They actually forgot the grilled cheese sandwich and made it after we got our subs. There were two customers ahead of us, and they probably had some: orders, but that was ridiculous. They seem to be walking around in slow motion and no one seemed to care how long it was taking. There was no apology for the delay. The Smyrna location looked worse than the Middletown location but both need help.

Service was quick for a made to order, complex custom sandwich. MOST IMPORTANTLY, it has been a long time since I have had such friendly hospitality, from the cashier to the person who gave us our sandwiches.
