3.5 Got their bowl. The other protein choices looked a bit dry to me so tried the beef-lamb kofta, which came with 3 meatballs. Were ok. Liked the unlimited toppings a lot, all fresh tasting, got all except the jalapenos. With lemon tahini.

I've never even heard of this place before I saw it. I got a rice bowl with chicken (the only halal option) & a bunch of free sides which include sumac onion, cucumber, lettuce, pickles, baba ganoush, feta, yogurt cucumber, etc. The sauce was sour, which I liked. They also a pita bread sealed in plastic in the side. The food was pretty good- chicken & toppings. It was definitely flavorful. Half of it made me full. Service is really good. The employee was very friendly & kind.

I love the Mediterranean Lebanese flavors. You can order any or all toppings if you want. They put it in a panini press to hold everything together. Large portion size for a great price! If you want to be full for a fair price, Naya is the place to go! I ordered a falafel roll and I would recommend it. My boyfriend ordered the lamb roll. He also enjoyed it. We were full for the night!

Communication is key. I got a chicken meal that came with rice lettuce feta tomato and cucumbers. When I asked if I could have salad dressing for the salad I was told that I couldn't get any more toppings. If dressing is part of toppings why didn't she tell me that in the first place? Why is salad dressing considered an extra topping for purchase on a salad anyway? So, had my dry salad with a very bland chicken! I do not recommend.

So happy to have a NAYA in the mall! Vegetarian options and access to hummus is a big win for me! Tastes just like the other chain locations, so glad for the consistency.

New fast casual place at Roosevelt Field. Middle Eastern version of Qdoba (which we absolutely love). Wanted the Kafta lamb meatballs but it would require waiting since they ran out in the front. Ordered the Falafel with seasonal grains and toppings bowl. The falafel was crunchy and grainy. Wasn't a fan of the seasonal grains with all the different textures. Service was fast and efficient. Will have to come back to try the other proteins.

*Note* this review is based on food delivery. Welcome to Roosevelt Field Mall, Naya! The food court at Roosevelt Field Mall has always consisted of the same typical fast food options. Some being good and others... not so much. I'm so glad that Roosevelt Field is finally expanding their food court options to Middle Eastern food! This will definitely be my go-to spot for food during my mall trips from now on. This is a Chipotle-style establishment for Middle Eastern food where you can pick your base, protein, and toppings. They have a variety of sandwich rolls, bowls, and salads. For lunch, I ordered the chicken shawarma roll. Food came on time and tasted fresh. The chicken was seasoned well and I liked the garlic whip they added inside of the shawarma. The wrapped bread was a bit thicker than what I expected from a usual shawarma, but it was decent. I definitely didn't think this was the best shawarma I've had, but it's a pretty decent option for fast food and satisfied my craving. I can't resist a craving for baklava so I had to order that on the side for dessert. Their baklava isn't made to order and is pre-packaged, which is fine, but it tasted a bit too dry. Would probably pass on this next time. However, I would try more options from the menu. Overall, a reasonably priced and tasty option to the food court.

    Hope it's good

The food here is pretty good. My only complaint is the portioning. If you ask for humus, they give you a small spoons worth. The Salad portioning is pretty small too. I would prefer if it were bigger and they charged more for it. Aside from that, it's a great spot and seemingly a healthier alternative to the fried stuff around the malls food court

Food was good but my only gripe is portions are small. I purchased a bowl and half of it was filled. I'll stick to Cava.

I ordered the lamb chops while my husband had the chicken shawarma, and both plates came with rice, vegetables, and a fresh salad with a homemade dressing that was incredibly tasty and unlike anything we've had before. The drinks were homemade too - we had the lemonade and iced tea - and the presentation of everything was beautiful, right down to the mint sprigs in the glasses that added such a nice touch. We were served by the owner, Elias, who was warm, personable, and provided impeccable service the entire time. Even though we didn't order dessert, he surprised us with baklava on the house - delicate flaky layers topped with honey and pistachios that were absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a relaxing place to enjoy great Lebanese food, Beit Zaytoon is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and not cramped at all.

Recommended! ~ Fattoush Salad ($15): very good; fresh veggies with a fresh herb dressing. Another great palate cleanser ~ Samboussek Jibneh (feta cheese dumpling) ($12/4pcs): loved these! The dumplings are deep fried but weren't greasy at all. This was a treat! ~ Lahme Meshwi (grilled filet mignon cubes w.rice & veg) ($40): I thought this dish was a tad bit overpriced but great nonetheless. The filet mignon was so tender and prepared perfectly. The rice and grilled veggies were good also. ~ Kaftan Kebab (grilled minced lamb kebabs w.rice & veg) ($25): the kebabs were very flavorful but could have used a sauce. I ate some with the Baba Ghannouj and it was wonderful. The assorted grilled Vegs were great. Note that they do not serve tap water; must purchase bottled water. Beit Zaytoon is located in a small strip mall, so there is plenty of parking available! Recommended, and I would definitely return to explore other menu items!

Rather than immediately posting a public review, I contacted management privately because I believed they deserved the opportunity to address the situation professionaly. Their initial response was that they would review the incident internally. After I followed up, they specifically offered to send me a complete ingredient list for everything we ordered so I could review it with my healthcare provider. I accepted that offer but, the ingredient list was never sent. Months later, there has still been no meaningful follow-up. My frustration isn't about demanding compensation or proving what caused the reaction. It's about customer care and accountability. Making promises that are never fulfilled leaves the impression that guest concerns only matter until the bill is paid. Once our $471 tab was settled, the commitment to help simply disappeared. The food and atmosphere may attract people, but how a restaurant responds when something goes wrong is what defines its hospitality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the follow-through did not match the promises made, and I can't recommend a restaurant that handled a serious guest safety concern this way. Its NYC, 1000s of restaurants will charge less serve higher quality ingredients and treat you with greater hospitality, and this place is located in midtown east.
