I've never even heard of this place before I saw it. I got a rice bowl with chicken (the only halal option) & a bunch of free sides which include sumac onion, cucumber, lettuce, pickles, baba ganoush, feta, yogurt cucumber, etc. The sauce was sour, which I liked. Naya is tucked away on the other side of the food court away from all the hustle and bustle of Wendy's, pizza, Sakura, etc. with no line. I got the Chicken Shawarma salad - didn't really get a lot of spice on the chicken but with all the add ons I got, I didn't mind. They were very generous with the sides - I got hummus, garlic, tzatziki, radishes and red onions. I also added on some green sauce (jalapeño) but it wasn't spicy at all. It came with a small warm pita which was damp (?)/a bit too chewy from being warmed up in a plastic wrap than toasty, but it was still a good addition to the meal. Communication is key. I got a chicken meal that came with rice lettuce feta tomato and cucumbers. When I asked if I could have salad dressing for the salad I was told that I couldn't get any more toppings. If dressing is part of toppings why didn't she tell me that in the first place? New fast casual place at Roosevelt Field. Middle Eastern version of Qdoba (which we absolutely love). Wanted the Kafta lamb meatballs but it would require waiting since they ran out in the front. Ordered the Falafel with seasonal grains and toppings bowl. The falafel was crunchy and grainy. Wasn't a fan of the seasonal grains with all the different textures. Service was fast and efficient. Some being good and others... not so much. I'm so glad that Roosevelt Field is finally expanding their food court options to Middle Eastern food! This will definitely be my go-to spot for food during my mall trips from now on. This is a Chipotle-style establishment for Middle Eastern food where you can pick your base, protein, and toppings. They have a variety of sandwich rolls, bowls, and salads. For lunch, I ordered the chicken shawarma roll. Food came on time and tasted fresh. The chicken was seasoned well and I liked the garlic whip they added inside of the shawarma. The wrapped bread was a bit thicker than what I expected from a usual shawarma, but it was decent. I definitely didn't think this was the best shawarma I've had, but it's a pretty decent option for fast food and satisfied my craving. I can't resist a craving for baklava so I had to order that on the side for dessert. Their baklava isn't made to order and is pre-packaged, which is fine, but it tasted a bit too dry. Would probably pass on this next time. However, I would try more options from the menu. Overall, a reasonably priced and tasty option to the food court. read more

I tried this place after my boyfriend recommended it for lunch and y'all it did not disappoint. It was my first time and the employee was so friendly and explained to me what was popular and the different options I could do to build a bowl. He recommended the chicken shawarma so I decided to give it a go. I got a salad bowl with falafel, chicken shawarma, tomato, cucumber, feta, jalepeno and their spicy green sauce. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I never had shawarma or falafel before and I am now a fan. It also comes with a free side of naan bread for salad bowls. This with a bev cost 18 dollars. The food here is pretty good. My only complaint is the portioning. If you ask for humus, they give you a small spoons worth. The Salad portioning is pretty small too. This one was not the best I've had but it was very tasty and gave a good shot! I love that the store lets us choose any toppings without charging those annoying little extra "+.89c for one olive" fees. The wrap was a little too hard for a shawarma wrap but the chicken was amazingly seasoned and the veggies inside made it a wholesome meal! It was from the mall so ambiance was, mall setting. Im a very boring eater trying to eat lighter. The options at mall are nearly all heavy or greasy. Naya looked interesting. The Grilled chicken breast with white rice was delicious. Simón malls procured a beauty of a food stand by scoring NAYA . This is the third time I've been there since deciding to publish my draft review. I have to admit miss the previous tenant ,green olive that used to occupy this same space , but naya earns a five star review each of the times I've been there. Both for food service and freshness.. This evolved food court offering delivers across the board . Most notably is taste , unarguably delicious but tasty and spicy if that's your thing . Have it your way is definitely a concept in Food that's worth is value. I like to, especially commend two professional workers, Guadalupe and Vanessa. They greet you with a smile and do a great job every time. They are a perfect match with the food which both stand a cut above the rest. It's a great food in the mall and it's pretty great to have them there. Next time are there maybe I'll post a picture. read more
