled as $0.99/lb, but charged $3.90/lb. We have photos and receipts to prove the discrepancy. When we brought it to the cashier's attention, she refused to acknowledge the mistake. A man claiming to be the manager accused us of taking the wrong pears and treated us with hostility. After escalating, we finally got a partial refund from another cashier. Shockingly, the so-called manager shouted at us: "F* out!"** and told us never to return. This behavior was highly unprofessional and offensive. I have reported this to the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. I strongly urge others to double-check your receipts and think twice before shopping here. Love this place. You can grab some fruit you don't see at the stores on a regular basis. I grew up with an apricot tree in our front yard. It was delicious..... and messy. It gave us so much fruit we would give it to the neighbors. They would tell us not to come back this season :) because we were trying to give it away so much. I recently came and saw big beautiful apricots and brought a few home for nostalgic reasons. When I shared them with my brothers, it brought up old memories. Same thing with other fruits and veges. Drove by this spot and decided to pop in. This place has tons of different fruits (star fruit, blueberries, giant pomelos, etc) and vegetables (red kale, graffiti eggplant, etc). They also carry a wide variety of grains and snacks from all over the place. I was happy to find milk chocolate digestive cookies that I normally only find at cost world plus markets. They also have a bunch of plants and gardening pots for sale here! The prices are cheap but the quality also seemed on the lower end. A lot of the fruits looked like they were bruised, split, and some definitely have seen better days - same goes for the vegetables. Tip: they have two areas where you can check out: first one is by the front and the other is inside where all the refrigerated things are! I didn't really interact with the staff since the bf checked out. Would I come back? Maybe if I were in the area to explore more of the variety of grains, honey, snacks, etc. but I wouldn't go out of my way to come. Nice place to pick up fruit and produce for a decent price. You can find a really good deal but you also need to be very careful with what you pick. Fruits and vegetables can be fresh, but sometimes not as much. Just keep a careful eye on what you decide to buy. Otherwise, you save a lot of money going here verses the grocery stores. We come here once every often and find fresh blueberries and whatever may be in season. The selection is really great, and you can even find other items such as honey, breads, cooking oils, etc. for a good price. I would say that the worst thing is the limited parking and keeping your shopping cart from rolling away because the whole store is sitting uneven ground. Perhaps, this is the compromise for saving some money. The staff is pretty nice, but sometimes I feel that they are staring into my soul. But that's just me. read more

They leave everything outside in the heat and have no quality control, so be really careful on what you pick. The market opens each day from 8 AM to 6 PM and they sell a good selection of vegetables, fruits, Asian/Indian/Mediterranean spices. Their vegetable/fruit prices are mostly cheaper than prices you'll find in typical Asian supermarkets. Downside? Flies were everywhere, but that's just a part of trade-off for having a semi-outdoor vegetable/fruit section. This market attracts a lot of local customers due to its low prices, but at the same time this is also one of the very few grocery stores that actually charge additional fees for using credit/debit cards. Been here a handful of times, enough times to know that getting here early in the morning is sound advice. The reason of course being the parking is relatively small, and it can get pretty packed. A full lot however is a good sign, my Asian intuition tells me. In terms of selection, whatever that was available one day may not necessarily be there for long. A pack of blueberries (16oz) for $1? A bag of red potatoes (5lbs I think) for $1.50? A whole stalk of fresh Brussel sprouts for $2? Prices and inventory fluctuate, but that's the excitement of coming here. That's right, buying groceries can be fun! The produce overall seems pretty fresh too. As with any store, some of the packaged items may have passed their best by date, so it's a good idea to check. Some ramen were a few days old. Last few times, there was a huge stack of Star Wars cereal that weren't expired but seems as if they've been in a sauna. With that said, the split between the produce section and the packaged section is a nice touch. Great varieties of snacks, cheeses and dry essentials await you. I picked up a package of dried cherries here and to my delight they turned out to be incredibly sour. From the guys stocking the items to the cashiers, everyone was busy and kind. There is a fee for using credit card though. All in all, I enjoy the trips here and will visit whenever I'm in the neighborhood. read more

Yes, keep in mind that a lot of the fruit are super ripe and some of the veggies aren't in their best form, but take the time to pick and choose, examine for soft spots and bruises and you'll have no trouble! Also I'd recommend eating your purchases ASAP. We came near closing on a Tuesday. No problem finding parking, not crowded at all (everyone was safely distanced), and not too long of a wait getting checked out. They have fruit, produce, lots of exotic selections too, a small dairy section with milk and cheeses, eggs, spices, a frozen section, succulents and other potted plants, and gardening decorations. I love this place! Yes they are open during the pandemic. Googlemap says they're closed, but they're not! Anyways, when I'm in town, I love coming here to buy my fresh produce, plants, and seeds for my veggie garden. The only thing that I don't like about this place are the workers. They are very rude and called my friend's dad cheap when he just wanted to know if the veggies he got was on sale. Other than that, it has everything I need. This place offers a lot of produce at cheaper price and more. Although in bulk is never always in quality, at least here you can choose because there are a lot of options. Like any seasonal produce some may be present more than others. I believe this is a Eastern European run place so they have a lot of that products available here too from Teas to all condiments, and sweets and cooking utensils and more. If you have a green thumb and like to grow your own herb garden, you come to the right place. Great prices and they have Mediterranean options you have a really hard time finding anywhere else. Love their pita bread- the only thing to note. I'm visiting during an off season so I can't be to tough. Ample parking. The 'farmers' market is broken into three segments. You enter and there's fruits/flowers and tree's for sale. Make your past it to your left you'll see the fresh produce. In the center is the storefront with meats and some marinated , cheeses, yogurts, etc in the cooler/fridge section and a large variety of groceries from Europe and Middle Eastern. Baked goods, breads, cookies, wafers etc. Granted, I went in the evening and probably on a off day that they didn't have a great sale. I have never experienced such a variety in bananas, Thai, plantains etc they have at least five additional species excluding the ones I mentioned. A lot of organic and fresh produce/vegetables. Quite spacious and a fantastic selection. Bins of beans, nuts a great variety. My favorite was the dried Hibiscus for tea etc. They have a lot of Italian Cento tomato sauce and paste. A LARGE variety of rice. You'll find up to three for sushi. I enjoyed purchasing organic dried bay leaves, Sweet and Hot Hungarian Paprika. (They have shampoos, skin scare, lotion, etc from other countries that they sell) For me it's like a hodgepodge of items with a strange layout. I'm impressed. I will give them another visit in the spring and summer. I can't wait to visit again in spring and summer. I'll update. I purchased a lot of bell peppers and egg plants. I've been shopping here for years, their price were relatively lowed before, however, they have been increased their price like other store, but the quality of vegetables are not fresh, especially their avocado and chili, i bought 12 pieces avocados today, they are all rotten, I had to returned to them, one of their employee ( George?) were ready to put these bad avocados for sale again, I try to stop him, but I was rudely screamed by him. I didn't have too much time to browse around so I mostly stayed in the outer produce area. Some prices I saw during my first (and hopefully not last) trip: 2 small boxes of blueberries for $1 2 pounds of strawberries for $1 (!!!) 10 small limes or lemons for $1 (!!!) 2 bunches of fowering kale for $1 2 portabello mushroom caps for $1 (Great for stuffing; I've seen these at Albertson's/Wal-Mart for around $5 for 2) 1 pound of shiitake mushrooms for $2.99 3-5 bell peppers for $1 (depending on color; same size as I've seen in chain grocery stores so this is a great deal in my opinion) Strangely enough a bag of russet potatoes was about $2.99, whereas I normally see them in stores for $0.99. Overall, though, everything seems cheaper and way better than shopping at a chain store. Too bad I live so far from this place otherwise I would find every excuse to shop here. Whenever I visit this market, their parking lot is full and it is always busy and I see why. Many of their prices are much lower than the major chain supermarkets. In addition, they sell some items that appear to be clearance items for a lot less such as Organics 365 or Starbucks Whole Bean Coffee that is much less than other markets. I also like that they sell American Ginseng, at times, and have pre-packaged bulk items like nuts. Come prepared to bargain shop. read more

Everything looked very fresh - as if they were just plucked from the ground/tree just a few hours ago (with the exception of the corn - that was a very sad sight). This place was bustling with people. So far, there is no other place that seems to have beat these guys in prices on certain items. For example: Bananas (ripe) were 15cents/lb; 2 Big avocados for $1 Nectarines, peaches (various varieties) for 69-79cents/lb Green Cabbage for $1/3lbs Organic Broccoli for 79cents/lb Prices are amazing, but there are 2 drawbacks: 1. Parking is not the best as the parking lot is a bit small for the amount of people that are rushing here 2. Cash only.
