My rating is between 4-5 stars. I'd normally round up but I think the cons are worth noting. Pros: My daughters and I enjoyed a spa day and all of our technicians were terrific. The spa lap pool was great too as many spas don't have a good size pool, if at all. This was a smaller lap pool but still a huge plus. Cons: The spa amenities (women's jacuzzi, sauna, locker room) were still quite dated. I had hoped the recent updates would have updated the amenities to the four seasons caliber but sadly, no. The women's jacuzzi area is dark with only the natural lighting from the ceiling skylights which were quite dirty. The sauna was old and not spa clean, which is also a disappointment. The showers were also showing their age with chipped tiles, rust and general deferred maintenance which was surprising. The spa pool had 5 chaise lounges so I'm not sure how they accommodate spa guests by the pool on busier days. There's no attendant on the spa pool floor, towels were piled on the floor and the bathroom was unkempt. Overall, I'd choose the Aulani spa next door, which was surprisingly superior and tranquil. The only thing lacking at the Aulani spa was a spa pool. read more

Fortunately, I did not have a bad experience at the Naupaka Spa on January 23, 2026. I had an impeccable spa experience-attentive staff (Jodi) who went above and beyond before and after my spa treatment. Shades were opened to let sunlight come into the relaxation room and I was asked several times if there was anything I needed. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff members picked up any left behind cups and saucers. Towel and slipper bins were emptied and cleared often. My spa treatment (80-min Warrior Massage with Meiling) was top notch. She listened to my concerns and used appropriate techniques and both Arnica and CBD menthol to ease away my aches and soreness. The only negative is the steam room which was really (really) hot. I normally like to sit in the steam room after my treatment for about 15 minutes, but at this spa, the room was so hot that I could only handle at most 2 minutes. Other than that, I highly recommend this spa and its facilities. read more

Love me a spa day!! It was my first time at Naupaka on a Saturday during Mother's Day weekend. Overall, it was quite relaxing. I used almost all amenities excluding the pool and cold plunge. The snacks they offer were very limited compared to other spas I've been to, there were apples, matcha coconut, and chocolate dates. They offered water and a pineapple chamomile tea drink, that's about it. The attendant was a little overbearing, as I was there to relax and unwind, she kept asking if I was okay or needed anything and when I did ask, she made it seem like she was too busy. The service was too short, I feel like I didn't get 50 minutes worth of a massage but it is what it is. I spent lots of time in the garden and it's what I absolutely needed, so zen and so with nature. Would I come back? Sure, but I do want to try the Laniwai spa first, as I've heard great things. read more

I cannot recommend this spa enough! I wanted to treat my friend who lives on Oahu to a special day at the spa and this seemed like a great value with it not being in Honolulu or Waikiki (ie not relaxing). They also have discounts for kamaʻāina so if you're local or have someone local with you, be sure to ask. We came here 90 minutes before our appointments and got to enjoy the hot tub, steam room and sauna ahead of time. They have a lovely, relaxing lanai where you can lounge in your robe and slippers and embrace the full zen mode that Naupaka provides. Both of our massages were fantastic and afterwards we showered then went to the rooftop pool connected to the spa. Afterwards, we tried out their lotions and they have complimentary razors, hair brushes and tooth brushes. I was completely relaxed and never wanted the feeling to end. I've been to a few places on the island for spa and massage services and this is by far the best! read more

This was a fantastic experience! They truly pamper you from start to finish. I had a facial and a massage. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and I added on a light peel that made my skin glow! The masseuse was so good! I would highly suggest to add on the coconut hair treatment as my hair has an amazing shine! Oh and do not miss out on the essential oil nose ring! Seriously just ask! This salon feels very private and calming. There are only two pedicure stations and it's wonderful to relax in a quiet space. Yumiko did an amazing job with my pedicure and the leg/foot massage is exceptional! It's an actual massage and not just a leg rub. It's wonderful! They have a large choice of nail polish colors and it dries within five minutes, so it's very convenient. I am definitely planning another visit. 10/10! read more

Visit: 7/10/25 Spa was beautiful and extremely relaxing. Jodi the spa attendant was so kind! However, when I come to the 4 seasons (especially for the price) I am expecting near perfection! The reason I am taking off stars is due to 2 reasons: 1: I opted for a massage in the outdoor hale. My masseuse left the room to allow me to undress. About a minute passed when she asked if I was ready, to which I replied "no" as I quickly decided to take a video of the beautiful view before my massage. She gave me around another 30 sec before she just began opening the door with NO warning. Thankfully I was already getting into bed, however I had to rush to cover myself due to her not announcing herself re-entering to room. 2. I went up to reception twice during my visit between 12pm-2:30pm. The 1st time, Jodi brought my phone up to be charged at the desk, so I went up to go retrieve it. I was not greeted by the staff , and when I asked for my phone I was given confused stares which made me feel uncomfortable. I brushed it off as nothing. Then at the end of my visit, I went up and once AGAIN I was NOT greeted. The girl at the desk (curly hair and glasses I think) proceeded to stare at me as if it was my job to greet HER. There were other workers unloading stuff at that time so I didn't want to just interrupt. After around 30 seconds of silence I stated that im here to pay. She then asked how everything was, and proceeded to tell me everything was all set. I left the salon halfway to valet, when I received a phone call that only partial payment went through. I went back immediately to pay, HOWEVER, it's extremely unprofessional and inconvenient to both myself AND the salon to not make sure payment is successful the first time before I left. This visit was far from relaxing. I was checked in and sent downstairs to meet an attendant. There was no attendant. I waited about 5 minutes (the only one in street clothes and everyone else in robes) and then saw a massage therapist saying good bye to the prior time frame. I ask a therapist once she was done and asked her if there were any attendants. She said she'd check. She walked the whole spa area (same as I had prior) and then disappeared. About 5 minutes later an attendant appeared. She was out of breath and said there was an issue upstairs. No apology. Then about her appeared like they had just come from break. They definitely were understaffed especially considering how many people were there. It was crowded in every area of the spa and people waited to get into their lockers or the steam room. There were discarded robes and slippers everywhere. There were dozens of abandoned cups, napkins, leftover food. I'd normally blame the patrons, but if they received the same introduction I did they were not told where to put the towels. Slippers, cups, trash, etc. There was no signage. But items were left abandoned. The attendants had not been there for hours to clean anything up. It was loud. People were yelling as they jumped in the plunge pool. There was no quiet peaceful atmosphere. The showers were dirty with clumps of hair on the floor and walls. They were not cleaned or inspected between guests or even for hours. The shower heads did not work. If you could get the handheld to work the connection shot out water at the joint leaving no water pressure and bring sprayed from the leak in an unpleasant way. The locker was dirty. The snack items were not there. Everything was gone. All the chairs in the waiting area were full so I went outside. I went in after it cleared out and sat there waiting for my therapist to come get me. It was only 3 minutes after but it just added to the poor experience I had received so far. The therapist was excellent. Shandra was very sweet and kind. The massage was amazing! True aloha. It took me a while to relax after being so upset about the prior items. By the end of the massage I felt amazing. As I dressed again I had to deal with the dirty and broken showers. Not only were the shower heads broken, but all the pumps for the toiletries were broken. Is this the Four Seasons or a 2nd rate spa? I will not return even though Shandra was amazing!! I explained some of the above and felt very unheard. They acted like I was just trying to get a discount. I was not and refused the discount in hope that they would take the issues seriously. It was filthy dirty and broken. Most of these issues could be taken care by attendants, but others needed to be addressed by a plumber. There was no one trying to control the chaos and ensure a peaceful clean experience. read more

Spa is currently under renovations and amenities are not available, aside from that there was still great service. My facial and massage were amazing- both 80 minutes. I also got a mani pedi. Pedicure was great, but manicure is the worst I've ever gotten. For $100 you'd expect much better. I didn't notice until I got into my car to drive home that the polish was already peeling at the edges and was sloppy around my cuticles. I will definitely be calling to make a complaint. And what a place to do that. Four Seasons is known for their exceptional service. Tie that in with their gorgeous property and a great place for brunch (La Hiki), and you can make it a day of "me-time" or bonding with your closest gal pals. Naupaka offers facials, massage therapies, body therapies, hair and nail services. Prices are steep ($225-325 for 50 & 80 minute massages), so locals should be aware of a 15% discount to shave off a portion of the tax and tip. However, with this admission comes the benefits of using their spa facilities including a jacuzzi, ice bath, steam room, and zen garden. Showers, refreshments, and grooming amenities at your disposal. The best part of the experience is their lomilomi massage. Replicating the rhythmic waves of the Pacific, only a few of the therapists are trained to perform this unique Hawaiian technique to relax the mind and body. This was the only massage that I completely fell asleep to, thanks to the experienced hands of my masseuse. The company aims to please, and most requests will be granted within reason. The staff here are very friendly and kind. I came for a nail service and my nail specialist was also very sweet. The cost of my nails included the spa, but I never was able to use it, partly because of how long it took to get my nails done (1.5hrs). For $140 I was a little disappointed in what I got. It's not the fault of my manicurist...I'd say the problem was miscommunication, plus the type of nail service they do and don't offer and polishes, too. I selected a color and it took 3 whole coats to get it looking like the color on the sample nail I selected which took up more time...I asked for "gel" and expected much more hardy sturdier nails than I received, especially given the added $20 fee for gel, and later found out that "gel" isn't specific enough and they didn't offer what I wanted anyway. Apparently what I wanted was "hard gel." That was my mistake for not making certain, but I have never come across a nail salon before that didn't offer hard gel. Additionally, the colors were a bit limited. I can get my nails done for $50 elsewhere and they will last 3 weeks, and I can get my nails lengthened with the gel they use. That style typically requires some nail damage, but it grows out. At this salon, the gel I received couldn't lengthen my nails, and began peeling at day 5. I certainly expected a markup at Four Seasons but also expected durable nails. Again, the staff were nice and I appreciate their time. I sadly can't comment on the spa since I was strapped for time. I have a feeling they would have let me use the facilities another day since I had things to do and no time to stay longer, but had no time the next day also. So I was being a cranky butt. Everyone in the house could feel my unhappy cranky self from all corners. I blame the sleep deprivation and the list of chores the whole family expected that I would do...even with a baby. With that being said, my husband decided it was time to get me to the spa so I can rejuvenate and relax. So he surprised me with a spa day! What makes this place different from visiting other places is the amenities!! I suggest to come at least an hour early so you can enjoy them. There is a sauna, steam room, really cool 360 needle shower, a Jacuzzi, plunge pool and the swimming pool upstairs. Besides all that, the plush seating areas inside and outside make it the perfect oasis to make anyone feel pampered up. I have been to this spa back when it was Ihilani. I love that the kept the wonderful amenities, but improved the seating areas to be co-ed outside! Before you would have to meet your significant other at the upstairs pool. Now about those services.. Hulali Healing Facial: This was my first facial. The experience was relaxing! It was nice to see my face glowing with health again. The esthetician took time to find out about my skin regimen and how to improve it. Throughout the process, she was letting me know what was going on. I loved that I had a neck and shoulder massage to go with it! Salon services for Haircut, Color and Highlights: My hair is so darn black it takes a miracle to get anything to show. One time I got highlights at salon that will not be named and I could NOT see the difference. DARN YOU HAIR!! Anyways, after a visit from Naupaka salon, I couldn't wait to show off my new do! The stylist was meticulous about getting the highlighting detail perfect. Even when she styled my hair, I could tell how precise she was. Now I have to come back, because she is the ONLY one who was able to highlight my hair so great. Naupaka Signature Massage: DUDE. do NOT kid yourself if you think 50 minutes is long enough for a massage. If you are coming here, just get the 80 min massage already. My husband and I get massages all the time. It wasn't a cookie cutter massage (where everyone gets the same one, regardless of focus area, like a nearby establishment) This one actually put me to sleep. I felt so relaxed and my back was happy too! I loved that my massage therapist was able to listen to my body. My shoulders got a great massage and that's all I remember because it felt awesome. what? I said I fell asleep. It happens. Overall, I am stoked that my Naupaka spa has kept what I loved about the spa and improved on other things! I loved all my services recieved. I honestly felt rejuvenated and walked out a brand new person. Kudos to my awesome hair stylist who also made sure I got time to eat and pump for my baby. My fave spa on the island because of all the amenities, quality products, top technology, and the latest techniques utilized at this spa. The service menu is not that extensive but what they do offer is well-worth it! From the moment I walked in, I noticed the exceptional customer service. I was singlehandedly given a tour of the facility before my hydra facial and had attentive staff catering to me. Of course, I did not expect anything less from Four Seasons! The spa is located on the Four Seasons property in its own separate building adjacent to the hotel entrance where you pull up for valet service. As a spa client you get...I think it was 4hrs of complimentary/valet parking (I can't remember). Alexis was very friendly and professional. She took her time to explain each step of the process before we begun. The warm bed and facial was so relaxing. The results driven facial and Alexis' skill improved my skin and made it glow! I suggest bringing a girlfriend to enjoy all the amenities with you. Arrive an hour or more before your service to enjoy some champagne, the steam sauna, contrast therapy (jacuzzi/cold plunge) area, lap pool, and zen lanai area outdoors. The spa offers kama'aina discount, military discount, and gift certificates!! This place is my top choice for spa facility and quality of facials! This is one of my favorite spas on the island. They have beautiful relaxing gardens and an outside lap pool with a jacuzzi. They also have a cold plunge pool, hot tub, and a sauna. Private locker rooms, with all the amenities you will need. The massage therapists are great! They really ensure you have a relaxing experience. The spa validates parking up to 4 hours. This is a perfect spa to come to if you want to enjoy a romantic experience with your husband or partner. The pool area and the relaxing gardens are co-ed. They also offer massages ocean side in a hut. There is a new night time experience where you can gaze at the stars after your couples massage. The facilities are well maintained for being an older building, and kept clean. They require that you fill out a health questionnaire before you are taken back for your services. They offer cucumber flavored cold water, bottled water, and light snacks. If you are celebrating a birthday they give you a glass of champagne. Enjoy! read more

Only need to get one service from the spa, and you can spend all day there. You can even come early (as soon as they open at 7:30) to relax before your treatment if you have lots to do after your appointment time. In the past, I've had a pedicure, a manicure, a hair trim, and a massage (all separate occasions). My friend got a facial and loved it. The shortest amount of time I've stayed was 3 hours. It is such a great way to take care of yourself & enjoy a much deserved treat. I don't know anyone who could say- "no, you don't work yourself hard enough. You don't deserve this." Therefore, I believe you- the reader falls into the deserving category: you deserve it. This spa is much less crowded than Aulani's spa. More of a European or Japanese spa feel. Not just hurry from place to place as we do with almost everything we do. More sit, soak, get your heart rate up in the sauna or steam room, rest in the hot pool, then bring your heart rate down in the cold plunge. Chill. Take a nap by the pool -or under the bamboo stalks. My friend and I like to meditate outside with the birds and the light breeze. The best way to go is without your watch- do what you want whenever you want. Now they've stepped it up a notch and they offer drinks!! Delivered before or after or mid service. The bubbly was all they were missing! The management truly hears a clients desires and delivers. FYI they will honor discount prices from Groupon to all I in your party even if only one person bought it. Military and Kamaaina too! Just ask. Free valet parking and you have use of the spa all day before or after your services so schedule accordingly. Sauna/hot and cold plunges. Beautiful n well stocked locker rooms... but it is the four seasons... I wouldn't expect anything less. read more

So amazing! Love the facilities! My friend and I had a massage here. Loved it!!! Jodi was so sweet in helping me to book this and was so friendly and welcoming. She made us feel special. From the greeting to the ambiance and service..first class all the way! We were given small glasses of kombucha as we waited to be greeted and escorted down to the locker room, where we were given robes and locker to put our things in. There is a nice zen garden and waiting area with a beverage station: fruit-infused water dispenser and hot water with various tea flavors .They allowed us to walk around the facility and came to get us for our massage. The massage was heavenly. I had a very nice masseuse! And because I noted that we were celebrating my friend's birthday, they gave us a glass of champagne afterward. After our massage, we were allowed to use all the amenities including sauna, pool/jacuzzi, fitness center, etc. We opted to lounge by the pool. Simply amazing day. We vowed to come back and do a service again. Any service allows all day use of their amenities. I'd highly recommend this place! read more

Four stars because unfortunately I have had better at other spas and expect perfection from a Four Seasons Spa. Overall, the experience is luxurious and you will love it here. Will I be back? Very likely. In addition to your massage, you can spend the day relaxing here. Valet is free up to four hours with validation. There are indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, a locker room, vanity area, shower and bathroom area, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, cold plunge, Roman bath (hot tub), a broken hydrotherapy shower, then outdoor co-ed pool (shared with the fitness), and co-ed garden. You arrive and are greeted by the receptionist and welcomed with a refreshing cold towel and flavored kombucha (not for everyone if you've never had kombucha before). You're allowed to enjoy the facilities to relax before your appointment and also after your appointment. You're given a tour and escorted to a locker where your slippers and robe are ready for you. There are dried fruit and nuts, as well as water, tea, and flavored water in the relaxation room. Not anything to make a meal of (don't do it). I personally bring a little extra snack such as a protein bar. They could really offer up some whole fruit such as apples, pears, and bananas. There used to be granola bars as part of the refreshments, a small detail, but bummer it wasn't there this time. Other spas (ahem next door) change the variety of refreshments throughout the day and in addition to fruits and nuts, also sweet delights like chocolates and macarons. A few minutes before your appointment, your massage therapist will find you, usually in the relaxation area, and they will take you to the therapy room. They ask if you want any upgrades and offer an upgrade menu with things such as a facial (no additional time included), scrubs, deep tissue, etc. They let you know that the room temperature, bed temperature, and music are to your preference and can be changed whenever you wish. After your treatment, you are given a gimpy plastic cup of water. The past few times I have been here, they used to offer a plastic flute of champagne. Not sure why it has changed. You're encouraged to continue to use the facilities and relax. The co-ed pool is a couple floors up and is a nice place to order lunch. If you plan on staying within the four hours before free valet is up, time your relaxation in the facilities well because the food takes about 40 minutes to an hour to get to you. Again, the hydrotherapy shower was sadly broken. It would have been nice to use after the steam and sauna room. It was also broken the last few times I was here (at least a year ago). Whereas other luxury spas have an entire garden of hydrotherapy. Darn. When you're ready to leave, you can shower and get dressed. The shower area has a bathing suit spinner which gets most of the wetness out, but it is not a dryer so your suit will still be a little damp. Expected, so not a bummer. There are also shower caps, shaving cream, and razors near the shower. In the vanity area, there are combs, hair dryers, hair spray, spray deodorant, cotton swabs, lotion, and mouthwash. There used to also be bobby pins, hair ties, hair brushes, and make up remover. Another change. Not a big deal really, but shucks. I really do love to relax here and would recommend it to any one who is willing to spend the money. The details really get me, and I'm really only nit picky because this is Four Seasons after all and they are proud of being the best of the best, but in my experience here and near luxury spas, this wasn't the best. During my mid-December (2018) visit, the Naupaka Spa & Wellness fell short of meeting my expectations of a spa that is affiliated with a Four Seasons Resort, in this case the Four Seasons Ko'olina Resort. There were a few pluses, such as guests of the hotel can use the spa facilities at no charge, without the requirement to have a service. The women's relaxation lounge was well-kept and appointed with lounge chairs, nuts and dried fruit, an assortment of teas, coffee and infused water, and a nice connected outdoor lanai. Spa amenities on three floors included a gender-separated Roman hot tub, cold plunge pool, wet steam room, and dry sauna. This area was largely kept intact from the "transformation" from the former Ihilani. The former "needle shower" is still there though but not operable, and there was no signage indicating this. As such I spent a few minutes in the needle shower foolishly trying to turn the water on. It never worked. The steam room was perfectly controlled and the icy towels outside the steam room and sauna were refreshing. There is also a co-ed lap pool and hot tub on the higher floor. I relaxed on the lounge chair on the pool deck. The chairs were inviting and pre-wrapped with towels by the staff. There were a few love seat areas, as well. Then I headed to the shower. Here is where I got completely turned off, negating any benefits of relaxation. Now when I visit a spa, any spa, I love the experience in the shower most. It should be cleansing, refreshing and relaxing so I leave with a sense of calm and restoration. Well, here at the Naupaka Spa, the shower experience was the most repulsive I've experienced at any spa I've visited in my life. First, I almost slipped and fell from water being all over the place. Next, every shower stall was dirty with disgusting hair in the drains, towels or shavers left inside, or else inadequately equipped or maintained - not all have racks or hooks, for example, to hang my towel or robe. The stall I used happened to be the "least uninviting", but unfortunately, the shower controls were faulty. I had to literally hold the temperature handle in place while showering to avoid scalding, because once I got the ideal water temperature, the handle kept slipping, causing the water temperature to get too hot. I almost switched to a different shower, but opted to continue bathing with my one free hand instead of stepping into a different shower of filth. Even the vanity area was equipped with only combs (no brushes). Good thing I happened to bring my own. I took, attached and captioned 31 photos for this review. Check out the shower photos in particular. Someone clearly did not do their job maintaining the shower area. I left very disappointed for this being a so-called "Four Seasons" spa. read more

Found this great Groupon deal for this spa $159 for a 50 min. Massage, all day access to the spa facility and valet parking. My friend and I purchased this Groupon and wanted to experience a massage for the first time. As first timers we were so excited/nervous because we didn't know what to expect. Check in was so fast and easy. Upon my arrival, I filled out a short health questionnaire and got a small glass of kombucha tea. Then I was escorted down to the spa facility and was given a tour of the facility and got set up with a locker. This spa is very small, but very relaxing. There is a vanity area with combs, hair dryers, mirrors, q-tips, rubber bands, sun screen, deodorant, hairspray, mouth wash, cotton pads and lotion for you to use. There was also a scale in there, which I thought was pretty cool. There were only 2 toilets and about 8 private showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside. The shower heads that my friend and I had used in our showers were broken, they were leaking water and it was hard to keep a perfect temp, the water would always get extremely hot. There were unlimited towels to use and an area to put your wet clothes in to dry them. There was a steam room with a shower in it and some kind of aromatherapy in the steam (which I loved because I was coming down with a cold). There was a sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge pool. There are to areas out side with cushions and pillows and a relaxing room with teas, water and snacks(dried mango, dried apricots and almond nuts). This room is where you go a few minutes before your massage to wait for the masseuse to get you. When it was time for our massage, we got escorted to our massage room. It was small and had 2 massage tables (we did a couples massage so we could be together because it was our first time). The masseuses explained to us what they were gonna do and also offered other services for another fee. The massage was great they used 2 different oils on our bodies( lemongrass and lilikoi). The spa is located in a separate building just a short walk from the porte cochere. You can expect excellent treatment from the staff the moment you arrive. If you haven't visited within the month, they will ask you to fill out a health history form. After completing the check in, a staff member will meet you downstairs in the spa. There will be keyless lockers for your things. It's not required, but I like to wear a swim suit while soaking in the hot tub or taking a quick plunge in the cold bath. There are both indoor and outdoor sitting areas that you can relax in while sipping on cucumber water or hot teas. There are dried fruits and nuts to snack on as well as the occasional baked breads and bars. My most recent massage therapist was Patty and she was very professional. There are three different oils to choose from for your massage and we discussed the kind of pressure I preferred and I indicated that my neck and back needed more attention. The massage was excellent and she made sure to check with me if the pressure was okay. After my massage, I took my time relaxing before taking a shower. They had all the amenities I needed to get ready including hair dryers, deodorant, and mouth wash. Valet parking for 4 hours is free of charge with a spa service. Definitely recommend! read more

This was such an amazing experience. Next time we come I'm getting the 80 minute! They offer you massage upgrades before you start your massage and it's a nice gesture. The spa was absolutely stunning, well kept and very easy on the eye. The steam room was my favorite, it had a eucalyptus scent to it and the best touch was that there was a shower in it, which I've never seen before! The hot tub was so relaxing and so was the waiting area. Now let's get to the best part, the massage! I had UILANI and she was so amazing. She worked on all my problem areas with great pressure, I was relaxed, I was comfortable and I almost fell asleep! She is great I would recommend her to anyone. After the massage we went up to the private pool and relaxed! It was a really nice touch on this beautiful day! I wish there was a bar or food service though! Came here for my birthday. I've always wanted to come here because I've always seen it on Groupon. I called to schedule because I had some inquiries. I didn't have to purchase the Groupon they honored their special, I chose the 80 min massage for $199. I also opted for the outdoor massage which was additional $25. It was my birthday so why not! Staff greets you and gives a you tour of the facility. You have locker to put your things in, it's a coded locker so you go in and out of your locker as you please. My masseuse was Glorianna she was amazing and made my birthday extra special. As my massage was outdoor she did warn me that there was going to be some noise and gave me the option to have it inside, I didn't mind the noise-the sound of grass cutting and birds chirping blended in together after awhile. Also when I brought into my massage area she asked if there were any add-ons to the massage I opted for the hot stone (extra $20). After the massage was done Glorianna asked if I wanted champagne to help celebrate my birthday and since I don't drink alcohol I was given ginger alen instead. Btw don't forget your swim suits because I did ‍. You can use their amenities salt water jacuzzi, steam room, pool and so forth. There is also outdoor seating areas to literally just relax. Once you enter the woman's spa area it is really hard to get any attendant to help you. The hallways were wet everywhere, which is understandable but they should have someone around to mop. I hung my robe outside the steam room and when I came out it was sopping wet at the bottom. There was no one to be found to ask for a new robe. We did the 50 minute fire and ice massage, which was relaxing but definitely do a different type of massage for 80 minutes that would be ideal. Overall, a decent spa but a Four Seasons spa should be way more pristine and attentive. read more

This was my first time visiting the spa at the Four Seasons. I went with a girl friend for a massage and had a really nice time. Parking is valet and they give you validation for 4 hours, which is nice. We had lunch first in the hotel and then went over to the pool that is just for the spa's use. It's in a side building where the spa is so it is not the regular hotel pool. It's up on a deck and doesn't really have a view but it is a nice place for a swim before your treatment. The spa has a nice waiting room, a patio and a relaxation garden to use before and after your treatment. It's a very nice ambiance! I had a lomi lomi massage. My masseuse was seriously amazing! I opted to add strong pressure for a small cost and she did an amazing job. She let me smell three of their signature oils and choose which one I wanted to have her use. I chose the ocean scent which was really nice. I really enjoyed my massage and experience. The only issue was that the treatment rooms are right along the main hallway that leads to the locker room/ waiting are and then up the stairs to the lobby. I could hear people walking by and talking all during my treatment which pulls you out of the relaxation mode. It wasn't too bad but I would suggest they remind people to keep the noise to a minimum as they walk by the treatment area. read more

Five stars for this one of a kind spa! I took advantage of a Groupon and bought a massage for myself and my mom. This spa is located on the west side of Oahu, so less traffic, less people and more time for relaxation and quality time. The spa is a separate building from the four seasons hotel, which made the experience even more secluded and relaxing. We were greeted by very friendly faces at the reception desk and they accommodated us for our entire stay there. After checking in we were brought downstairs to the spa area, where all of the amenities and massage rooms were. Amenities included sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge, showers, lockers, and on the very top floor was the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Sooo much to do in just one day! No need to worry about bringing anything except a change of clothes. They will provide you towels, robes, slippers, hair dryer, brush/comb, lotion, sunscreen, anything you need all in one place! It was great. There was a small waiting area where you wait for your therapist. In there are light refreshments and drinks, even an outdoor patio to enjoy the fresh air. Not to mention a glass of champagne after your massage! Who wouldn't mind a glass of bubbly?! All in all, the massage was great. I can't think of any massages that have gone wrong. You'll never have to feel rushed to leave this place... I know I didn't! I will definitely back for this experience! read more
