I called in to get a foot massage since my right foot was in pain but once arrived you can't talk or make any noises. They never asked me if there were issues or if I needed something specific. The foot massage was solid but not great. I wished they had worked more on the pain points of my foot. Instead they asked me to go to the other bead to get the rest of my body's which I didn't asked for... Anyways I don't think I will be back. The studio seems clean but outdated. My mom and I have been here several times over the years and have always had a great experience. I've been worked on by several practitioners. The environment is dimly lit and kept quiet to create a relaxing ambiance. Everyone has been friendly and great about maintaining a level of privacy with drapes. Today Susan worked on me and she was amazing. The right amount of pressure and she got the knots out of my back without being too aggressive. These guys are great. The environment was very calm and peaceful and the staff is very kind. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra ten bucks to go from a 60 to a 90 minute massage. It's totally worth it. The foot reflexology was great and I like that they did neck and back as well. What is unfortunate is that I witnessed a customer after she had sat through the ENTIRE treatment all of sudden complain about the service she received. It was clear she was trying to haggle for a discount off of her service. Why else would you wait till the very end to mention your issues? I just don't think she would have treated Massage Envy the same way as she did these kind people. The staff was very kind and respectful and dealt with the customer professionally; which if it were me I wouldn't have been so nice. I came recommend these guys enough. Be clear on what you would like, let them know what problems you are having and offer feedback During your service so they can accommodate. Such a great spot! All the jumbled up stress in my body was able to be released during my 90 minute session. You get a head, neck,foot, arm, leg and back massage for $60! You also get a foot soak while your scalp and hands get massaged. Some of the time the pressure was intense but I really feel great today (day after!). I suffer from low back pain and I'm usually very slow moving when I get out of bed until I can stretch my body. Today, I was able to jump out of bed and not feel so tight! This is a great place. Me and my girlfriend went in she was called first and while I was waiting in the lobby room for the next available I observed a worker simply turn over the towel when they were done with that patient. They called my name and attempted to see me on that table with a dirty towel I told them they had to switch it out the lady asked about it and didn't understand why I had requested to switch the top of the owner came over and instructed the lady to switch for a clean towel. And I then noticed there was a head towel on the pillow that wasn't switched out . So disgusting!!! But the lady got her revenge back at me . Not sure what she did to my lower back but I am having constant pain on my lower back with pain shooting down my right leg. I am having a difficult time even standing up. I have a an appointment with a neurologist next week. I highly recommend no one comes to this location for whatever reason save yourself money and go to somewhere else . read more

Really enjoyed my visit here! I've been in dire need of a massage for a while now, but time & budget constraints always seem to get in the way. I heard about this spot through a friend & called them up at 10:30 on a Saturday. He said they could get me in at 11:00 - so off I went! This spot is located in a strip mall near Sabino Canyon - right near Electic Cafe & Renee's Organic Oven. I walked in & was whisked right off to my lounger. I wasn't sure what to expect, so here's a bit of a rundown: 1) You keep your clothes on the whole time, so wear something comfy; they'll cover you with towels, as well. 2) There are other clients in the room, but the environment here was very relaxing and quiet with soft music. 3) The 60 min, $35 deal is LEGIT - a hot foot soak, great scalp, arms, & feet massage; then you move over to the table in the corner to lie down for the back work. This isn't your "light touch" massage - my masseuse used great pressure and movement, and I felt both relaxed and energized when I left! It was definitely a treat & worth every single penny (and more). They have a punch card here, as well - with the convenience, price, and great service, I can definitely see myself returning. read more

This place was AMAZING. Far from my house in Oro Valley but worth the drive. It was different from any other massage I have ever had as you are not in a private room and you don't disrobe. But nonetheless it was a great massage. I chose the foot massage/ body massage .. I think it was an hour and it only cost $40! If you are looking for the traditional experience, this isn't it but I do t think you will be disappointed. Just wear lose clothes on top so they can access your back. read more

If you like firm pressure this is the place for you. I have peripheral vascular disease, swelling in my feet, ankles and lower legs. My ankles and feet were really hurting when I noticed the sign in the shopping center on Sabino Canyon near Tanque Verde. I had the 60 minutes special and felt amazing afterwards. My neighbor referred me here, and boy was she right! I went here yesterday for a 45 minute reflexology massage and it was an amazing experience for the convenience and the cost. This place is right next door to Renee's Organic Oven, just off of Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon. The staff was so friendly. While everyone is massaged in the same room which is a little different from some other reflexology places I have visited, the ambiance quickly put me at peace. The room was dark, the music was calming, and the staff was so polite. I look forward to bringing my husband on my next visit! Jes was my masseuse and he did a great job at a firm massage that was not uncomfortable but not too light either...I really like a deep tissue massage and he was good at really easing my tight muscles. read more

My last experience was terrible! My BF and I went on our 5 yr anniversary to relax a bit before our dinner out. We scheduled our appt together I was started 15min before him while I was in my session he observed them getting his table ready. The masseuse had just finished w another customer she then took the towel the previous customer was using smoothed it out and called my BF over to the table. He said nooo that's dirty she said no no it's ok just lay down! He then came to me and said maybe we shouldn't stay... as he was talking to me they surrounded us and asked him what the problem was. He then said she didn't change the towel after her last customer. The owner said ok ok we will change it. We decided to continue w our massage. My masseuse became very rough his grip was as if he was massaging a grown man, he then proceeded to elbow my spine to the point that I could see his heels come off the floor as I was face down. I feel as though he was taking my BF complaint out on me. Ever since my massage w Green touch my sciatic nerve has been flared. Which BTW I have NEVER had a problem with! I believe they have the knowledge of pressure points and they know how to hurt your back as well as relax it. Beware don't complain, and be extra nice before you get your massage! read more
