The appointment was arranged, a partial deposit was provided and we'd got a reminder text with all the appointment information. On the day of the appointment, the groomer, Casper, greeted Odo and I warmly. Odo happily took to Casper right away and I felt very comfortable about leaving a Odo in Casper's care.
