I called the clinic and asked if I could come by to have some eyes on it. I was told I needed an appointment and the next available was 4/6/26. I then sent photos on MyChart to the dermatologist. Meanwhile I went to my PCP and it was definitely infected. He took a culture (tested positive) and started me on oral and topical antibiotics. He said it was a good thing I came in when I did. The next day I heard from Frontier because I had left a message and sent the photos. I was told on the phone that my wound was fine and to put Neosporin on it. I would not trust this clinic and would not go again. Anytime you mention an infection in a wound you should be seen right away by any doctor doing there job correctly.

I saw Dr. Brasier for an initial consultation and a couple of follow ups for ongoing acne, melasma, and scarring. She was very helpful and prescribed some topicals I hadn't tried before as they're very unique to the clinic, not just the run of the mill variety. Dr. Brasier also suggested treatments that could be very helpful. Having a great dermatologist be able to recommend someone for treatments is a game changer for me. I have had less than stellar experiences with spa treatments and felt like I needed more guidance in what treatments would be best for me. Also, which skin care products would work best for me. That's when I met Katie! I have seen her several times and can't wait for my next appointment with her. From chemical peels to facials (my favorite being the Diamond glow) to micro needling Katie has me covered. I've been blown away by her skills and the results I have achieved. PŪR skin clinic has been the key to feeling great in my own skin. I couldn't be happier. Curious, I grabbed a wetwipe and swiped the surface. The door was filthy. There was no trash can in the room so I left the wetwipe on the counter. When the doctor and her assistant saw it, they were properly appalled ---"Is that yours or ours?!"--- but the doctor blamed the property manager for the filth. She offered no apology, took no responsibility for her own practice. Unacceptable. There's no way that I would ever have any kind of medical procedure done in that office! Basic safety and cleanliness protocols are not followed. Very dangerous, gross, and disgusting. AVOID this place!

The Edmonds office is almost within walking distance from my home and it seems to be less busy than the Lynnwood office. That's a definite plus! I've been here many times to their Urgent Care clinic (which is in the same section as the 'regular' care), but I'd never been on a regular basis. I went in for a problem and they sent me upstairs to another doctor. The staff both upstairs and down were super nice and I was able to be seen quickly upstairs. The doctor who treated me was extremely nice and understood my situation. I'd been without a primary care physician since my doctor at Lynnwood retired a couple of years ago but two of the staff at the Edmonds clinic recommended another doctor, so I made two appointments with her. I was even able to change one of the appointments with no issues at all when I realized there was a conflict. I've been in twice to see a pharmacist about my medications and she was super nice as well. I love that this location has its' own pharmacy. It's so convenient and although the staff seem a little flustered at times, I like coming here. Overall, my care has been great and I like coming to this location. Hopefully I can transition completely to this location for most of my medical needs. It would definitely save a lot of time and gas. As for their Urgent Care, it's been great. Thankfully I haven't had to come too often but I love that it's there when I need it. The parking is a lot better here than at Lynnwood, but there are two sides to the building so it can get confusing as to which one is the correct one. The one on the other side of the building that faces away from the street is the entrance that goes to the main reception desk.
