The hummus is like soft like the silk. They must take time grind and prepare this hummus. The Morocco shlada or "salad" is well prepared. Love it. Our second dish is the mermaid. I did laugh that we said "You-ro" and the lady running the food truck said "Guy-ro"- oh boy. Crystin and I laughed about that. They quickly prepared our food and it was still super hot even after getting back to the house. Our gyros were made to order- I don't like raw onions and my daughter avoids onion and tomato.
