Bachelorette favorite!!!…read more This is a beautifully unique spa. It's the most expansive spa in the state from my knowledge, with multiple pools, showers, and amenities. The locker rooms are fully stocked, and include sauna and steam rooms. These rooms are not co-ed by the way, but the open air pools and showers are. My massage was so relaxing. I love arriving early, enjoying the amenities before my service. Very pricey, but worth the splurge.

The music was very relaxing and the volume was perfect. You are greeted, checked in and given a tour of the spa and facilities. It's like walking into another world. I scheduled a 50 minutes signature lomi massage and my massage therapist Chenoa was beyond amazing! She listened to my concerns and focused on those areas the most. I could tell from the moment she started that she was going to give the best massage! At the end of the massage I was given a small dark chocolate candy with a piece of dried banana and a cup of water at the end of my session. They had a sauna, steam room, 2 different heated pools with different temperatures, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and my favorite hydrotherapy. There were 2 different relaxing rooms, one was inside with a cool massaging chair and another open air room where the small snacks were. They offered natural flavored waters, hot teas, madeleine cookies, chocolate dipped macaroons, and apples. I would highly recommend Chenoa for your massage sessions! Also, the manager Jenna was very friendly and patient. They have both been with Aulani since they opened! Aloha & Mahalo!

I cannot recommend this spa enough! I wanted to treat my friend who lives on Oahu to a special day…read moreat the spa and this seemed like a great value with it not being in Honolulu or Waikiki (ie not relaxing). They also have discounts for kamaʻāina so if you're local or have someone local with you, be sure to ask. We came here 90 minutes before our appointments and got to enjoy the hot tub, steam room and sauna ahead of time. They have a lovely, relaxing lanai where you can lounge in your robe and slippers and embrace the full zen mode that Naupaka provides. Both of our massages were fantastic and afterwards we showered then went to the rooftop pool connected to the spa. Afterwards, we tried out their lotions and they have complimentary razors, hair brushes and tooth brushes. I was completely relaxed and never wanted the feeling to end. I've been to a few places on the island for spa and massage services and this is by far the best!

My rating is between 4-5 stars. I'd normally round up but I think the cons are worth noting…read more Pros: My daughters and I enjoyed a spa day and all of our technicians were terrific. The spa lap pool was great too as many spas don't have a good size pool, if at all. This was a smaller lap pool but still a huge plus. Cons: The spa amenities (women's jacuzzi, sauna, locker room) were still quite dated. I had hoped the recent updates would have updated the amenities to the four seasons caliber but sadly, no. The women's jacuzzi area is dark with only the natural lighting from the ceiling skylights which were quite dirty. The sauna was old and not spa clean, which is also a disappointment. The showers were also showing their age with chipped tiles, rust and general deferred maintenance which was surprising. The spa pool had 5 chaise lounges so I'm not sure how they accommodate spa guests by the pool on busier days. There's no attendant on the spa pool floor, towels were piled on the floor and the bathroom was unkempt. Overall, I'd choose the Aulani spa next door, which was surprisingly superior and tranquil. The only thing lacking at the Aulani spa was a spa pool.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage at this studio and had a mixed experience overall…read more When I first booked my appointment, it was canceled the day prior because they said no therapist was available. I had already rearranged my schedule for a 4:30pm appointment, so that was disappointing. They offered to move me to 6:30pm, but I wasn't able to adjust my schedule again. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I presented my Groupon voucher to pay. This is where things became uncomfortable. The massage therapist appeared visibly upset and walked away, and the owner returned to inform me that not all therapists accept Groupon clients. I was told I should have mentioned the Groupon when booking. While I understand policies are important, this was not communicated clearly beforehand, and the way it was delivered felt abrupt and somewhat scolding. As for the massage itself, it was okay but not exceptional. There was a noticeable language barrier, and I was not asked what type of massage I preferred or what areas needed focus. At times, the pressure felt inconsistent -- almost as if there wasn't a clear plan of muscle work being done. Overall, I think clearer communication would greatly improve the client experience, especially regarding Groupon policies. The atmosphere at the end felt tense and uncomfortable, which left me with not-so-great vibes. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't somewhere I'd choose to return to.

I looked at some pictures on Yelp and figured out where it was. It's the big pink building Hawaiian paradise coffee. The school isn't listed outside the building. Drive around back and you will find it. I must say they have some serious CV rules. You wait inside your car and call the number listed on the door. They take your temperature and ask you questions about coughing , fever etc. He also said I needed to wash my hands for 20 seconds. Both parties are required to wear mask. He did give me one of those flimsy mask. I'm a rule follower and abided by all the rules. The massage was fine. He's said he was new and learning. I felt the price and level of service seemed fair. Probably $35 would be fair. They also charge an extra $5 for something I'm not sure. I would recommend it and remember they are students. I did leave a nice tip. He was very professional and seemed very sincere.

So this just happened.... I received a call from KMI this morning and they said Rani can't see me…read moreon Monday because she does not work on Mondays and I said I have it scheduled for today Saturday at 1pm and also put it on my Calendar that Rani made over the phone with me yesterday. The receptionist then said "oh ok that makes sense" then said we will see you today at 1. Then the same receptionist called back 5 min later saying my appointment has to be Monday and I was ok with that but would have to change the time because of a conflicting appointment and we agreed for 3pm. I called back to make sure because I then remembered what she said about Rani not working on Mondays and wanted to make sure with Rani this would be ok. Rani answered and was upset and basically said they do not play games and said "now what" angered. So I said I do not want to be seen by them and will go somewhere else. I meant no disrespect and was confused on their scheduling and why they called me in the first place. I was pleased with Rani during our first conversation , she was very nice and informative. I hope she has a better day than today and hope she understands I met no disrespect. I also hope to find someone who can help me with my back problems through the VA... I was really hoping for help today my lower back muscles have been aching really bad over the past month and pain killers are not working. Sorry if their system reflects differently and I had no problem with going in on Monday but that seemed to really upset them that I had to change the time from 1 to 3pm due to my schedule. So sorry to have to upset anyone but they did call me first....
