As of 11:00 am they have called 4 people. Every time someone completes their appointment with the employee, they close the blinds and it takes 30 min to call a new person back. The officer came to the vehicle. I asked him, what was the reason for the stop? He stated that the u all truck have been reported stolen. I immediately got the U-Haul dealer on the phone where he stated. The truck is not registered as stole it. Because this was a felony stop. The officer asked me to step out the vehicle. Because I knew this stop was unlawful, I begin recording Once he realized I was already wearing a gopro, he then asked for my license, went back to the vehicle check on me that is when he came back to the car and stated now that the vehicle had a broken taillight, me, being a truck driver before I removed the vehicle from the dealership, the parking lot, I did a full free trip on the vehicle that I recorded proving that the vehicle did not have any scars. Dings and everything was working in proper order. This officer that pulled me over was never behind me. The reason being my vehicle was tailing the U-Haul, buy another licensed driver to the point. They had to box in my personal vehicle, to force it to move from behind me. Then he attempted to justify his stop with various felonious excuses. I asked for a white shirt. They did not present a white shirt to me. He then began to tell me they're lieutenants, captains and sergeants, proper names, at this point in the stop, he is now attempting to give me a warning in writing. Fortunately, the only run in I've had with the UTSA Police was when I got a parking ticket for parking in the wrong lot- I was late, and I was guilty. Even though I had temporary paper plates, the UTSA Police Department was able to hunt me down and present me with the infraction, which I duly paid. The UTSA Police also offers security escorts- if you have to walk out to your car in some distant lot all alone after a night class, they'll happily escort you out there, or give your car a jump. They carry special jumper cables for such a need. I've never seen thing go down on the UTSA campus, probably thanks to the UTSA Police, but I read about things happening occasionally on campus, and it seems that the UTSA Police have been quick to step in and restore the peace.
