Came here at the strong recommendation of a friend who needed collision repair for a very random request. I installed a hitch myself and wanted a professional to ensure it looked good before towing and I called and they said I could swing by. I came by the same day and immediately was escorted inside while they took my car in to take a look. They ended up tightening the screws for me and leveled it out and when I insisted to pay for their time he wouldn't let me. I should also mention this only took 10 minutes! My friend had picked this place because it was by far the cheapest option in the area for auto repair while still delivering high quality results and going there myself for this random task, I see why so many people come here. This collision center is from Elite Collision Management or ECM on insta. What they do is they will provide you with a complimentary rental and also a complimentary tow for your car if it needs towing, drove my car here and dropped it off, they offered rental but I declined because I had my girl's car and they handles everything with the insurance from A-Z. Everything was hassle free and stress free. My damage on my car was the passenger side doors and that's not an easy fix, they gave it their best and overall I'm pleased with the work they did. The paint job was amazing and they even installed and swapped my old aftermarket parts out that got damaged at no cost. I appreciate that they valued my time and business. NB was great overall - there were some extraneous factors that slowed down my repair (dealership apparently damaged the replacement part in transit), so it took almost twice as long as initially projected. This review is about a month late. Apologies. I bought a brand new 2022 Mach 1 Mustang and it was immaculate. Garaged, not a scratch. Well one day while washing my car I noticed two deep scratches on the driver side rear quarter panel. I have no idea how that happened. I called NB Collision. Took photos and sent it to them. My experience here was far from GREAT or professional, I brought my car in with front bumper damage and left with my car in A MILLION PIECES, STOLEN PARTS while also having them force me to pay them 5,600 in cash. The men here take advantage of women who come in alone and need work on their car. They lied to my insurance, they lied to me , they stole parts from my car and tore it down with absolutely no authorization.
