When I arrived home, I realized that the bread and milanesas had not been given to me. I called the store, and the cashier confirmed that the items had indeed been left there. We agreed that I would stop by the next day to pick them up. This morning I stopped by on my way to work. The products had been set aside and they did give them to me, which I appreciate. However, when I mentioned that I would have preferred a refund for the items that were not given to me the day before, the person who assisted me -- one of the owners or managers -- reacted in an incredibly rude way. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he blamed me for "forgetting" the items at the counter and started arguing over something as trivial as two loaves of bread and three milanesas that never left the store the day before. Even when I suggested he check the cameras to confirm that the items were never handed to me, he continued insisting that it was my fault. The money itself is irrelevant. What is truly concerning is the attitude. When the owner or manager treats a customer this way, it becomes clear that customer service is simply not a priority.
